Description
このように固体電解質を備えたリチウムイオン二次電池またはリチウム一次電池は、固体電解質のリチウムイオン伝導性が低いために実用化できない問題があった。例えば特許文献1に開示されるような硫化物ガラス等の固体の無機物質をプレスによってペレット化して作成した全固体電解質を使用してリチウムイオン二次電池を組み立てる報告もされているが、この二次電池はリチウムイオン伝導性が充分に高くないため、いまだ実用には至っていない。
また、リチウム金属電極と空気電極からなるリチウム一次電池の場合は、空気電極で生成された水分がセパレータである固体電解質を通過してリチウム電極側に到達すると発火して危険であるため、緻密で水分透過量が少ない固体電解質が必要であるが、十分な水分非透過性を有するリチウムイオン伝導性固体電解質は存在しなかった。
例えば特許文献2および特許文献3にはナトリウム−硫黄電池用の固体電解質としてβ−アルミナ焼結体が開示されているが、原料粉体の焼結性の良し悪しの違い、結晶構造やその固相反応の違いから、これらの文献に開示された製造方法をそのまま適用しても所望のリチウムイオン伝導性の固体電解質を得る事はできない。
また、本発明の課題の一つはリチウムイオン二次次電池用途において充放電サイクル特性が良好な固体電解質を提供することである。
また、本発明の課題の一つはリチウム一次電池用途において水分透過量が少なく、リチウム金属−空気電池に使用しても安全な固体電解質を提供することである。
さらに本発明の課題は上記固体電解質の製造方法、上記固体電解質を使用したリチウムイオン二次電池、およびリチウム一次電池を提供することである。

また、本発明によれば緻密で水分透過量の少ないリチウムイオン伝導性固体電解質を容易に得ることができ、安全なリチウム金属−空気電池およびそれらを容易に得る事ができる製造方法が提供される。
本発明の製造方法によれば、様々な形状の固体電解質を簡単に、効率良く、安価に成形することができる。
本発明の固体電解質のイオン伝導度は25℃において1×10−4Scm−1以上の値を得ることができ、総合的な観点の好ましい態様においては3×10−4Scm−1以上、より好ましい態様においては4×10−4Scm−1以上の値を得ることができる。
本発明の固体電解質は無機粉体好ましくはリチウムイオン伝導性の無機粉体を含む成形体を作製し、それを加圧後焼成する事または加圧しながら焼成する事により得られ、気孔率を10vol%以下としたものである。
リチウムイオン伝導性の無機粉体を成形後、等方加圧などによって加圧することにより焼結前の成形体が緻密になる。これにより焼成時に均一に成形体が加熱されるため、焼結も材料中で均一の方向に進み、その結果として気孔率が10vol%以下と非常に緻密な固体電解質を得ることができる。
ここで気孔率とは、単位体積中に含まれる空孔の割合であり、次式で表される。
気孔率(%)=(真密度−嵩密度)/真密度×100
ここで、真密度とはアルキメデス法等の既知の方法で測定できる物質そのものの密度である。これに対し、嵩密度とは物体の重さを見掛けの体積で割った密度であり、物体の表面の孔や内部の空孔も含まれている密度である。測定方法としては、測定しやすい形状(角型や円柱状)に加工した試料の重さと体積を測定し、重さ/体積で求めることができる。
特に、任意形状の固体電解質を加圧する場合も、CIPやHIPのような等方加圧法を用いることにより、加圧前の形状を維持することが可能であり、その後の加工を必要とせず、そのまま任意形状の電解質が得られるので、必要形状の固体電解質を容易に得ることができる。
ここで、平均粒径とは、レーザー回折式やレーザー散乱式、あるいはこれらを組み合わせた測定にて得られた体積%の平均であり、具体的には体積換算の粒度分布において、小さな粒径から積算していった際の50vol%(D50)に相当し、一般的にD50と表記される値である。
原料粉末の粒度分布が広く、大きな粒子が存在すると、焼結性が下がり、緻密な焼結体が得られない可能性がある。そのため、原料粉末の大きな粒子を少なくする必要があり、50μm以上の粒子が10vol%以下であること、つまり粒度分布において小さな粒径から積算していった際の90vol%(D90)が50μm以下であることが好ましい。
