Claims (6)
- 内径面に複数のトラック溝が形成された外側継手部材と、外径面に複数のトラック溝が形成された内側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材のトラック溝と内側継手部材のトラック溝との間に介在してトルクを伝達する複数のボールと、ボールを保持する保持器とを備えた固定型等速自在継手であって、
外側継手部材のトラック溝のトラック入口端において、少なくともボール接触点対応部位に切欠アール部を設けるとともに、この切欠アール部は冷間鍛造成形にて仕上げられており、かつ、外側継手部材のトラック溝の研削加工に対して取り代を設け、このトラック溝の研削加工後も前記切欠アール部が冷間鍛造仕上げ部として残ることを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - 内径面に複数のトラック溝が形成された外側継手部材と、外径面に複数のトラック溝が形成された内側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材のトラック溝と内側継手部材のトラック溝との間に介在してトルクを伝達する複数のボールと、ボールを保持する保持器とを備えた固定型等速自在継手であって、
内側継手部材のトラック溝のトラック入口端において、少なくともボール接触点対応部位に切欠アール部を設けるとともに、この切欠アール部は冷間鍛造成形にて仕上げられており、かつ、内側継手部材のトラック溝の研削加工に対して取り代を設け、このトラック溝の研削加工後も前記切欠アール部が冷間鍛造仕上げ部として残ることを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - 内径面に複数のトラック溝が形成された外側継手部材と、外径面に複数のトラック溝が形成された内側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材のトラック溝と内側継手部材のトラック溝との間に介在してトルクを伝達する複数のボールと、ボールを保持する保持器とを備えた固定型等速自在継手であって、
外側継手部材のトラック溝のトラック入口端において、少なくともボール接触対応部位に切欠アール部を設けるとともに、内側継手部材のトラック溝のトラック入口端において、少なくともボール接触点対応部位に切欠アール部を設け、かつ、各切欠アール部は冷間鍛造成形にて仕上げられており、さらに、外側継手部材および内側継手部材の各トラック溝の研削加工に対して取り代を設け、各トラック溝の研削加工後も前記各切欠アール部が冷間鍛造仕上げ部として残ることを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - トラック溝全体が冷間鍛造成形にて仕上げられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材の入口端部に、奥側から入口側に向かって拡開するテーパ部を設け、このテーパ部が冷間鍛造成形にて仕上げられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材のトラック溝のピッチ円径と内側継手部材のトラック溝のピッチ円径との差であるPCDすきまを、−0.02mm〜+0.3mmとしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
