Abstract
【解決手段】ワイヤハーネス1は、芯線5と、該芯線5を覆う被覆部6と、を備えた電線としてのアルミ電線2と、前記アルミ電線2の前記被覆部6から露出した前記芯線5に取り付けられる端子金具としてのオス端子7と、を備えている。前記被覆部6に取り付けられ、前記端子金具7を埋設するハウジング10をさらに備え、前記ハウジング10と前記被覆部6との間には、これらの隙き間を埋めるリング状の防水部材4が設けられ、前記防水部材4は軟質樹脂からなる。

Claims (8)
- 芯線と、該芯線を覆う被覆部と、を備えた電線と、
前記電線の前記被覆部から露出した前記芯線に取り付けられる端子金具と、を備えたワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記被覆部に取り付けられ、前記端子金具を埋設するハウジングをさらに備え、
前記ハウジングと前記被覆部との間には、これらの隙き間を埋めるリング状の防水部材が設けられ、
前記防水部材は、軟質樹脂から構成されていることを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 前記芯線はアルミニウムから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネス。
- 前記芯線は銅から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネス。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のうちいずれか一項に記載のワイヤハーネスの製造方法であって、
前記電線の前記被覆部から露出した前記芯線に前記端子金具を取り付ける第1工程と、
前記芯線に前記端子金具を取り付けた状態で、前記被覆部の外周部に前記防水部材を取り付ける第2工程と、
前記被覆部の外周部に前記防水部材を取り付けた状態で、前記防水部材の外周部に前記ハウジングを取り付ける第3工程と、を順次行うことを特徴とするワイヤハーネスの製造方法。 - 前記端子金具は、相手方の端子金具に接続される端子部と、前記端子部に連なり前記芯線に接続される接続部と、を備え、これら端子部及び接続部を、前記芯線を導電性の金属から構成された筒状の部材の内側に位置付けた状態で、プレス加工を施すことで同時に形成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のワイヤハーネスの製造方法。
- 前記端子金具は、相手方の端子金具に接続される端子部と、前記端子部に連なり前記芯線に接続される接続部と、を備え、これら端子部及び接続部を、前記芯線を導電性の金属板に載置した後、前記芯線を挟むように前記金属板を折り曲げて前記芯線を前記金属板に挟んだ状態で、プレス加工を施すことで同時に形成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のワイヤハーネスの製造方法。
- 前記防水部材が、前記被覆部にインサート成型によって一体に設けられることを特徴とする請求項4乃至請求項6のうちいずれか一項に記載のワイヤハーネスの製造方法。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記電線及び該電線の前記被覆部に取り付けられた前記防水部材にインサート成型によって一体に設けられることを特徴とする請求項4乃至請求項7のうちいずれか一項に記載のワイヤハーネスの製造方法。