また、50μm以上の粒子が少ないほど、焼結性が高くなるため、50μm以上の粒子が5%以下であることがより好ましく、50μm以上の粒子が存在しない、つまり最大粒径が50μm以下であることが最も好ましい。
また、材料内まで均一に焼結させて緻密化するためには、粒度分布を制御する必要があり、その粒度分布が広すぎると、材料内の焼結性に差が出てしまう。そこで、最大粒径は平均粒径の15倍以下が好ましく、より好ましくは10倍以下である、最も好ましくは7倍以下である。
また、固体電解質を得るための成形体に含まれるリチウムイオン伝導性の無機粉体中においてもこれらの結晶を多く含むことにより、より高い伝導度が得られるため、リチウムイオン伝導性の無機粉体中に50wt%以上のリチウムイオン伝導性の結晶を含むことが好ましい。より好ましくは55wt%以上、最も好ましくは60wt%以上である。
上記のような高いイオン伝導性を有さない無機粉体であっても、加圧後または加圧しながら焼結することで高いイオン伝導性を有するものであれば、焼成前の成形体中に結晶を含まなくても問題は無い。具体的には、イオン伝導性を有さないガラスまたは混合物を加熱することにより、結晶化または固相反応することで、焼成後の固体電解質が高いイオン伝導性を発現すれば、無機粉体は結晶でもガラスでも混合物でも使用できる。
ここで、ガラスセラミックスとは、ガラスを熱処理することによりガラス相中に結晶相を析出させて得られる材料であり、非晶質固体と結晶からなる材料をいう。更に、ガラスセラミックスとは、結晶の粒子間や結晶中に空孔がほとんどなければガラス相すべてを結晶相に相転移させた材料、すなわち、材料中の結晶量(結晶化度)が100質量%のものを含む。一般にいわれるセラミックスや焼結体はその製造工程上、結晶の粒子間や結晶中の空孔や結晶粒界の存在が避けられず、ガラスセラミックスとは区別することができる。特にイオン伝導に関しては、セラミックスの場合は空孔や結晶粒界の存在により、結晶粒子自体の伝導度よりもかなり低い値となってしまう。ガラスセラミックスは結晶化工程の制御により結晶間の伝導度の低下を抑えることができ、結晶粒子と同程度の伝導度を保つことができる。
前記リチウムイオン伝導性の無機粉体のイオン伝導度は、25℃において1×10−4S・cm−1以上であることが好ましく、5×10−4S・cm−1以上であることがより好ましく、1×10−3S・cm−1以上であることが最も好ましい。
前述の様に加圧後または加圧しながら焼結することによって、イオン伝導度が高くなる無機粉体の場合は、焼結前のイオン伝導度が25℃において1×10−7Scm−1以上であれば好ましい。
またこの組成を有するガラスを母ガラスとして熱処理を施し、結晶を析出させたガラスセラミックスは主結晶相がLi1+x+y(Al,Ga)x(Ti,Ge)2−xSiyP3−yO12(0≦x≦1、0≦y≦1)のガラスセラミックスとなる。以下、各々の成分のmol%で表わされる組成比と効果について具体的に説明する。
また、上記の組成以外にも、類似の結晶構造を有するガラスセラミックスであれば、Al2O3をGa2O3、TiO2をGeO2に一部または全部置換することも可能である。さらに、ガラスセラミックスの製造の際、その融点を下げるかまたはガラスの安定性を上げるために、イオン伝導性を大きく悪化させない範囲で他の原料を添加することも可能である。
また、ガラスセラミックスの組成に硫黄を添加すると、リチウムイオン伝導性は少し向上するが、化学的耐久性や安定性が悪くなるため、出来る限り含有しない方が望ましい。
ガラスセラミックスの組成には、環境や人体に対して害を与える可能性のあるPb、As、Cd、Hgなどの成分もできる限り含有しないほうが望ましい。
リチウムイオン伝導性の無機粉体すなわち高いリチウムイオン伝導度と化学的安定性を有するガラス、結晶(セラミックスもしくはガラスセラミックス)の粉体またはこれらの粉体の混合物を、鋳型を用いたプレス成形や射出成形、ドクターブレードなどを用いて任意の形状に成形し、汎用の乾式や湿式のCIPなどの装置を用いて、加圧して緻密化した後に焼成することにより、緻密で気孔率の少なく、イオン伝導度の高い固体電解質が得られる。また、焼成時にホットプレスやHIPなどの装置を用いて加圧しながら焼成することにより、より緻密でイオン伝導度の高い固体電解質が得られる。
