Abstract
【解決手段】等速自在継手は、内輪31の外周面と外輪32の内周面の各々に直線状のトラック溝36,37を軸方向に対して互いに反対方向に傾斜させた状態で軸方向に形成し、両トラック溝36,37の交叉部にボール33を組み込んだものである。ケージ34は、外径面34aのうちジョイント機能必要部48を、熱処理後に切削を行う焼入鋼切削加工が施されている加工面46とした。

Claims (7)
- 内輪の外周面と外輪の内周面の各々に直線状のトラック溝を軸方向に対して互いに反対方向に傾斜させた状態で軸方向に形成し、両トラック溝の交叉部にボールを組み込んだ等速自在継手のケージにおいて、
外径面のうち少なくともジョイント機能必要部を、熱処理後に切削を行う焼入鋼切削加工が施されている加工面としたことを特徴とする等速自在継手のケージ。 - 前記加工面の面粗度をRa0.8以下としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速自在継手のケージ。
- プロペラシャフト用等速自在継手のケージであって、前記ジョイント機能必要部が、軸心を中心とした15°の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の等速自在継手のケージ。
- ドライブシャフト用等速自在継手のケージであって、前記ジョイント機能必要部が、軸心を中心とした25°の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の等速自在継手のケージ。
- 6個、8個、又は10個のボールの保持が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手のケージ。
- 前記請求項1〜請求項3、又は請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のケージを組み込んだことを特徴とするプロペラシャフトアッセンブリー。
- 前記請求項1、請求項2、請求項4、又は請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のケージを組み込んだことを特徴とするドライブシャフトアッセンブリー。
