Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の光半導体照明装置は、半導体光素子が配置されるヒートシンク部に結合される光学カバーを含む発光モジュールと、発光モジュールが少なくとも一つ以上は装着されるハウジングとを含み、ヒートシンク部は、複数の放熱フィンが突出される放熱ベース上に、光学カバーの周縁に対応する形状で突出する引掛り突起と、引掛り突起の外側に形成され、光学カバーの端が引掛り固定される複数の締結スリットを含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- 半導体光素子が配置されるヒートシンク部に結合される光学カバーを含む発光モジュールと、
前記発光モジュールが少なくとも一つ以上は装着されるハウジングとを含み、
前記ヒートシンク部は、
複数の放熱フィンが突出される放熱ベース上に、前記光学カバーの周縁に対応する形状で突出する引掛り突起と、
前記引掛り突起の外側に形成され、光学カバーの端が引掛り固定される複数の締結スリットを含むことを特徴とする光半導体照明装置。 - 前記ヒートシンク部は、前記引掛り突起の形成方向に沿って前記光学カバーの周縁が配置される溝をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 半導体光素子が配置されるヒートシンク部に結合される光学カバーを含む発光モジュールと、
前記発光モジュールが少なくとも一つ以上は装着されるハウジングとを含み、
前記光学カバーは、
前記半導体光素子に対応するレンズ部が備えられる透光性カバー板上に形成され前記ヒートシンク部の縁部と結合されるエッジ部を含むことを特徴とする光半導体照明装置。 - 前記光学カバーは、前記透光性カバー板から突出され前記ヒートシンク部の周縁と結合される前記エッジ部の形成方向に沿って前記透光性カバー板まで切開された切欠部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記光学カバーは、前記切欠部に配置され前記ヒートシンク部の外側の周縁に沿って複数貫通される締結スリットに着脱結合するフック部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記ヒートシンク部は、前記溝と前記光学カバー間に介在するシール部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記光学カバーは、前記透光性カバー板の表面に光拡散塗料が塗布されている、又は、光拡散フィルムが付着していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記透光性カバー板は、光拡散物質が混合された透明又は半透明の合成樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記光学カバーは、前記半導体光素子と前記透光性カバー板との間に配置され半導体光素子から照射される光を乱反射させる色光プレートをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記レンズ部は凸レンズ又は凹レンズであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記レンズ部は少なくとも二つ以上の楕円球を、前記透光性カバー板に対して傾斜するように重ねて配置された形状であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記レンズ部は多面体であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光半導体照明装置。