Liを含む無機化合物としてはLi3PO4、LiPO3、LiI、LiN、Li2O、Li2O2、LiF等が挙げられる。特に、これらのLiを含む無機化合物は、リチウムイオン伝導性の結晶を含む無機物質またはガラスセラミックスと混合して焼結させた際に、焼結温度・雰囲気を調整することにより、軟化または溶融させることが可能である。軟化または溶融したLiを含む無機化合物は、ガラスセラミックス粒子の隙間に流れ込み、リチウムイオン伝導性の結晶を含む無機物質またはガラスセラミックスを強固に結合させることが可能である。
加圧・焼結した成形体は緻密で、均一であるため、切断・研削などの加工も容易であり、使用用途の必要に応じて表面を研磨することも可能である。特に表面に薄い電極などを取り付ける場合は、表面を研削・研磨することにより、良好な接触界面が得られる。
また、焼成後の固体電解質は有機物を含まないため、耐熱性および化学的耐久性にすぐれ、また安全性や環境に対しても害を及ぼすことが少ない。
また、このリチウム一次電池の負極材料には、金属リチウムや、リチウム−アルミニウム合金、リチウム−インジウム合金などリチウムの放出が可能な合金等を使用することができる。
また、このリチウム二次電池において、その負極材料に使用する活物質としては、金属リチウムやリチウム−アルミニウム合金、リチウム−インジウム合金などリチウムの吸蔵、放出が可能な合金、チタンやバナジウムなどの遷移金属酸化物及び黒鉛などのカーボン系の材料を使用することが好ましい。
正極および負極には、固体電解質に含有されるガラスセラミックスと同じものを添加するとイオン伝導が付与されるため、より好ましい。これらが同じものであると電解質と電極材に含まれるイオン移動機構が統一されるため、電解質―電極間のイオン移動がスムーズに行え、より高出力・高容量の電池が提供できる。
原料としてH3PO4、Al(PO3)3、Li2CO3、SiO2、TiO2を使用し、これらを酸化物換算のmol%でP2O5を35.0%、Al2O3を7.5%、Li2Oを15.0%、TiO2を38.0%、SiO2を4.5%といった組成になるように秤量して均一に混合した後に、白金ポットに入れ、電気炉中1500℃でガラス融液を撹拌しながら3時間加熱熔解した。その後、ガラス融液を流水中に滴下させることにより、フレーク状のガラスを得、このガラスを950℃で12時間の熱処理により結晶化を行うことにより、目的のガラスセラミックスを得た。析出した結晶相は粉末X線回折法により、Li1+x+yAlxTi2−xSiyP3−yO12(0≦x≦0.4、0<y≦0.6)が主結晶相であることが確認された。得られたガラスセラミックスのフレークを乾式のジェットミルにより粉砕し、平均粒径2μm、最大粒径10μm、50μm以上の粒子を含まないガラスセラミックスの粉末を得た。粒度測定には、ベックマン・コールター社製のレーザー回折・散乱式の粒度分布測定装置LS100を用い、分散媒には蒸留水を用いた。また、この粉末のイオン伝導度は25℃において1.3×10−4Scm−1であった。
得られた粉末を、内径Φ60mm、内高さ50mmの円筒形のゴム製の型に充填し、このゴム型を薄いプラスチック製のバッグに封入した後、真空脱気・ヒートシールを行い密封した。密封したゴム型を湿式のCIP装置に入れ、圧力2.5tにて30分間加圧し、緻密化した。緻密化した成形体をゴム型から取り出し、大気雰囲気中1050℃にて焼成し、焼結体(固体電解質)を得た。得られた焼結体をスライス後、両面を研磨して厚み0.3mmの固体電解質を得た。得られた固体電解質の両面に、Au電極をスパッタにて取り付け、交流二端子法による複素インピーダンス測定を行なった結果、イオン伝導度は25℃において2.9×10−4Scm−1であり、気孔率は6.1vol%であった。
参考例1と同じガラスセラミックスを、Φ40mmのジルコニア製の型に詰め、1050℃にて同じ時間焼結させた。焼結後、型から取り出したところ、イオン伝導度は25℃において3.1×10−6Scm−1であり、気孔率は31vol%であった。
参考例1と同じガラスセラミックスをボールミルを、再度ジェットミルを用いて粉砕・分級し、平均粒径0.8μm、最大粒径5.5μm、50μm以上の粒子を含まないガラスセラミックスの粉末を得た。粒度測定には、ベックマン・コールター社製のレーザー回折・散乱式の粒度分布測定装置LS100を用い、分散媒には蒸留水を用いた。この粉末のイオン伝導度は25℃において1.3×10−4Scm−1であった。
