Description
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及LED照明领域,特别是涉及一种LED吸顶灯。
背景技术
[0002] 吸顶灯安装在房间、走廊内部顶端,紧靠天花板,安装时底部完全贴在屋顶上而称之为吸顶灯。吸顶灯结构简约、安装快捷,普遍使用在家庭和办公场所、医院、学校、宾馆的走廊、卧室、卫生间等场所。现有吸顶灯的光源包括普通的白炽灯泡、荧光灯、LED灯等,尤其是LED灯,随着LED灯的价格逐渐降低,其光效好,电能损耗低,使用寿命长等优点也被普遍应用在吸顶灯上。
[0003] 但是目前大多数吸顶灯通过将LED灯珠呈圆形或者矩阵布置于灯板上,依靠正面发光来达到发光的均匀性,但LED灯珠一般以120°的发光角度散发光线,由于灯板上LED灯珠的相对布置关系或其他结构的阻挡、吸收而形成暗区,造成照明效果弱化、发光不均匀、影响美观等问题。
实用新型内容
[0004] 基于此,针对上述问题,有必要提供一种LED吸顶灯,其解决的技术问题包括如何使LED吸顶灯实现较高的光照均匀度,如何减少暗区的形成及如何简化LED吸顶灯的结构,此外,本实用新型的还可以解决如何实现LED吸顶灯的自动化装配,如何提高LED吸顶灯的散热效果等。
[0005] —种LED吸顶灯,包括:

[0007] 灯罩,其与所述底盘固定连接并围成封闭空间;
[0008] LED组件,其容置于所述灯罩与所述底盘围成的封闭空间内,所述LED组件包括灯板及设置于所述灯板的若干个LED灯珠,所述灯板远离所述LED灯珠的一侧固定设置于所述底盘;
[0009] 保护盖,其包括本体及设置于所述本体的若干个透镜,所述本体盖设于所述灯板,并固定设置于所述底盘,所述透镜罩设于所述LED灯珠,且每一所述透镜对应一所述LED灯珠。
[0010] 在其中一个实施例中,所述灯板的边缘设有缺口,所述底盘上设有与所述缺口配合的压紧块,所述灯板通过所述缺口与所述压紧块贴设于所述底盘。
[0011] 在其中一个实施例中,所述保护盖的所述本体设有若干凸柱,所述底盘的对应位置设有若干卡孔,所述凸柱卡接固定于所述卡孔内。
[0012] 在其中一个实施例中,所述透镜设有凹腔,所述LED灯珠至少部分容置于所述凹腔内。
[0013] 在其中一个实施例中,还包括接线端子,所述接线端子的输出端与所述灯板电连接,所述接线端子的输入端用于与外部电源电连接。
[0014] 在其中一个实施例中,所述灯板开设有通孔,所述接线端子穿设所述通孔,并固定安装于所述灯板。

[0018] 上述LED吸顶灯,由于透镜罩设于LED灯珠,LED灯珠发出的光线经过透镜的折射后,可获得良好的配光效果及均匀的照度,使光线更加均匀柔和,而且还可以有效地减少暗区的产生。
[0019] 而且,由于灯板通过压紧块与缺口贴设于底盘,保护盖通过凸柱固定于底盘的卡孔内,使LED吸顶灯的装配过程可实现免螺丝安装,安装过程简单方便,可以实现自动化装配过程,从而大幅度增加LED吸顶灯的装配效率。
[0020] 此外,灯板贴设于底盘,LED组件产生的热量可以通过底盘迅速散发到外界空气中,散热效果较好,而且无需另外增加散热器,降低了 LED吸顶灯结构的复杂度,使其外形更加美观,同时也减低了生产成本。

