Abstract
【解決手段】固定および安定化するための作用剤は、二酸成分であるテレフタル酸(および場合によりイソフタル酸)とジオール成分であるブタンジオール、ジエチレングリコールおよびトリエチレングリコールから形成される統計コポリエステルである。この繊維構造体を製造する方法も提供される。この繊維構造体はポリマーマトリックス(特にエポキシ樹脂)のための強化材料として用いられる。さらに、少なくとも1種の熱硬化性樹脂と本発明に係る繊維構造体とを含む繊維複合材料も提供される。

10〜30モル%のトリエチレングリコール。
70〜100モル%、好ましくは85〜100モル%のテレフタル酸;
0〜30モル%、好ましくは0〜15モル%のイソフタル酸;
45〜65モル%、好ましくは47〜57モル%のブタンジオール;
20〜30モル%、好ましくは23〜28モル%のジエチレングリコール;
15〜25モル%、好ましくは20〜25モル%のトリエチレングリコール。

− 合成繊維(特に、ポリマー繊維、好ましくはポリエステルとポアミドのもの、特にポリアラミドのもの)、
− 天然繊維、特に綿、羊毛、カポック、大麻、リネン、ジュートまたは木材、および
− これらの混合物。

測定温度:23℃。
試験を行う熱可塑性樹脂の平らなフィルム(単位面積当りのコーティング重量:200g/m2)をポリエステル-羊毛の織物(55/45重量%、褐色、単位面積当りのコーティング重量:210g/m2、製造者:Becker Tuche(ドイツ)またはMarzotto(イタリア))の上に二重ベルトプレスを用いて層状に貼り合わせる。このときの積層温度は熱可塑性樹脂の融点よりも30℃高い。貼り合せシートを50℃において24時間貯蔵した後、24×8cmのサンプルを切り出す。プラスチックのフレーム(15×5cm)をサンプルの上に置き、その下の細い側部にワックスを塗布した紙片を配置する。新たに用意した脱泡したエポキシドの混合物を、フレームに3mmの高さまで充填する。エポキシドを23℃において12〜16時間にわたって硬化させる。次いで、フレームを除去する。ワックスを塗布した紙片によって、熱可塑性樹脂のフィルムとエポキシドが約3cmの長さにわたって分離される。

測定温度:23℃および80℃。
最初に、330×330×4mmの寸法を有するプレートを樹脂トランスファー成形(RTM)によって製造する。これを行うために、単位面積当りのコーティング重量が298g/m2の一方向炭素繊維のフィラメントを、80℃に予熱した加熱可能なプレスの金型キャビティの中に手で配置し、その上に、18gの熱可塑性樹脂の粉末を篩を用いて均一に分散させ、この操作を15回繰り返し、このとき、一方向炭素繊維のフィラメントの1番目の層に対して2番目の層を−45°ずらし、3番目の層を+45°ずらし、そして4番目の層を90°ずらす。このようにすると、16層の構造の5番目の層は1番目の層と同じ方向を有する。各々の層の上に18gの熱可塑性樹脂の粉末を散布するが、16番目の層の上には散布しない。金型を閉鎖した後、120℃までの加熱を真空(残留圧力:0.05mbar)の下で行い、この温度に達したときに、80℃に予熱した単一成分エポキシ樹脂(HexFlow RTM6(Hexcel Corporation、米国))を注入する。硬化を180℃、6barの圧力において90分間行う。次いで、圧力を低下させ、同時に冷却を行う。金型を開放するまで真空を維持する。一方向炭素繊維のフィラメントとしてIMS60 E13(東邦テナックス(株)、日本)を用いる。プレートの品質の検査を超音波を用いて行った後、試験片を24×8×4mmの寸法で切り出す。測定を行う前に、試験片を60分で測定温度にする。圧力試験は気候室の中で行う。