得られた粉末を、参考例1と同じ様にゴム製の型に充填し、CIP装置にて、圧力2.5tにて30分間加圧して緻密化し、大気雰囲気中1050℃にて焼成し、焼結体(固体電解質)を得た。得られた焼結体をスライス後、両面を研磨して厚み0.3mmの固体電解質を得た。得られた固体電解質のイオン伝導度は25℃において3.4×10−4Scm−1であり、気孔率は5.6vol%であった。
参考例2で得られたガラスセラミックスをボールミル装置に入れ、エタノールを溶媒として湿式粉砕を行い、スプレードライヤーで乾燥することにより、一次粒子が平均粒径0.3μm、最大粒径0.5μm、50μm以上の粒子を含まない細かくシャープな粒度分布を有する微粉末が得られた。粒度測定には、ベックマン・コールター社製のレーザー散乱式の粒度分布測定装置N5を用い、分散媒には蒸留水を用いた。
得られた粉末を、参考例1と同様に、CIP装置にて、圧力2.5tにて30分間加圧して緻密化し、大気雰囲気中1050℃にて焼成し、焼結体(固体電解質)を得た。
得られた固体電解質のイオン伝導度は25℃において3.7×10−4Scm−1であり、気孔率は4.7vol%であった。
参考例3と同じガラスセラミックスを、Φ40mmのジルコニア製の型に詰め、1050℃にて同じ時間焼結させた。焼結後、型から取り出したところ、イオン伝導度は25℃において5.7×10−6Scm−1であり、気孔率は27vol%であった。
参考例2で得られた平均粒径0.8μmのガラスセラミックス粉末と参考例3で得られた平均粒径0.3μmの粉末を80:20の割合で秤量し、ボールミルにより良く混合した。
混合した粉末原料を、参考例1と同様にCIP装置にて、圧力2.5tにて30分間加圧して緻密化し、大気雰囲気中1050℃にて焼成し、焼結体(固体電解質)を得た。
得られた固体電解質のイオン伝導度は25℃において4.0×10−4Scm−1であり、気孔率は3.7vol%であった。
参考例2で得られた平均粒径0.8μmのガラスセラミックスを、ウレタン樹脂、分散剤とともに水を溶剤として、分散・混合してスラリーを調製し、ドクターブレード法により成形し、乾燥させて溶剤を除去して板状の成形体を得た。この成形体の両面を硬質ポリエチレン製の板で挟み、真空脱気・密封後、CIP装置にて、圧力2.5tにて30分間加圧して緻密化した。大気雰囲気中400℃にて有機物の除去を行い、その後1050℃にて焼成し、焼結体(固体電解質)を得た。このイオン伝導度は、25℃において3.2×10−4Scm−1であった。気孔率は5.0vol%であった。
参考例1で得られた結晶化を行なう前のガラスを、ボールミルにて粉砕し、平均粒径1μm、最大粒径7μmとした。50μm以上の粒子は含まれなかった。粒度測定には、ベックマン・コールター社製のレーザー回折・散乱式の粒度分布測定装置LS100を用い、分散媒には蒸留水を用いた。得られた粉末をウレタン樹脂、分散剤とともに水を溶剤として、分散・混合してスラリーを調製し、参考例5と同様に板状に成形後、CIP加圧を行い緻密化した。大気雰囲気中400℃にて有機物の除去、700℃にて結晶化を行い、その度1050℃にて焼成を行い、固体電解質が得られた。このイオン伝導度は、25℃において3.8×10−4Scm−1であった。気孔率は6.0vol%であった。
参考例1にて得られた焼結体を、アルミナるつぼに入れ、HIP装置にて加圧しながら焼成を行った。酸素を20%添加したアルゴン雰囲気にて、180MPa(約1.8t)まで加圧しながら1075℃にて焼成した。
焼成後のイオン伝導度は、25℃において3.6×10−4Scm−1であり、気孔率は3.8vol%であり、参考例1と比較してイオン伝導度は向上し、気孔率は減少し、緻密な固体電解質が得られた。
参考例1で得られたガラスセラミックスの粉体に、重量%で1%のLi3PO4を添加し、ボールミルで混合した。平均粒径2μm、最大粒径10μm、50μm以上の粒子を含まない粉末であった。粒度測定には、ベックマン・コールター社製のレーザー回折・散乱式の粒度分布測定装置LS100を用い、分散媒には蒸留水を用いた。混合した原料粉体を、参考例1と同じ条件で焼成した。
