Abstract
【解決手段】互いに分割された第1部材,第2部材及び第3部材を加圧しつつ溶着させて形成される吸気系部品であって、前記第1部材と前記第2部材の溶着部及び前記第2部材と前記第3部材の溶着部が重畳して溶着される部位に前記第2部材と前記第1部材の溶着部と、前記第2部材と前記第3部材の溶着部の重畳を避けるように第1の治具受面が形成されている。

Description
また、図6に記載したインテークマニホールドは、加圧治具141とスライド治具142との距離Lが離れているため、十分に溶着部に振動を加えることが難しく、溶着強度が安定せず、溶着時間が上昇するといった問題があった。
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る吸気系部品を説明するための平面図であり、図2は、本実施形態に係る吸気系部品の構成を説明するための分解斜視図であり、図3は、ポートカバーとポートとの溶着を説明するための図1におけるA−A断面図であり、図4は、ポートとチャンバとの溶着を説明するための図1におけるA−A断面図である。なお、本実施形態の説明において、図2における紙面の上下方向を本実施形態における上下方向として定義する。
図5は、第2の実施形態に係る吸気系部品の構成を説明するための断面図である。なお、以下で説明する第2の実施形態に係る吸気系部品では、上述した第1の実施形態に係る吸気系部品と同一又は類似する部材について、同一符号を付してその説明を省略する場合がある。また、図5において示すように、紙面の幅方向を図面の左右方向と定義して以下の説明を行う。
Claims (7)
- 互いに分割された第1部材,第2部材及び第3部材を加圧しつつ溶着させて形成される吸気系部品であって、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材の溶着部及び前記第2部材と前記第3部材の溶着部が重畳して溶着される部位に前記第2部材と前記第1部材の溶着部と、前記第2部材と前記第3部材の溶着部の重畳を避けるように第1の治具受面が形成されていることを特徴とする吸気系部品。 - 請求項1に記載の吸気系部品において、
前記第1部材が、前記分岐管溝を閉塞して分岐管路を形成するポートカバーであり、
前記第2部材が、分岐管溝が形成されたポートであり、
前記第3部材が、前記分岐管路の一端に連続すると共に、吸気流体を導入する吸気口を備えたタンク室が形成されたチャンバであり、
前記吸気系部品がインテークマニホールドであることを特徴とする吸気系部品。 - 請求項2に記載の吸気系部品において、
前記第1の治具受面は、前記ポートに形成されていることを特徴とする吸気系部品。 - 請求項3に記載の吸気系部品において、
前記第1の治具受面は、前記分岐管溝の前記タンク室と連通する一端の反対端に形成されると共に、前記ポートと前記チャンバとの溶着面と平行に前記分岐管溝の外方に突出するリブが形成されることを特徴とする吸気系部品。 - 請求項4に記載の吸気系部品において、
前記チャンバは第1のスライド治具受部が形成され、前記ポートと前記ポートカバーが溶着された後に前記第1のスライド治具受部と前記第1の治具受面とを振動溶着治具によって挟持することで溶着されることを特徴とする吸気系部品。 - 請求項5に記載の吸気系部品において、
前記ポートは第2のスライド治具受部が形成され、前記ポートカバーは第2の治具受面が形成され、前記第2のスライド治具受部と前記第2の治具受面とを振動溶着治具によって挟持することで溶着されることを特徴とする吸気系部品。 - 請求項1に記載の吸気系部品において、
前記吸気系部品が、レゾネータであることを特徴とする吸気系部品。
