Claims (10)
- 2つの縦軸側及び2つの横軸側を有し、基本的に一方の上に他方が載置された同じサイズの2つのガラス板から成る長方形状の光発電モジュール(28)を自動的に切り取るための装置であって、該モジュールは、全ての側面に前記ガラス板に重なるフィルムを構成する中間層を有し、
(a)水平位で到着するモジュール(28)の前方端部を検出する検出装置(30)と、
(b)開始位置で、前記モジュール(28)の後方端部を位置決めする装置と、
(c)全ての前記切断装置を、前記各モジュール(28)のガラス厚に垂直に適合する手段(6)と、
(d)前記モジュール(28)の前記後方の横軸側(38,39,40)を固定する保持手段と、
(e)前記後方の横軸側で、正確に端部の位置合わせをし、前記モジュール(28)の重なるフィルムを切断する手段(7,13)と、
(f)2つの縦の切断装置の領域に前記モジュール(28)を動かす手段(11,16)と、
(g)前記モジュール(28)の2つの縦の側を固定する保持手段(38,39,40)と、
(h)両方の縦の側で、正確な端部の位置決めで、前記モジュール(28)の重なるフィルムを同時に切り取る手段(42,14,29,17)と、
(i)前方の縦軸の切断装置の領域に、前記モジュール(28)を動かす手段(11,16)と、
(j)前記モジュール(28)の前記前方の縦軸の側を固定する保持手段(38,39,40)と、
(k)前記前方の縦軸側で、正確な端部の位置決めで、前記モジュール(28)の重なるフィルムを切り取る手段(5,15)と、また、
(l)更なる過程において、前記切り取られたモジュールを動かす手段(11,16)と、を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記縦の切断装置を、前記モジュール(28)の異なる形状のフォーマットに適合する装置(31,32)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記切断頭部は、前記切断操作の終了前に、予め定められた方法で、減速されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 異なるモジュール及びフィルムが使用される場合、その違いがセンサを介して記録され、前記切り取り操作の制御に勘案されるよう、経験値から生成される記憶が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 2つの縦軸側及び2つの横軸側を有し、基本的に一方の上に他方が載置された同じサイズの2つのガラス板から成る長方形状の光発電モジュール(28)を自動的に切り取るための方法であって、該モジュールは、全ての側面に前記ガラス板に重なるフィルムを構成する中間層を有し、
(a)モジュール(28)は、水平位で切断装置の領域に移動され、ここで、前方端部の位置が検出され記録され、
(b)前記モジュール(28)は、後方端部が特定の、予め定められた開始位置に配置されるまで動かされ、
(c)前記モジュール(28)のガラス厚がそれから決定され、全ての前記切断装置が前記ガラス厚に垂直方向で適合され(6)、
(d)前記モジュール(28)の前記後方の縦軸側は、それから固定され(38,39,40)、
(e)フィルムガイドの下部軸受部(36)は、垂直に下方に移動し、対応する前記切断頭部は上方に動き、前記下部軸受部は、再度上方に動き、前記切断頭部は前記モジュール(28)の前記ガラス端部にまで上方に導かれ、
(f)前記切断頭部は、前記後方の縦軸側に沿って、前記回転切断ディスクと共に導かれ、前記重なるフィルムは切断され、
(g)前記モジュール(28)は、2つの縦の切断装置(11,16)の領域に移動され、両方の縦の側を固定され(38,39,40)、(d)及び(e)の特徴に応じて、前記重なるフィルムは両方の縦の側で切断され、
(h)前記モジュール(28)は、それから前記前方の横軸の切断装置(11,16)の領域に移動され、前記モジュール(28)の前記正面の横軸側は固定され(38,39,40)、また、(d)及び(e)の特徴に応じて、前記重なるフィルムは両方の縦の側で切断され、また、
(i)前記切り取られた要素は、更なる過程に移動されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記縦の切断装置を、前記モジュール(28)の異なる形状のフォーマットに適合する装置(31,32)を含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記切断頭部は、前記切断操作の終了前に、予め定められた方法で、減速されることを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の方法。
- 異なるモジュール及びフィルムが使用される場合、その違いがセンサを介して記録され、前記切り取り操作の制御に勘案されるよう、経験値から生成される記憶が使用されることを特徴とする請求項5乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プログラムをコンピュータによって実行する場合、請求項5乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するためのプログラムコードを有することを特徴とするコンピュータプログラム。
- プログラムをコンピュータによって実行する場合において、請求項5乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するためのコンピュータプログラムのプログラムコードを記録していることを特徴とするコンピュータ読取可能な記録媒体。
