概要
上述のように、本発明は、一般に、セメント系配合物の分野に関し、詳細には、配合物の改良、ならびにかかる配合物から物品、材料および製品を形成することに関し、1つまたは複数の実施形態では、水熱反応を受けることによって硬化する改良された配合物を提供する。

適切なフィラー材料は、乾燥配合物の約20〜80重量%または25〜70重量%または30〜65重量%の範囲の量で添加される。一部の実施形態では、フィラー量は、60重量%未満であっても50重量%未満であってもよい。フィラーの粒径は、通常1.5mm未満である。非常に微細な粒子のフィラーが、最近および公知のセメント配合物で使用されるが、本明細書に記載の1つまたは複数の実施形態では、好ましいフィラーはより粗い粒径を有してもよいことが分かっている。好ましくは、フィラー材料は、50ミクロン未満、好ましくは30ミクロン未満の平均粒径を有する。フィラーは、一般に、低密度であり、立方メートル当たり約90〜130キログラム(kg/m3)である。
約0.50〜1.30または約0.60〜1.10または約0.70〜0.90のCaと(SiO2+A12O3)の重量比;
約0.06〜0.14または約0.07〜0.12または約0.08〜0.10のAlと[Al+Si]の重量比;
約0.80〜1.80または約1.00〜1.80または約1.20〜1.60のCaOと[全SiO2]のモル比であって、全SiO2が任意の供給源(非晶質および結晶質源を含めて)由来の反応シリカの和を指すモル比;および
約1.00〜8.00または約1.50〜5.00または約2.0〜3.0のCaO[残留SiO2]のモル比であって、残留SiO2が硬化後の1つまたは複数の結晶質シリカ源由来の反応シリカを指すモル比が挙げられる。
Claims (10)
- シリカと、
CaCl 2 、NH 4 Cl、LiCl、NiCl 2 、KOH、LiOH、NaOH、NaF、Na 2 CO 3 、Na 2 SO 4 、NaSCN、Li 2 CO 3 、K 2 SiO 3 、Na 2 SiO 3 、またはLi 2 SiO 3 と、
カルシウム源と、
フィラーと
を含み、
配合物の硬化後、酸化カルシウムと全二酸化ケイ素のモル比は0.80〜1.80であり、
配合物の硬化後、酸化カルシウムと結晶質シリカ源由来の反応シリカのモル比は1.0〜8.0であり、
全二酸化ケイ素は、結晶質および非晶質シリカ源由来の反応シリカの和を表し、
配合物の硬化後、配合物中における結晶質シリカ源由来の反応シリカの含量は5〜30重量%である、
セメント系配合物。 - 前記シリカが、配合物中に25重量%未満で供給され、ブレーン値500m2/kgを超える、請求項1に記載の配合物。
- 前記シリカが、結晶質シリカである、請求項1又は2に記載の配合物。
- 硬化後の配合物が、15%未満のマトリックス中の残留シリカ含量を有する、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の配合物。
- 前記シリカは、直径が20ミクロン未満であり、d50が15ミクロン未満である、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の配合物。
- 前記酸化カルシウムと全二酸化ケイ素のモル比は1.00〜1.60である、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の配合物。
- 前記酸化カルシウムと全二酸化ケイ素のモル比は1.20〜1.60である、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の配合物。
- 前記酸化カルシウムと結晶質シリカ源由来の反応シリカのモル比は1.50〜5.00である、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の配合物。
- 前記酸化カルシウムと結晶質シリカ源由来の反応シリカのモル比は2.0〜3.0である、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の配合物。
- 前記結晶質シリカ源由来の反応シリカの含量は5〜30重量%である、請求項1に記載の配合物。
