Abstract
【解決手段】光学部品取付構造は、光学部品である導光部材75を台板71の平面部71aに向けて押圧する弾性板81と、台板71に設けられ弾性板81が取り付けられる取付部71bとを備える。弾性板81は、舌片状をなし導光部材75に弾性的に当接する第1及び第2押圧部81a、81bと、第1及び第2押圧部81a、81bの一端を支持するとともに台板71の取付部71bを弾性的に挟持するクリップ部81c、81dと、クリップ部81cに形成され台板71の取付部71bに設けた一対の位置決め凸部71dに係合する位置決め孔81f、81gとを有する。

Description
図1は本発明の実施形態に係る画像形成装置を示す概略図である。画像形成装置10は、胴内排紙方式のタンデム型カラー複写機であり、下側の装置本体11と上側の装置本体16とを備える。
図6は第2実施形態に係る光学部品取付構造を示す斜視図である。第2実施形態では、弾性板81の第1及び第2押圧部81a、81bの形状が第1実施形態と異なり、第1実施形態と異なる弾性板81について主に説明し、以降、第1実施形態と同じ部分の説明を省略する。

Claims (9)
- 光学部品を固定保持する光学部品取付構造であって、
前記光学部品を基台の平面部に向けて押圧する弾性板と、前記基台に設けられ前記弾性板が取り付けられる取付部とを備え、
前記弾性板は、前記光学部品に弾性的に当接する押圧部と、該押圧部の一端を支持するとともに前記基台の取付部を弾性的に挟持するクリップ部と、該クリップ部に形成され前記取付部に設けた基台側位置決め部に係合する板側位置決め部とを有することを特徴とする光学部品取付構造。 - 前記クリップ部の先端には、外側に傾斜して形成される案内部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学部品取付構造。
- 前記取付部は、前記平面部から前記光学部品側に立設していることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の光学部品取付構造。
- 前記光学部品は前記基台の端面から突出して載置され、前記弾性板は、前記光学部材の重心位置よりも突出方向前方に当接する第1押圧部と、前記光学部材の重心位置よりも突出方向後方に当接する第2押圧部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の光学部品取付構造。
- 前記平面部上には発光素子を搭載した回路基板が取り付けられ、前記光学部材は、受光面と射出面とを有する導光部材であって、前記受光面が前記発光素子に対向するように前記回路基板上に保持されており、前記第2押圧部は前記導光部材の受光面近傍の上面に当接することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光学部品取付構造。
- 前記弾性板は、前記光学部品の長手方向に複数並べて前記取付部に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の光学部品取付構造。
- 前記基台側位置決め部は、前記光学部品の長手方向に並ぶ一対の位置決め凸部であり、前記板側位置決め部は、前記位置決め凸部の一方に嵌合固定される嵌合孔と、前記位置決め凸部の他方に前記位置決め凸部の並び方向に摺動可能に嵌合する長孔とで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の光学部品取付構造。
- 請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の光学部品取付構造を備えた画像読取装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項8のいずれかに記載の光学部品取付構造を備えた画像形成装置。
