Abstract
【解決手段】 軸方向に延びるトラック溝11が内周面12の複数箇所に形成された外側継手部13を有する外側継手部材10と、軸方向に延びるトラック溝21が外側継手部13のトラック溝11と対をなして外周面22の複数箇所に形成された内側継手部23およびその内側継手部23から一体的に延びるシャフト部24からなる内側継手部材20と、外側継手部13のトラック溝11と内側継手部23のトラック溝21との間に介在してトルクを伝達するボール30と、外側継手部13の内周面12と内側継手部23の外周面22と間に配されてボール30を保持するケージ40とを備え、内側継手部材20は、中空状のパイプ素材からなるシャフト部24の端部にプレス加工により内側継手部23を一体的に成形する。

Claims (10)
- 軸方向に延びるトラック溝が内周面の複数箇所に形成された外側継手部を有する外側継手部材と、軸方向に延びるトラック溝が前記外側継手部のトラック溝と対をなして外周面の複数箇所に形成された内側継手部およびその内側継手部から一体的に延びるシャフト部からなる内側継手部材と、前記外側継手部のトラック溝と前記内側継手部のトラック溝との間に介在してトルクを伝達するボールと、前記外側継手部の内周面と前記内側継手部の外周面と間に配されて前記ボールを保持するケージとを備え、
前記内側継手部材は、中空状のパイプ素材からなる前記シャフト部の端部にプレス加工により前記内側継手部を一体的に成形したことを特徴とする等速自在継手。 - 前記ボールは3個である請求項1に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記内側継手部材は、前記内側継手部が冷間プレス成形で仕上げられている請求項1又は2に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記内側継手部材は、前記内側継手部およびシャフト部のうち、少なくとも内側継手部が焼入れされている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記内側継手部材は、内側継手部の端部にその開口孔を閉塞する詰め部材を装着した請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記外側継手部のトラック溝および内側継手部のトラック溝は直線状をなし、前記内側継手部、ボールおよびケージからなる内部部品が前記外側継手部内で軸方向変位可能に配置されている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記ケージの外周面の球面状部位の曲率中心を外側継手部の開口側に配置し、ケージの内周面の球面状部位の曲率中心を外側継手部の奥側に配置した請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記外側継手部と内側継手部との間に、内側継手部、ボールおよびケージを軸方向に位置決めするばねを介挿した請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手。
- ドライブシャフトの両端に設けられ、前記内側継手部材のシャフト部の両端に位置する二つの内側継手部のうち、一方の内側継手部のトラック溝の位相に対し、他方の内側継手部のトラック溝の位相をボールピッチの半分の角度だけ円周方向にずらした請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記外側継手部の開口端部に、内側継手部、ボールおよびケージの抜け止め機構を設けた請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手。
