前記防熱ベースには前記防熱フィンの上段部を露出させる空気流動ホールが形成されることを特徴とする光半導体照明装置。 - 前記光学カバーには前記空気流動ホール及び前記防熱フィンを露出させる開口部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記防熱ベースは、前記空気流動ホールの周辺に回路基板が配置される領域を含み、前記回路基板上には前記半導体光素子が複数個で実装されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記防熱フィンは、前記空気流動ホールを通じて前記防熱ベースの上面以上の高さに延長された上向延長部を一体に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記防熱ベースは、前記空気流動ホールの周囲に沿って突出形成された隔壁を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記防熱ベースは、前記空気流動ホールの周囲に沿って突出形成された隔壁を含み、前記隔壁は前記光学カバーの開口部に嵌められることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記複数の防熱フィン各々は、前記空気流動ホールを通じて前記防熱ベースの上面より高く延長された上向延長部を一体に含み、前記空気流動ホールの周囲に沿って隔壁が突出形成され、前記上向延長部の両側端が前記隔壁に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記光学カバーは、前記開口部の周囲に沿って形成され下方に延長された内部壁を含み、前記内部壁が前記空気流動ホールの上部に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記光学カバーは、前記半導体光素子に対応するように形成されたレンズ部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記防熱ベースは、相互対向する両側面各々に設けられたメスコネクタとオスコネクタとを含み、前記メスコネクタと前記オスコネクタとの少なくとも一つは前記防熱ベースと隣り合う防熱ベースのメスコネクタ又はオスコネクタに接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記防熱ベースは幅と長さを有し、前記空気流動ホールは前記防熱ベースの中央に長さ方向に非常に長く形成され、前記防熱ベースの上面には前記空気流動ホールを介して一対の非常に長い長さ方向領域が提供され、前記半導体光素子が複数個で実装されている回路基板が前記長さ方向領域に配置されるように搭載されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記複数の防熱フィンと前記上向延長部は、前記空気流動ホールを複数個のセル(cell)型孔で区画することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 防熱ベースを含むヒートシンクと、
前記防熱ベース上に搭載されている少なくとも一つの回路基板と、
前記回路基板上に実装されている複数の半導体光素子と、
前記半導体光素子を覆うように配置されている光学カバーとを含み、
前記防熱ベースには空気流動ホールが形成されていることを特徴とする光半導体照明装置。 - 前記光学カバーは、前記空気流動ホールに対応する開口部を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記防熱ベースは、前記空気流動ホールの周囲に沿って突出形成された隔壁を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記隔壁が前記光学カバーの開口部に嵌められることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記光学カバーは、前記開口部の周囲に沿って形成され下方に延長された内部壁を含み、前記内部壁が前記空気流動ホールの上部に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光半導体照明装置。
