Claims (8)
- 白セメント10〜20重量部、非晶質活性アルミノシリケート3〜10重量部、種石40〜70重量部、水5〜10重量部、減水剤0.1〜1重量部及び軽量微粒型多孔性無機素材10〜30重量部よりなる人造石製造用のペースト組成物。
- 前記ペースト組成物に対しては、アルミノシリケート溶解反応、アルミノシリケートの再結合による重合反応及びカルシウムとシリケートの結合反応が行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人造石製造用のペースト組成物。
- 前記非晶質活性アルミノシリケートは、メタカオリン、フライアッシュ、硅藻土及びシリカヒュームよりなる群から選ばれたいずれか一種または2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人造石製造用のペースト組成物。
- 前記軽量微粒型多孔性無機素材は、低比重の発泡ガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人造石製造用のペースト組成物。
- (a)白セメント10〜20重量部、非晶質活性アルミノシリケート3〜10重量部、種石40〜70重量部、水5〜10重量部、減水剤0.1〜1重量部及び軽量微粒型多孔性無機素材10〜30重量部を混合して人造石ペーストを製造するステップと、
(b)前記製造された人造石ペーストをモールドに注いで振動成形するステップと、
(c)前記人造石ペーストを養生するステップと、
(d)前記養生された人造石ペーストを高温高圧下で水熱反応するステップと、
(e)前記養生された結果物を加工するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする人造石の製造方法。 - 前記振動成形するステップにおいては、30秒〜3分間1、000〜3、500rpmにてモールドに振動を加えることで、種石がモールドの下部に沈降し、低比重の軽量微粒型多孔性無機素材の切りくずがモールドの上部に浮き上がって2つの層を形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人造石の製造方法。
- 前記非晶質活性アルミノシリケートは、メタカオリン、フライアッシュ、硅藻土及びシリカヒュームよりなる群から選ばれたいずれか一種または2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人造石の製造方法。
- 前記軽量微粒型多孔性無機素材は、低比重の発泡ガラスであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人造石の製造方法。
