技术领域
本发明涉及纤维增强复合材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种连续植物纤维增强木塑板材及其制备方法。
背景技术
热塑性树脂基复合材料是由以热塑性有机聚合物为基体的纤维增强材料,通常使用玻璃纤维、碳纤维、玄武岩纤维或者芳纶等纤维增强体。热塑性树脂基复合材料在航空、汽车、海洋工业中有广泛的应用。由于现有树脂基复合材料中,其弯曲强度低、挠度大、环保等原因,限制了其在大幅面家具、地板、建筑、装饰等领域的使用。
因此,如何改变现有技术中,树脂基复合材料因结构强度较差导致适用性降低的现状,成为了本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种连续植物纤维增强木塑板材及其制备方法,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提高木塑板材的结构强度以及抗弯性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:本发明提供一种连续植物纤维增强木塑板材,包括依次叠加设置的连续植物纤维层、胶接层和木塑芯层,所述连续植物纤维层由连续的植物纤维材质制成,所述胶接层能够连接所述连续植物纤维层和所述木塑芯层,所述胶接层能够包覆所述连续植物纤维层,所述木塑芯层由木塑复合材质制成。
优选地,所述连续植物纤维层由连续的植物纤维材质堆叠、排列、编织、针织或机织制成。
优选地,所述连续植物纤维层由下列材质的一种或几种制成:连续的竹纤维、连续的棉纤维、连续的麻纤维、连续的竹篾、连续植物纤维织物。
优选地,所述连续植物纤维层由连续的植物纤维平行排列制成。
优选地,所述连续植物纤维层呈网格状。
优选地,所述连续植物纤维层的厚度为0.01-5mm,所述胶接层的厚度为0.05-2mm,所述木塑芯层的厚度为3-30mm。

本发明还提供一种连续植物纤维增强木塑板材的制备方法,将连续植物纤维层和木塑芯层顺次排列,将连续植物纤维层和木塑芯层施胶粘接到一起并形成胶接层,连续植物纤维层、胶接层和木塑芯层形成板材预制件,然后采用热压成型、RTM成型、挤出成型或拉挤成型对板材预制件进行压制,得到连续植物纤维增强木塑板材成品。
优选地,采用热压成型时,热压板温度为110℃-180℃,热压压力为0.1-2MPa,保温保压时间为1-30min,待热压板的温度降至40-60℃时卸板;采用RTM成型时,压机压力为0.1-3MPa,压机温度为50-180℃,压制时间为1-8h,压制过程保持真空状态;采用挤出成型时,挤出口模压力为5-15MPa,机筒温度为130-210℃;采用拉挤成型时,口模压力为20-50MPa,机筒温度为130-210℃。

本发明提供一种连续植物纤维增强木塑板材,包括依次叠加设置的连续植物纤维层1、胶接层2和木塑芯层3,连续植物纤维层1由连续的植物纤维材质制成,胶接层2能够连接连续植物纤维层1和木塑芯层3,胶接层2能够包覆连续植物纤维层1,木塑芯层3由木塑复合材质制成。
本发明的连续植物纤维增强木塑板材,设置了连续植物纤维层1,连续植物纤维层1起到加强筋的作用,能够增加弯曲强度、降低板材挠度,连续植物纤维层1通过胶接层2与木塑芯层3相连,提高板材结构强度,提升木塑板材适用性,同时,连续植物纤维层1由植物纤维材质制成,绿色环保,无污染。
具体地,连续植物纤维层1由连续的植物纤维材质堆叠、排列或编织制成,实际生产中,连续的植物纤维可以按照一定的规则进行堆叠、排列或编织成一维、二维或三维结构,制成连续植物纤维层1。
其中,连续植物纤维层1由下列材质的一种或几种制成:连续的竹纤维、连续的棉纤维、连续的麻纤维、连续的竹篾、连续植物纤维织物,连续植物纤维层1采用植物纤维制成,来源广泛、质轻环保、可降解。
在本具体实施方式中,连续植物纤维层1由连续的植物纤维平行排列制成。