焼成後のイオン伝導度は、25℃において3.4×10−4Scm−1であり、気孔率は5.3vol%であり、参考例1と比較してイオン伝導度は向上し、気孔率は減少し、Liを含む無機化合物を添加することによって、より緻密な固体電解質が得られた。
参考例2において得られた固体電解質ガラスセラミックスをディスク状にくり抜き、Φ20mm、厚み0.3mmとし、これを用いてリチウム一次電池を組み立てた。
正極活物質には、市販のMnO2を用い、これに導電助剤としてアセチレンブラック、結着剤としてPVdF(ポリフッ化ビニリデン)を混練し、ロールプレスにて0.3mmの厚みに成形し、Φ18mmの円形に打ち抜いて正極合剤を作製した。
固体電解質の片面に、Alをスパッタし、その上にΦ18mmのLi−Al合金負極を貼り合わせて負極とし、もう片面に作製した正極合剤を張り合わせて正極を取り付けた。作製したセルを、ステンレス製のコインセルに入れ、Li塩としてLiClO4を1mol%添加したプロピレンカーボネートと1,2−ジメトキシエタンの混合溶媒をコインセル中に注入し、密封することでリチウム一次電池を作製することができた。作製した電池を室温25℃にて放電試験を行ったところ、平均駆動電圧3V、30mAh以上の容量が得られた。また、このコイン電池は、内部で固体電解質が固定され、従来の樹脂製のセパレータのように放電による電極の体積変化によるたわみが生じないため、使用時に最後まで安定した放電電位を維持することができた。
参考例3にて得られた固体電解質を30×30mmの板状に切り出し、両面を研削・研磨することにより、厚み120μmとし、これを電解質として用いた全固体リチウムイオン二次電池を組み立てた。
固体電解質の片面にLiCoO2を活物質、参考例3で得られたリチウムイオン伝導性ガラスセラミックスの微粉末をイオン伝導助剤として含むスラリーを塗布し、乾燥・焼結させて正極材を取り付けた。この正極層の上にAlをスパッタし、Al正極集電体を取り付けた。
もう片面には、Li4Ti5O12を活物質、正極に使用したものと同じリチウムイオン伝導性ガラスセラミックスの微粉末をイオン伝導助剤として含むスラリーを塗布、乾燥、焼結させて負極材を取り付けた。この負極上に銅の微粒子を含むペーストを塗布し、乾燥・焼付けることにより負極集電体を取り付け、コインセルに封入することにより、電池を組み立てた。この電池は、3.5Vで充電することができ、平均放電電圧3Vで駆動することが確認できた。この電池を2.5Vまで放電させ、その後3.5Vで充電することにより、再度平均放電電圧3Vで駆動するリチウムイオン二次電池であることが確認できた。
参考例4で得られた固体電解質をΦ20mmの板状に切り出し、両面を研削・研磨することにより、厚み90μmとし、これを電解質として用いたリチウムイオン二次電池を組み立てた。
この固体電解質の片面にLiCoO2を活物質、平均粒径0.3μmのリチウムイオン伝導性ガラスセラミックスをイオン伝導助剤として含むスラリーを塗布し、乾燥・焼結させて正極材を取り付けた。この正極層の厚みは、18μmであった。この正極層の上にAlをスパッタし、Al正極集電体を取り付けた。
もう片面にはLiTFSI(リチウムビストリフルオロメタンスルホニルイミド)をLi塩として添加したポリエチレンオキサイドとポリプロピレンオキサイドの共重合物をエタノール溶液に溶解したスラリーを薄く塗布後、乾燥し、この上に厚み0.1mmのLi金属箔を貼り付けて負極とした。この電池を金属製のコインセルに封入することにより、リチウムイオン二次電池を組み立てた。
組み立てたリチウムイオン二次電池を充電終止電圧4.2V、放電終止電圧2.7Vの定電流充放電測定を行なったところ、平均放電電圧4Vで駆動し、くり返し充放電して使用できることが確認できた。
比較例3にて得られた固体電解質を用いて、参考例10と同じ正極、負極を用い、作製方法も同様にリチウムイオン二次電池を組み立てた。
組み立てたリチウムイオン二次電池を、参考例10と同じ充放電測定を行なったところ、短時間で充電終止電圧の4.2Vに達した。その後放電を行ったが、安定した放電電位は得られず、短時間で放電終止電圧に達してしまい、放電容量は、参考例9で得られた容量の2割程しか測定できなかった。これは電解質の抵抗が高い(イオン伝導度が低い)ため、十分な電流が流せなかったためである。