プレートの製造は、ILSS試験について説明した通りである。品質の検査を超音波を用いて行った後、試験片を150×100×4mmの寸法で切り出す。

Claims (15)
- 繊維材料とこの繊維材料を固定および安定化するための作用剤から得られる固定および/または安定化繊維構造体であって、
固定および安定化するための作用剤は、下記の成分から形成される少なくとも1種の統計コポリエステルであることを特徴とし:
55〜100モル%のテレフタル酸;
0〜45モル%のイソフタル酸;
35〜75モル%のブタンジオール;
15〜35モル%のジエチレングリコール;
10〜30モル%のトリエチレングリコール、
ここで、テレフタル酸とブタンジオールのモル分率の合計は、それぞれ100モル%の二酸の総量とジオールの総量に対して最大で150モル%である、前記繊維構造体。 - 少なくとも1種の統計コポリエステルは下記の成分から形成され:
70〜100モル%、好ましくは85〜100モル%のテレフタル酸;
0〜30モル%、好ましくは0〜15モル%のイソフタル酸;
45〜65モル%、好ましくは47〜57モル%のブタンジオール;
20〜30モル%、好ましくは23〜28モル%のジエチレングリコール;
15〜25モル%、好ましくは20〜25モル%のトリエチレングリコール、
ここで、テレフタル酸とブタンジオールのモル分率の合計は、それぞれ100モル%の二酸の総量とジオールの総量に対して最大で150モル%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の繊維構造体。 - 少なくとも1種の統計コポリエステルは0〜2重量%、好ましくは0.05〜1重量%の添加剤、特に、成核剤、安定剤、潤滑剤、消泡剤、縮合触媒を含んでいて、このとき、コポリエステルと添加剤の合計は100重量%となることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の繊維構造体。
- 少なくとも1種のコポリエステルは、ISO/DIN1133に従って測定して160℃および2.16kgの荷重において、100〜3000Pas、好ましくは100〜600Pas、特に好ましくは120〜500Pas、さらに特に好ましくは150〜300Pasの範囲の溶融粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の繊維構造体。
- 少なくとも1種のコポリエステルは固定用の糸として存在していて、そして、ISO/DIN1133に従って測定して160℃および2.16kgの荷重において、1000〜3000Pas、好ましくは1500〜2500Pas、特に好ましくは1700〜2200Pasの範囲の溶融粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の繊維構造体。
- 少なくとも1種のコポリエステルは、ISO11357に従って測定して20K/分の加熱速度において、60〜160℃、好ましくは70〜150℃、特に好ましくは90〜140℃の範囲の融点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の繊維構造体。
- 繊維材料は、一方向フィラメントあるいは織物、フリース、編みメッシュまたはメリヤス生地、不織布、またはこれらの組み合わせの群からの面状の繊維材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の繊維構造体。
- 繊維材料は下記のものを含む群:
− ガラス繊維、
− 炭素繊維、
− 鉱物繊維、
− 合成繊維(特に、ポリマー繊維、好ましくはポリエステルとポアミドのもの、特にポリアラミドのもの)、
− 天然繊維、特に綿、羊毛、カポック、大麻、リネン、ジュートまたは木材、および
− これらの混合物
から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の繊維構造体。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の繊維構造体を製造する方法であって、繊維材料を固定および安定化するための少なくとも1種の作用剤は、粉末塗装、ペースト塗装または分散コーティングによって、またはペースト、懸濁液、フィルム、ウェブ、不織布、固定不織布または織布、または噴霧溶融物として繊維材料に付与され、次いで、繊維構造体の固定が温度および/または圧力の作用によって行われる、前記方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の繊維構造体を製造する方法であって、繊維材料の固定および安定化は、少なくとも1種の統計コポリエステルから製造された固定用の糸を用いて縫うことによって行われる、前記方法。
- 少なくとも1種の熱硬化性樹脂と請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1種の繊維構造体とを含む繊維-樹脂複合材料。
- 少なくとも1種の熱硬化性樹脂はエポキシ樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の繊維-樹脂複合材料。
- 繊維-樹脂複合材料は、層間剪断強さの試験において、23℃の測定温度において、少なくとも55MPa、好ましくは少なくとも60MPaの強度を有することを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の繊維-樹脂複合材料。
- 繊維-樹脂複合材料は、圧縮強さの試験において、少なくとも185MPaの圧縮強度(CAI)を有し、好ましくは少なくとも210MPa、特に好ましくは少なくとも245MPaの圧縮強度を有することを特徴とする、請求項11〜13に記載の繊維-樹脂複合材料。
- エポキシ樹脂のための強化材料としての請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の繊維構造体の使用であって、特にスポーツ、余暇、機械産業、電子工学、建設、医療工学、交通と輸送の手段、および航空宇宙工学の領域における使用。