在本发明的其他具体实施方式中,连续植物纤维层1呈网格状。在实际生产中,可以根据生产需要对植物纤维的设置以及排列方式进行调整。
更具体地,连续植物纤维层1的厚度为0.01-5mm,胶接层2的厚度为0.05-2mm,木塑芯层3的厚度为3-30mm。
进一步地,连续植物纤维层1的数量为两层,两层连续植物纤维层1分别设置于木塑芯层3的两侧,两层连续植物纤维层1分别通过胶接层2与木塑芯层3相连,在木塑芯层3的两侧均设置连续植物纤维层1,进一步提升木塑板材的结构强度。
另外,两侧连续植物纤维层1对称设置于木塑芯层3的两侧,提高了木塑板材的结构稳定性。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明的连续植物纤维增强木塑板材的制备方法,进行进一步地解释说明。
实施例一
连续植物纤维增强木塑板材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、制备连续植物纤维层1
以0.01~5mm连续的植物纤维为连续植物纤维层1,起到加强筋的作用,可采用平行排列、编织等方式制成。
S2、木塑芯层3制备
木塑芯层3的材料为木塑复合材料,厚度为3mm-30mm,制备工艺可以采用模压,挤出,拉挤,缠绕,拉编等。
S3、胶接层2制备
连续植物纤维层1与木塑芯层3之间,采用热固性或热塑性树脂树脂胶结,材料包含但不局限于EP(环氧树脂)、UP(不饱和树脂)、PU(聚氨酯)、PE(聚乙烯)、PP(聚丙烯)、PVC(聚氯乙烯)、PA(聚酰胺),也可以为制备过程中连续植物纤维层1与木塑芯层3之间形成的胶接层2等。
S3、植物纤维木塑板材制备
将连续植物纤维层1和木塑芯层3进行顺向排列,自上而下施胶粘接相邻层,形成胶接层2,胶接层2的厚度为0.05-2mm,
若采用热压成型:将铺装好的板材预制件在热压板温度为110℃~180℃、热压压力为0.1MPa~2MPa的条件下进行热压,保温保压时间为1min~30min,待热压板的温度降至40℃~60℃时卸板、取出后裁边得到连续植物纤维增强木塑板材坯;
若采用RTM成型:将涂有石蜡的金属模具放到真空袋的中央处,在模具的四周贴上双面黑胶,然后把2根接有真空管的缠绕管粘到模具内侧,再把铺装好的板材预制件放入模具内密封,放入热压机,把1根作为环氧树脂流入通道的真空管插入装有树脂的塑料瓶中,用夹子夹紧、密封;把另1根作为环氧树脂流出通道的真空管插到密封瓶中,密封瓶的另一端连接真空泵,抽真空,压力设为0.1MPa~3MPa;松开夹子,环氧树脂将会浸注预制件,10~60min后在环氧树脂的进出通道上再分别加上夹子,闭合压机,在0.1MPa~3MPa,50℃~180℃下压制1~8h,压制过程始终保持真空状态,在室温下固化。取出后裁边得到连续植物纤维增强木塑板材。
若采用挤出成型:将木塑芯层3的制备原料从挤出机一进料口进料,机筒温度为130-210℃,挤出口模压力为5-15MPa,口模温度130-200℃;在塑化段剪切熔融,然后将连续植物纤维从另一进料口进料,在加热辊作用下制备连续植物纤维增强木塑板材,加热辊压力为0.01MPa-2MPa,温度为50-200℃,在室温下固化,取出后裁边得到连续植物纤维增强木塑板材。
若采用拉挤成型:将一定数量的连续植物纤维从内抽纱纱架上抽出,经过导纱装置将连续植物纤维牵引至模具入口处。连续植物纤维穿过预热区后进入熔融区中,其中预热区机筒温度为110-200℃,熔融区机筒温度为130-210℃,熔融区树脂为热塑性树脂,完成熔融、浸渍后进入凝胶区固化,凝胶区机筒温度为90-180℃,设定牵引速度为0.5-3m/min,口模压力为20-50MPa,牵引设备将自动调节牵引拉力拉挤出一定截面尺寸的连续植物纤维增强木塑板材。
实施例二
连续植物纤维增强木塑板材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、连续植物纤维层1制备
