Claims (4)
- 엔진의 회전동력을 전달하며 내부에 그루우브가 형성되어 있는 하우징과,상기 하우징의 회전동력을 전달받아서 회전되는 샤프트와,상기 하우징과 샤프트를 연결하기 위하여 상기 샤프트의 일단에 연결되어 상기 하우징의 내부에 설치되며 트라이포드 타입의 트러니언이 형성되어 있는 스파이더와,상기 스파이더의 트러니언의 외주면에 설치되는 롤러군과,상기 롤러군의 상단에 설치되는 스트라이크 아웃트와,상기 스파이더의 전후에 각각 설치되는 제1 및 제2 다이어프램 스프링과,상기 스파이더와 제1 및 제2 다이어프램 스프링이 샤프트로부터 빠져 나오는 것을 방지하기 위한 리테이너링과,상기 하우징에 일단이 연결되고 상기 샤프트에 일단이 연결되는 부트와,상기 부트를 고정시키기 위한 클램핑 밴드를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 축력감쇠형 트라이포드 타입 등속 조인트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 샤프트가 하우징의 내측으로 슬라이딩될 때는 제1 다이어프램 스프링이 축력을 감쇠시키고, 상기 샤프트가 하우징의 외측으로 슬라이딩될 때는 제2 다이어프램 스프링이 축력을 감쇠시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 축력감쇠형 트라이포드 타입 등속 조인트.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 롤러군은,상기 스파이더의 트러니언의 외주면에 설치되는 니들롤러와,상기 니들롤러의 외주면에 설치되는 구면롤러와,상기 구면롤러의 외주면에 설치되는 원통롤러를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 축력감쇠형 트라이포드 타입 등속 조인트.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 다이어프램 스프링은 원판에 슬릿을 방사선상으로 쪼개 놓은 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 축력감쇠형 트라이포드 타입 등속 조인트.
