Description

光伏打模块修整方法及装置
技术领域
本发明涉及矩形光伏打模块的自动修整,所述光伏打模块具有二个纵向侧及二个横向侧且由尺寸相等的二个玻璃板组成,所述二个玻璃板以一个置于另一个顶上且具有中间层,所述中间层包括在所有侧上与所述玻璃板重迭的薄膜。
背景技术
在许多情况中,现代玻璃幕墙不仅是结构物的功能性组件,事实上还越来越常用于产生太阳能。经裁适的太阳能模块使准确整合至建筑网格(building grid)及轮廓内成为可行。半透明太阳能电池还有具备透明区域的不透明太阳能电池,使光伏打镶嵌玻璃(glazing)看起来充满光线。其中,太阳能电池常负责抵挡阳光及眩光的期望防护效果。
制造这样的光伏打系统要求诸如传统上主要在半导体及积体电子电路的生产中要求的操作条件。在光伏打系统的生产中,这些俗称的无尘室条件也额外地使其必须取用具有大表面积的震动敏感玻璃板。
为安全取用此类玻璃板,必须以正确尺寸切除在俗称的光伏打模块制造期间位于两玻璃板之间且边缘突出的薄膜。如从外侧观看,光伏打模块涉及玻璃基板、光伏打组件及玻璃板的连接,所述玻璃板利用在热作用下结合所述玻璃板的薄膜而作为盖玻璃。
DE102004030411A1已揭示此类光伏打组件、太阳能模块作为层压安全玻璃。
所述公开说明书的目的是提出太阳能模块,其具有使用基于聚乙烯缩丁醛(PVB)的薄膜的层压安全镶嵌玻璃的特性。
此目的是通过作为层压安全玻璃的太阳能模块实现的,其包括下列物的层压件:
a)玻璃片,
b)设置在两个PVB基础薄膜之间的至少一个太阳能电池单元,及
c)背盖,
特征在于所述PVB基础薄膜的至少一个具有至少16N/mm2的抗撕裂性。
从所述文件无法猜想出,已知在制造过程中为了调整的理由已决定突出部,此薄膜可如何被裁切。
DE102005027964A1已揭示一种用于在层压玻璃板的情况中去除塑料薄膜突出部的方法及装置。
此公开案是基于提出一种方法及一种特别适合实行所述方法的装置的目的,所述方法及装置可机械地去除塑料薄膜突出部,因此去除塑料薄膜突出部不仅更快速及成本较低,而且整体来说去除塑料薄膜突出部更为准确。
为了达成此目的,权利要求1主张一种去除层压玻璃板的玻璃片之间的塑料薄膜的边缘侧突出部的方法,所述方法的特征在于利用至少一个旋转研磨工具以棱角分明的刃缘去除所述塑料薄膜突出部。
在所述文件中,权利要求9进一步主张一种用于去除层压玻璃板的玻璃片之间的塑料薄膜的边缘侧突出部、特别是用于实现根据权利要求1至8任一项所述方法的装置。所述装置的特征在于用于所述层压玻璃板的承重或支撑表面;用于使所述层压玻璃板在所述表面上或沿所述表面线性移动的输送构件;安装在所述表面的边缘上的固定位置且具有旋转研磨盘的工具,所述旋转研磨盘利用周向表面与所述层压玻璃板的纵向边缘切向接触;及载架,所述载架可相对于所述输送装置成直角(沿所述层压玻璃板的横向维度的方向)移动且承载第二类似工具。
解释图式未附于所述公开案。
DE102005027964A1实质上提出利用研磨旋转工具去除塑料薄膜突出部及此工具在纵向侧上的固定位置且可在横向侧上移动的使用。所述文件并未处理在自动系统中实现此概要测量的特殊技术要求、要纳入考虑的技术边界条件及快速循环时间的要求。
发明内容
因此,根据本发明的装置及根据本发明的目的是在确保光伏打模块会在自动控制及低循环次数的情况下,通过低成本使光伏打模块的所有侧上均被可靠地修整,即多余的塑料薄膜均被可靠地切除。
此目的是通过本发明所述的装置及本发明所述的方法实现的。

具体实施方式
图1是在制造光伏打模块(28)的过程中的修整装置的透视图。对应图(图2)的右手边的箭头指出待修整模块(28)的馈入方向。相应地,左手边的箭头指出模块(28)的进一步处理的路径的方向。
从外侧观看,光伏打模块(28)实质上由尺寸相等且一个置于另一个上的二个矩形玻璃板组成,且具有中间层,所述中间层包括在所有侧上与所述玻璃板重迭的薄膜。根据本发明的装置的目的是自动、干净且精准地切除所述玻璃板的边缘处的重迭薄膜。在下文中,光伏打模块(28)将被简称为模块(28)。
在此图中,(2)表示用于前和后薄膜横向切削器件的入口支撑件。左手边示出前运转轨道横臂(4)且右手边示出对应横切机的后运转轨道横臂(9)。应理解,〝前〞或〝后〞的表述指的是参照模块(28)在修整操作期间的行进方向。因此,在图1中〝前〞指的是影像的左手边且〝后〞则是指影像的右手边。相似地,从模块(28)的行进方向观看,关于二个纵向切削器件的〝左〞是指面向观看者的一侧,即图1修整装置的前侧。据此,〝右〞指的是修整装置的后侧,即远离图1观看者的那一侧。
(12)标示纵向切削器件的右侧运转轨道,其沿模块(28)的行进方向延伸,在中央看起来所述模块是隐藏的,所述侧是远离观看者的一侧。纵向切削器件的右侧运转轨道(10)示于所述修整装置的另一侧上,即面向观看者的一侧。