20ccのガラス製サンプル瓶の中に、乾燥させたLiTFSIを吸湿剤として1000mg入れ、参考例3にて得られた焼結体で蓋をし、隙間をエポキシ系の接着剤でシールして水分透過性の評価用サンプルとした。このサンプルを、温度60℃、湿度90%RHの恒温恒湿槽に入れ、72時間保持後、LiTFSIの重量を測定したところ、1010.2mgであった。水分の吸湿によって増加した重量が焼結体の水分透過量に対応し、この測定では、水分透過量は10.2mgであった。
参考例11と同様に、比較例3にて得られた焼結体を用いて水分透過量の測定を行なったところ、水分透過量は370mgであり、参考例11と比較してはるかに水分を透過してしまうことが確認できた。
また、こうして得られた固体電解質は、リチウム一次電池やリチウムイオン二次電池の電解質としても使用でき、この固体電解質を用いた電池は、電池容量も高く、長期に安定して使用できる電池を実現することができる。
以下にその他の電気化学素子としての例をいくつか挙げる。
電解質上に、任意の感応電極を取り付けることにより、様々なガスセンサーや検知器に応用することができる。例えば、炭酸塩を電極にすると炭酸ガスセンサー、硝酸塩を含む電極にするとNOxセンサー、硫酸塩を含む電極にするとSOxセンサーに応用することができる。また、電解セルを組むことにより、排ガス中に含まれるNOx、SOx等の分解・捕集装置用の電解質にも応用できる。
電解質上にLiイオンの挿脱離により着色または変色する無機化合物または有機化合物を取り付け、その上にITOなどの透明電極を取り付けることによりエレクトロクロミック素子を構成することが可能であり、消費電力が少なく、メモリー性のあるエレクトロクロミックディスプレイを提供することができる。
本発明の固体電解質のイオン伝導経路は、リチウムイオンに最適なサイズとなっているため、他のアルカリイオンが存在している場合でもリチウムイオンを選択的に通すことができる。そのため、リチウムイオン選択捕集装置の隔膜またはLiイオン選択電極用隔膜として使用することができる。また、透過するリチウムイオンの速度は、イオンの質量が小さいほど速いため、リチウムイオンの同位体分離に適用することができる。これにより核融合炉燃料のトリチウム生成ブランケット材に必要な濃縮6Li(天然存在比で7.42%)の濃縮および分離が可能になる。
Claims (9)
- 無機粉体を主成分として成形体を作成し、加圧しながら焼成することを特徴とするリチウムイオン伝導性固体電解質の製造方法。
- 前記無機粉体は50μm以上の粒子が10vol%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン伝導性固体電解質の製造方法。
- 前記無機粉体の最大粒径を平均粒径の15倍以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリチウムイオン伝導性固体電解質の製造方法。
- 前記無機粉体の平均粒径を2μm以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン伝導性固体電解質の製造方法。
- 前記無機粉体のリチウムイオン伝導度は25℃において1×10−7Scm−1以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン伝導性固体電解質の製造方法。
- 前記無機粉体はLi1+x+y(Al,Ga)x(Ti,Ge)2−xSiyP3−yO12ただし、0≦x≦1、0≦y≦1である結晶を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン伝導性固体電解質の製造方法。
- 前記無機粉体はガラスセラミックスであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン伝導性固体電解質の製造方法。
- 前記無機粉体はガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン伝導性固体電解質の製造方法。
- 焼成前の成形体の気孔率が60%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8に記載のリチウムイオン伝導性固体電解質の製造方法。
