Abstract
本发明涉及一种网格夹芯缝编复合织物,包括短切玻璃纤维层、网格夹芯层,网格夹芯层的上、下表面分别设有一层短切玻璃纤维层,所述网格夹芯层与其上、下表面的短切玻璃纤维层由涤纶丝固定连接;所述网格夹芯层为双层或多层立体网状芯材,材质为丙纶和尼龙,其厚度为5mm~10mm;网格夹芯层立体结构抗压性好,孔隙率高,便于聚氨酯流动的同时有效增加了制品的厚度。网格夹芯层上下表面固定的短切玻璃纤维层用特定浸润剂,与聚氨酯相容性好,增强了织物与聚氨酯的界面结合,大大提高了制品的强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物,具体公开一种网格夹芯缝编复合织物及其应用。
背景技术
现有的夹芯缝编复合毡由合成的无纺布或玻璃纤维方格布为芯材正反面铺设玻纤短切原丝,线圈结构缝编而成,主要用于轻型树脂传递模塑、真空辅助树脂传递模塑等成型工艺,若成型厚度大的制品则需要多次铺层,且不适合聚氨酯成型,因为聚氨酯粘度大,不易流动,不易浸透。
例如中国专利文献CN 202937959 U(申请号201220552778.X)公开了一种保温夹芯复合毡,该复合毡由上层为玻璃纤维短切纱构成的短切毡层、中间层为无纺布层或者玻璃纤维布层,以及下层为玻璃纤维短切纱构成的短切毡层构成,所述上中下三层通过捆绑纱绑缚缝编成为一个整体。
中国专利文献CN 201970525 U(申请号201020680822.6)公开了一种双面复合斜纹方格布夹芯复合毡,主要由斜纹方格布构成,斜纹方格布中间加芯一层无纺布,在其中一层方格布的下侧设有短切层,四层结构通过聚酯线缝编。该双面复合斜纹方格布夹芯复合毡具有产品厚、质地柔软、平整、孔隙多、浸透速度快、覆模和充模性好、不易位移,且表面光洁的特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为解决以上问题提供一种抗压性好,孔隙率高的网格夹芯缝编复合织物,该织物网格夹芯层与聚氨酯结合紧密,增强其强度及刚度,一次成型厚度大,适用于聚氨酯真空导流工艺。
本发明所采用的技术方案是这样的:
一种网格夹芯缝编复合织物,包括短切玻璃纤维层、网格夹芯层,网格夹芯层的上、下表面分别设有一层短切玻璃纤维层,所述网格夹芯层与其上、下表面的短切玻璃纤维层由涤纶丝固定连接;所述网格夹芯层为双层或多层立体网状芯材,材质为丙纶和尼龙,其厚度为5mm~10mm;所述短切玻璃纤维层的厚度为0.3~0.8mm。
进一步地,所述短切玻璃纤维层由短切成50mm或100mm的无碱无捻玻璃纤维在网格夹芯层的两侧表面上随机排列组成。
进一步地,上述网格夹芯缝编复合织物在增强聚氨酯方面的应用。
综上所述,由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中间网格夹芯层立体结构抗压性好,孔隙率高,便于聚氨酯流动,使两者结合紧密同时有效增加了制品的厚度。网格夹芯层上下表面固定的短切玻璃纤维层采用特定浸润剂(以聚氨酯成膜剂为主),与聚氨酯相容性好,增强了织物与聚氨酯的界面结合,大大提高了制品的强度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种网格夹芯缝编复合织物,包括短切玻璃纤维层1、网格夹芯层2,网格夹芯层2的上、下表面分别设有一层短切玻璃纤维层1,所述短切玻璃纤维层1由短切成50mm或100mm的无碱无捻玻璃纤维在网格夹芯层2的两侧表面上随机排列组成;所述网格夹芯层2与其上、下表面的短切玻璃纤维层1由涤纶丝固定连接;所述网格夹芯层2为双层或多层立体网状芯材,材质为丙纶和尼龙,其厚度为5mm~10mm;所述短切玻璃纤维层1的厚度为0.3~0.8mm。
所述网格夹芯缝编复合织物中间网格夹芯层2立体结构抗压性好,孔隙率高,便于聚氨酯流动,使两者结合紧密同时有效增加了制品的厚度。网格夹芯层2上下表面固定的短切玻璃纤维层1采用特定浸润剂(以聚氨酯成膜剂为主,搭配合适的偶联剂、分散助剂、抗静电剂、润滑剂),与聚氨酯相容性好,增强了织物与聚氨酯的界面结合,大大提高了制品的强度。

1.一种网格夹芯缝编复合织物,包括短切玻璃纤维层、网格夹芯层,网格夹芯层的上、下表面分别设有一层短切玻璃纤维层,其特征在于:所述网格夹芯层与其上、下表面的短切玻璃纤维层由涤纶丝固定连接;所述网格夹芯层为双层或多层立体网状芯材,材质为丙纶和尼龙,其厚度为5mm~10mm;所述短切玻璃纤维层的厚度为0.3~0.8mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种网格夹芯缝编复合织物,其特征在于:所述短切玻璃纤维层由短切成50mm或100mm的无碱无捻玻璃纤维在网格夹芯层的两侧表面上随机排列组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种网格夹芯缝编复合织物在增强聚氨酯方面的应用。
