Claims (7)
- 半導体光素子が配置されるヒートシンク部および前記ヒートシンク部に結合される光学カバーを含む発光モジュールと、
前記発光モジュールが少なくとも一つ以上は装着されるハウジングとを含み、
前記ヒートシンク部は、
複数の放熱フィンが突出される放熱ベース上に、前記光学カバーの周縁に対応する形状で突出する環形の内壁と、
前記内壁と溝を形成するように形成され、前記光学カバーが引掛り固定される複数の締結スリットを備えた環形の外壁と、
前記溝に配置された環形のシール部材とを含み、
前記光学カバーは、内側壁および外側壁を備えた二重壁構造のエッジ部を含み、
前記エッジ部の少なくとも前記内側壁が前記溝の内部において前記シール部材に押しつけられて前記ヒートシンク部と前記光学カバーとの間を密封し、
前記締結スリットに前記溝の内側から着脱結合するフック部が前記内側壁より前記外側壁の側に形成され、
前記エッジ部は、前記半導体光素子に対応するレンズ部が備えられる透光性カバー板から突出され、
前記フック部は、前記エッジ部の形成方向に沿って前記透光性カバー板まで前記外側壁が切開された切欠部に形成されていることを特徴とする光半導体照明装置。 - 前記光学カバーは、前記透光性カバー板の表面に光拡散塗料が塗布されている、又は、光拡散フィルムが付着していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記透光性カバー板は、光拡散物質が混合された透明又は半透明の合成樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記光学カバーは、前記半導体光素子と前記透光性カバー板との間に配置され半導体光素子から照射される光を乱反射させる色光プレートをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記レンズ部は凸レンズ又は凹レンズであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記レンズ部は少なくとも二つ以上の楕円球を、前記透光性カバー板に対して傾斜するように重ねて配置された形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記レンズ部は多面体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。