[0030] 本实用新型提供一种LED吸顶灯,其包括:底盘,灯罩,LED组件及保护盖,所述灯罩与所述底盘固定连接并围成封闭空间,所述LED组件及所述保护盖容置于所述灯罩与所述底盘围成的封闭空间内,所述LED组件包括灯板及设置于所述灯板的若干个LED灯珠,所述灯板远离所述LED灯珠的一侧固定设置于所述底盘;所述保护盖包括本体及设置于所述本体的若干个透镜,所述本体盖设于所述灯板,并与所述底盘连接,所述透镜罩设于所述LED灯珠,且每一所述透镜对应一所述LED灯珠。
[0031 ] 请参阅图1及图2,其分别为LED吸顶灯的结构示意图及爆炸图。吸顶灯10包括底盘100、灯罩200、LED组件300、保护盖400及接线端子500。灯罩200与底盘100固定连接并围成封闭空间,LED组件300、保护盖400与接线端子500容置于灯罩200与底盘100围成的封闭空间内。
[0032] 请参阅图2,LED组件300包括灯板310及设置于灯板310的若干个LED灯珠320,灯板310远离LED灯珠320的一侧固定设置于底盘100。为了提高LED吸顶灯的散热效果,例如,灯板310贴设于底盘100,这样,LED组件产生的热量可以通过底盘迅速散发到外界空气中,散热效果较好,而且无需另外增加散热器,降低了 LED吸顶灯结构的复杂度,使其外形更加美观,同时也减低了生产成本。为了提高散热性能,在本实施例中,底盘100由导热金属制成,例如,底盘100由铝、铜、铁或其合金制成,又如,所述底盘为设置若干透气孔的圆形铝合金板,这样可以获得更好的散热效果,使得LED组件产生的热量可以通过底盘及时散发到外界空气中。
[0033] 进一步的,灯板310的边缘设有缺口 311,底盘100上设有与缺口 311配合的压紧块110,灯板310通过压紧块110与缺口 311贴设于底盘100,通过将压紧块110沿灯板310的缺口 311的边缘压合,即可将灯板310固定在底盘100上,可实现免螺丝、无焊接安装,安装简单方便,便于自动化装配过程,从而大幅度提高LED吸顶灯的装配效率。例如,所述压紧块110远离底盘100的端部设置凸起的卡位,用于在压合缺口 311后阻止灯板310脱出。这样,可以获得更稳固的安装效果,也便于拆装维护。
[0034] 在本实施例中,灯板310为圆形,LED灯珠320沿灯板310的圆周均匀分布,可以避免出现相邻的LED灯珠间相互阻挡、吸收而形成暗区,造成照明效果弱化,发光不均匀的情况,获得更均匀的照度及更好的照明效果。
[0035] 请参阅图2及图3,保护盖400包括本体410及设置于本体410的若干个透镜420,本体410盖设于灯板310,并与底盘100连接,透镜420罩设于LED灯珠320,且每一透镜420对应一 LED灯珠320。具体的,请参阅图4,透镜420设有凹腔421,LED灯珠320至少部分容置于凹腔421内,LED灯珠320发出的光线经过透镜420的折射后,可获得良好的配光效果及均匀的照度,使光线更加均匀柔和,而且还可以有效地减少暗区的产生。
[0036] 为了便于保护盖的生产加工过程,以及方便其装配过程,例如,保护盖400为一体成型结构,即,本体410与透镜420形成一整体,这样,可以便于保护盖的生产加工过程,而且可以快速实现多个透镜的同时安装,装配过程简单方便。
[0037] 进一步的,保护盖400的本体410设有若干凸柱411,底盘100的对应位置设有若干卡孔120,每一凸柱411卡接固定于对应的一个卡孔120内,安装及拆卸过程简单方便,可实现自动化装配,有助于提高LED吸顶灯的装配效率。
[0038] 例如,接线端子500的输出端与灯板310电连接,接线端子500的输入端用于直接与外部电源电连接。具体的,请参阅图6,灯板310开设有通孔312,接线端子500穿设通孔312,并固定安装于灯板310上。
[0039] 在本实施例中,请继续参阅图6,接线端子500包括第一端子510及第二端子520,第一端子510分别与灯板310及第二端子520电连接。第一端子510设有至少两接触片511,插套512及凸块513。第二端子520设有插针521及卡孔522,第一端子510的凸块513——对应地插设于第二端子520的卡孔522内,且第二端子520的插针521——对应地插设于第一端子510的插套512内,用于使第一端子510与第二端子520实现电连接,第一端子510至少一部分插设于通孔312内,且每一接触片511的一端分别与灯板310电连接。由于第一端子与第二端子通过插接方式固定连接,灯板夹持在第一端子和第二端子之间,第一端子与灯板电连接,与现有技术相比,结构更加紧凑,安装更为简单方便,可以提高组装效率,且电连接更加可靠,成本更为低廉,适合大规模工业化生产,此外,第一端子设置于LED吸顶灯内,第二端子可设置于LED吸顶灯外,在实际使用中,第二端子连接市电,用户只需将第二端子插接至第一端子上即可为灯板供电,进而点亮LED灯珠,使LED吸顶灯中无需另设电源,可以大大减小LED吸顶灯灯的体积。
[0040] 上述LED吸顶灯,由于透镜罩设于LED灯珠,LED灯珠发出的光线经过透镜的折射后,可获得良好的配光效果及均匀的照度,使光线更加均匀柔和,而且还可以有效地减少暗区的产生。