以连续竹纤维为主成分的连续植物纤维层1,厚度为2mm。
S2、胶接层2
以环氧树脂为主的热固性透明环氧树脂层形成胶接层2,厚度为1mm。
S3、木塑芯层3制备
木塑芯层3的材料为采用挤出工艺制备厚度为10mm的木粉/PP复合材料。
S4、板材模压制备
将两层连续植物纤维层1和木塑芯层3照自上而下为连续植物纤维层1、木塑芯层3、另一连续植物纤维层1的顺序纵向排列,相邻施胶粘接形成胶接层2,涂胶厚度为1mm,在热压板温度为110℃、热压压力为1.5MPa的条件下进行热压,保温保压时间为5min,采用冷上冷下工艺,取出后锯边得到连续植物纤维增强木塑板材;
本实施例制备的植物纤维增强木塑板材的板材密度为1.3g/cm3,弯曲强度为80MPa,弯曲弹性模量为7600MPa,冲击强度为5.2kJ/m2
实施例三
连续植物纤维增强木塑板材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、连续植物纤维层1制备
以连续竹纤维为主成分的连续植物纤维层1,厚度为2mm。
S2、胶接层2
以环氧树脂为主的热固性透明环氧树脂层形成胶接层2,厚度为1mm。
S3、木塑芯层3制备
木塑芯层3的材料为采用挤出工艺制备厚度为10mm的木粉/PP复合材料。
S4、板材RTM制备
将涂有石蜡的金属模具放到真空袋的中央处,在模具的四周贴上双面黑胶,然后把2根接有真空管的缠绕管粘到模具内侧,再把铺装好的板材预制件放入模具内密封,放入热压机,把1根作为环氧树脂流入通道的真空管插入装有树脂的塑料瓶中,用夹子夹紧、密封;把另1根作为环氧树脂流出通道的真空管插到密封瓶中,密封瓶的另一端连接真空泵,抽真空,压力设为0.1MPa~3MPa;松开夹子,环氧树脂将会浸注预制件,20min后在环氧树脂的进出通道上再分别加上夹子,闭合压机,在1MPa,180℃下压制4h,压制过程始终保持真空状态,在室温下固化。取出后裁边得到连续植物纤维增强木塑板材。
本实施例制备的植物纤维增强木塑板材的板材密度为1.17g/cm3,弯曲强度为110MPa,弯曲弹性模量为10800MPa,冲击强度为6.7kJ/m2
实施例四
连续植物纤维增强木塑板材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、连续植物纤维层1制备
以连续麻纤维为主成分的连续植物纤维层1,厚度为2mm。
S2、胶接层2
以PP树脂为主的热塑性透明PP树脂层形成胶接层2,厚度为1mm。
S3、木塑芯层3制备
木塑芯层3的材料为板材挤出制备过程的一部分,与上述挤出工艺制备木塑芯层的原料相同,最终制得产品厚度为10mm。
S4、板材挤出制备
将木塑芯层原料从挤出机一进料口进料,机筒温度为180℃,挤出口模压力为8MPa,口模温度170℃;在塑化段剪切熔融,然后将连续植物纤维从另一进料口进料,在加热辊作用下制备连续植物纤维增强木塑板材,加热辊压力为0.5MPa,温度为160℃,在室温下固化。取出后裁边得到连续植物纤维增强木塑板材。
本实施例制备的植物纤维增强木塑板材的板材密度为1.2g/cm3,弯曲强度为103MPa,弯曲弹性模量为9000MPa,冲击强度为6kJ/m2
实施例五
连续植物纤维增强木塑板材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、连续植物纤维层1制备
以连续麻纤维为主成分的连续植物纤维层1,厚度为2mm。
S2、胶接层2
以PP树脂为主的热塑性透明PP树脂层形成胶接层2。
S3、木塑芯层3制备
木塑芯层3为拉挤过程中连续麻纤维与热塑性树脂PP结合形成,最终制成厚度为10mm连续植物纤维木塑板材。
S3、板材拉挤制备
