本发明涉及保温石材板技术领域,具体涉及一种保温石材一体板的生产工艺。
背景技术
石材作为一种高档建筑装饰材料广泛应用于室内外装饰设计、幕墙装饰和公共设施建设。目前市场上常见的石材主要分为天然石和人造石、大理石;天然石材按物理化学特性品质又分为板岩和花岗岩两种。人造石按工序分为水磨石和合成石。水磨石是以水泥、混凝土等原料锻压而成;合成石是以天然石的碎石为原料,加上粘合剂等经加压、抛光而成。后两者为人工制成,所以强度没有天然石材价值高。石材是建筑装饰材料的高档产品,天然石材大体分为花岗岩、板岩、砂岩、石灰岩、火山岩等,随着科技的不断发展和进步,人造石的产品也不断日新月异,质量和美观已经不逊色天然石材。随着建筑设计的发展,石材早已经成为建筑、装饰、道路、桥梁建设的重要原料之一。
现有保温石材一体板虽可起到保温效果,但是保温材料与石材间的粘接强度差,影响一体效果,同时石材石材本身性能不好,影响一体板整体效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保温石材一体板的生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种保温石材一体板的生产工艺,包括以下重量份的原料:
步骤一:石材基材的准备:将石英砂与硅酸盐水泥按照重量比1:2进行混合,然后先搅拌10-20min,搅拌转速为300-400r/min,随后再加入改性粉煤灰、八面沸石,继续搅拌15-25min,然后再加入无机活性材料、去离子水;
步骤二:石材制备:将步骤一石材基材以1000-2000r/min的转速搅拌15-25min,然后再送入模具内以2-5Mpa的压力成型,最后在45-55℃下养护1-2d,即可;
步骤二,粘接剂的制备:将松香树脂、聚酯乳液先送入到反应罐中,然后再加入烷氧基硅烷,先在60-100℃的温度下,以200-500r/min的转速搅拌15-25min,随后再加入乙烯基硅油,继续搅拌10-20min,最后冷却即可;
步骤四:将石材上表面涂覆粘接剂,然后在覆盖泡沫,泡沫采用1-2MPa的压力与石材进行热压成型,热压成型温度为65-75℃。
优选地,所述改性粉煤灰的制备方法为:将粉煤灰加入到磁力搅拌器中,然后加入氟化钠溶液,随后再加入十二烷基硫酸钠,先以100-200r/min的转速搅拌1-2h,然后再加入脂肪酰二乙醇胺、纳米二氧化硅溶液,然后再以1000-1200r/min的转速搅拌10-20min,即可。
优选地,所述氟化钠溶液采用氟化钠、乙醇按照重量比1:(2-4)混合而成。
优选地,所述氟化钠溶液采用氟化钠、乙醇按照重量比1:3混合而成。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
(1)本发明的石材采用石英砂与硅酸盐水泥作为基料,加入的改性粉煤灰、无机活性材料不仅提高石材本身的强度,同时能够起到与粘接剂互助的效果,从而与泡沫能够更好的形成一体结构,粘接剂的制备采用松香树脂、聚酯乳液先送入到反应罐中,然后再加入烷氧基硅烷,先在60℃的温度下,以200r/min的转速搅拌15min,随后再加入乙烯基硅油,继续搅拌10min,该制备中松香树脂、聚酯乳液能够起到粘接效果,加入的乙烯基硅油可与石材进一步的互配,从而更好的形成一体结构,提高了产品的强度等性能。
(2)改性粉煤灰的制备方法为:将粉煤灰加入到磁力搅拌器中,然后加入氟化钠溶液,随后再加入十二烷基硫酸钠,先以100r/min的转速搅拌1h,然后再加入脂肪酰二乙醇胺、纳米二氧化硅溶液,然后再以1000r/min的转速搅拌10min,粉煤灰的改性采用氟化钠溶液、十二烷基硫酸钠先润透,从而增强粉煤灰的活性,加入的纳米二氧化硅溶液能够提高原料间的结合效果,从而增强了石材本身的强度性能。

本实施例的改性粉煤灰的制备方法为:将粉煤灰加入到磁力搅拌器中,然后加入氟化钠溶液,随后再加入十二烷基硫酸钠,先以150r/min的转速搅拌1.5h,然后再加入脂肪酰二乙醇胺、纳米二氧化硅溶液,然后再以11500r/min的转速搅拌15min,即可。
本实施例的氟化钠溶液采用氟化钠、乙醇按照重量比1:3混合而成。
本实施例的无机活性材料为超细Mg(OH)2、超细AL(OH)3按照重量比4:1混合而成。
本实施例的石材上表面涂覆粘接剂采用喷涂方法进行涂覆,喷涂的流速为15g/L。

与实施例3的材料及制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是采用市场上的材料。

Claims (8)

1.一种保温石材一体板的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
步骤一:石材基材的准备:将石英砂与硅酸盐水泥按照重量比1:2进行混合,然后先搅拌10-20min,搅拌转速为300-400r/min,随后再加入改性粉煤灰、八面沸石,继续搅拌15-25min,然后再加入无机活性材料、去离子水;
步骤二:石材制备:将步骤一石材基材以1000-2000r/min的转速搅拌15-25min,然后再送入模具内以2-5Mpa的压力成型,最后在45-55℃下养护1-2d,即可;
步骤二,粘接剂的制备:将松香树脂、聚酯乳液先送入到反应罐中,然后再加入烷氧基硅烷,先在60-100℃的温度下,以200-500r/min的转速搅拌15-25min,随后再加入乙烯基硅油,继续搅拌10-20min,最后冷却即可;
步骤四:将石材上表面涂覆粘接剂,然后在覆盖泡沫,泡沫采用1-2MPa的压力与石材进行热压成型,热压成型温度为65-75℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温石材一体板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述改性粉煤灰的制备方法为:将粉煤灰加入到磁力搅拌器中,然后加入氟化钠溶液,随后再加入十二烷基硫酸钠,先以100-200r/min的转速搅拌1-2h,然后再加入脂肪酰二乙醇胺、纳米二氧化硅溶液,然后再以1000-1200r/min的转速搅拌10-20min,即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种保温石材一体板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述氟化钠溶液采用氟化钠、乙醇按照重量比1:(2-4)混合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种保温石材一体板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述氟化钠溶液采用氟化钠、乙醇按照重量比1:3混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温石材一体板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述无机活性材料为超细Mg(OH)2、超细AL(OH)3按照重量比(2-6):1混合而成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种保温石材一体板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述无机活性材料为超细Mg(OH)2、超细AL(OH)3按照重量比4:1混合而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温石材一体板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述石材上表面涂覆粘接剂采用喷涂方法进行涂覆,喷涂的流速为10-20g/L。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种保温石材一体板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述喷涂的流速为15g/L。
