Abstract
【解決手段】本体ゴム弾性体16における第1の取付部材12と反対側の端部外周面に嵌着金具32を固着して、該嵌着金具32に対して第2の取付部材14の筒状部46をシールゴム54を挟んで流体密に圧着すると共に、該嵌着金具32に、壁部36の一部が内方に突出する内方突出部34を設けて、該内方突出部34と該筒状部46の間にシールゴム収容空間88を形成した。

Claims (5)
- 本体ゴム弾性体によって弾性連結されている第1の取付部材と筒状部を有する第2の取付部材と、
前記第2の取付部材によって支持される仕切部材と、
前記仕切部材を挟んだ一方の側に位置して壁部の一部が該本体ゴム弾性体によって構成されて非圧縮性流体が封入された受圧室と、
前記仕切部材を挟んだ他方の側に位置して壁部の一部が可撓性膜で構成されて前記非圧縮性流体が封入された平衡室と、
前記受圧室と前記平衡室を相互に連通するオリフィス通路と、を備えており、前記本体ゴム弾性体の一方の端部に前記第1の取付部材が固着されている一方、他方の端部の外周面に円筒形状の嵌着金具が固着されており、該嵌着金具に対して前記第2の取付部材の前記筒状部がシールゴムを挟んで流体密に圧着されている流体封入式防振装置において、
前記嵌着金具には、壁部の一部が内方に突出する内方突出部が設けられており、該内方突出部と前記第2の取付部材の前記筒状部との間にシールゴム収容空間が形成されていることを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置。 - 前記嵌着金具の前記内方突出部が、前記嵌着金具の軸方向に傾斜して内方に延びるテーパ形状とされている請求項1に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記第1の取付部材から離隔する側の前記嵌着金具の軸方向端部において、前記テーパ形状の前記内方突出部が設けられている請求項2に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記嵌着金具の軸直方向において、前記内方突出部の突出先端部における前記内方への突出量が、前記嵌着金具の内径寸法の3〜15%の範囲内に設定されている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記シールゴム収容空間の容積が、前記第2の取付部材の筒状部と前記嵌着金具との間で挟持される前記シールゴムの体積の3%以上とされている請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