将一定数量的连续麻纤维从内抽纱纱架上抽出,经过导纱装置将连续麻纤维牵引至模具入口处。连续麻纤维穿过预热区后进入熔融区中,其中预热区机筒温度为160℃,熔融区机筒温度为190℃,熔融区树脂为PP树脂,完成熔融、浸渍后进入凝胶区固化,凝胶区机筒温度为130℃,设定牵引速度为1.5m/min,口模压力为30MPa,牵引设备将自动调节牵引拉力拉挤出一定截面尺寸的连续植物纤维增强木塑板材。
本实施例制备的植物纤维增强木塑板材的板材密度为1.4g/cm3,弯曲强度为115MPa,弯曲弹性模量为11000MPa,冲击强度为6.9kJ/m2
本发明采用连续植物纤维层1作为加强筋,减少了对森林资源的依赖,并显著提升了幕墙板的弯曲强度、挠度、产品尺寸稳定性能和使用寿命。
本发明中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处。综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (10)

1.一种连续植物纤维增强木塑板材,其特征在于:包括依次叠加设置的连续植物纤维层、胶接层和木塑芯层,所述连续植物纤维层由连续的植物纤维材质制成,所述胶接层能够连接所述连续植物纤维层和所述木塑芯层,所述胶接层能够包覆所述连续植物纤维层,所述木塑芯层由木塑复合材质制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续植物纤维增强木塑板材,其特征在于:所述连续植物纤维层由连续的植物纤维材质堆叠、排列、编织、针织或机织制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连续植物纤维增强木塑板材,其特征在于,所述连续植物纤维层由下列材质的一种或几种制成:连续的竹纤维、连续的棉纤维、连续的麻纤维、连续的竹篾、连续植物纤维织物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的连续植物纤维增强木塑板材,其特征在于:所述连续植物纤维层由连续的植物纤维平行排列制成。
5.根据权利要求2所述的连续植物纤维增强木塑板材,其特征在于:所述连续植物纤维层呈网格状。
6.根据权利要求1所述的连续植物纤维增强木塑板材,其特征在于:所述连续植物纤维层的厚度为0.01-5mm,所述胶接层的厚度为0.05-2mm,所述木塑芯层的厚度为3-30mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的连续植物纤维增强木塑板材,其特征在于:所述连续植物纤维层的数量为两层,两层所述连续植物纤维层分别设置于所述木塑芯层的两侧,两层所述连续植物纤维层分别通过所述胶接层与所述木塑芯层相连。
8.根据权利要求7所述的连续植物纤维增强木塑板材,其特征在于:两侧所述连续植物纤维层对称设置于所述木塑芯层的两侧。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一项所述的连续植物纤维增强木塑板材的制备方法,其特征在于:将连续植物纤维层和木塑芯层顺次排列,将连续植物纤维层和木塑芯层施胶粘接到一起并形成胶接层,连续植物纤维层、胶接层和木塑芯层形成板材预制件,然后采用热压成型、RTM成型、挤出成型或拉挤成型对板材预制件进行压制,得到连续植物纤维增强木塑板材成品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的连续植物纤维增强木塑板材的制备方法,其特征在于:采用热压成型时,热压板温度为110℃-180℃,热压压力为0.1-2MPa,保温保压时间为1-30min,待热压板的温度降至40-60℃时卸板;采用RTM成型时,压机压力为0.1-3MPa,压机温度为50-180℃,压制时间为1-8h,压制过程保持真空状态;采用挤出成型时,挤出口模压力为5-15MPa,机筒温度为130-210℃;采用拉挤成型时,口模压力为20-50MPa,机筒温度为130-210℃。