图2是切削器件的区域的平面图。在图2可看到突出最多的特征部为后运转轨道横臂(9)及前运转轨道横臂(4),所述横臂已经在图1的说明中提及且二者经由横向切削器件的二个纵向梁(8)连接。此实施例中,所述后运转轨道横臂(9)承载着传动系(7),所述传动系使后切削头(13)有可能沿所述横臂移动。由此,传动系(5)使前切削头(15)有可能沿运转轨道横臂(4)移动。从图1的说明中得知的纵向切削器件左侧运转轨道(10)及右侧运转轨道(12)在图2中示出,在每一个轨道中均在中央具备一双向箭头。因此,此时其应已指出这些运转轨道(10、12)可根据各实例中待修整的模块(28)的横摆格式调整彼此间的平行间距(这方面参照图6)。
纵向切削器件的左侧切削头(14)紧密连接至左侧运转轨道(10),且由此运转轨道(12)承载着右侧切削头(17)。输送带(16)的传动系(11)被显示在图2的右手边的底部转角。横向切削器件的入口支撑件(2)同样可在图2看见。
用于检测模块(28)的位置的传感器(30)被显示在后运转轨道横臂(9)的区域中。传感器(30)不仅有可能精准确定抵达模块(28)的前缘,还能确定所述边缘是否相对于所述修整装置的纵向方向成直角延伸或有所偏差。所述传感器(30)的数量及/或间距的加大会提高此测量的准确度。
此外,传感器(30)可记录模块(28)后缘的位置。模块(28)的长度可从此二边缘的记录的瞬时时间差算出。然而,本领域内的普通技术人员还可以采用其他的传感器用于此目的。
图3是固定装置的区域的平面图。其中,(29)和(42)标示彼此背对定位、分别用于右侧纵向切削器件及左侧纵向切削器件的传动系。
于此图同样可见,在每一情况中,在左手边及右手边标示两次的用于上模块固定器件的支撑件(18)。用于横向切削器件及纵向切削器件的支撑件均被标以相同数字,因为这些支撑件中每一个的效果均相同,明确地说是在各侧经由施压构件(图中未示)将模块(28)按压至底座上。这样的目的是防止模块的两玻璃板在操作期间相互移位导致它们之间的薄膜破裂。关于固定器件的更详细说明,可参考图5。在图3的此示例中,可在所述修整装置的中央区域(即显示模块(28)之处)看见纵向切削器件的左侧横向调整传动系(32)及纵向切削器件的右侧横向调整传动系(31)。如已从图2的说明观察到,这些传动系用来针对相应模块的宽度自动调节两纵向切削器件间的间距。
(6)标示用于横向切削器件及纵向切削器件的同时铅直移动的传动系。这是为了针对不同玻璃厚度整体调适切削操作所需。此操作同样可为自动进行。模块(28)的相应玻璃厚度是利用传感器测得,这些传感器的选择可由本领域内的普通技术人员根据需要进行选用,而且为了不混淆主题,在此不再更详细地描述。这些传感器的输出信号可供给控制程序。
图4是用于模块(28)的全部四边的总计四个切削头其中之一的透视图。
在此图中,可由外边界线看出的传动系(3)引发切削盘(21)的旋转,且连同切削轮(22)及所述切削头的推进,迫使相应重迭的薄膜被切断。前薄膜导件的脚轮(24)连同后薄膜导件(20)确保在切削操作期间切削头的恒定轴承的停止,此根据其离模块(28)的玻璃边缘的间距来定义。为确保薄膜会在切削操作开始前被导入切削头的操作区域内,前薄膜导件的脚轮(24)及后薄膜导件的滚轮(20)一起彼此分开。此操作由驱动汽缸(36)执行,所述驱动汽缸可使机械地连接至下滚轮(20)的前薄膜导件的下轴承(23)铅直地移动。对应薄膜的外缘由(25)标示,且薄膜导件的静止上轴承的标号为(35)。压力缸(34)通过位移器件(33)来确保切削头在模块(28)上有规定的接触压力。
传感器(37)用于为所述修整装置的控制程序确定切削头的实际位置。所述传感器的输出信号被记录及评估以用于所述修整系统的控制程序。
图5是例如前横向侧固定器件的区域的透视图。前切削头(15)被显示在前运转轨道横臂(4)上的一个位置或一个时间点,因为上固定器件的支撑件(18)被上传动系(39)经由施压构件(19)按压至模块(28)上,所述模块(28)经由下传动系(40)及下固定器件(38)从下往上被按压。
图6通过短输送带(41)示出输送带(16)的延长部。因而在输送带(16)中产生的此间隙使例如所示的右侧切削头(17)有可能在万一必须如图中所示双向箭头的方向调整纵向切削器件的右侧运转轨道(12)时“穿过”输送带(16)。此种调整在所述修整装置被转换成不同格式时为必需(这方面参照图2)。
为确保薄膜被干净地切割及防止被撕裂或扯落,切削头的推进会在切削操作结束前被减速至规定的程度。使用不同玻璃厚度及不同类型的薄膜和薄膜厚度的初期测试的结果被包含为系统控制程序的操作参数。所述程序同样能够通过适当传感器而记录模块的不同格式,且通过纵向切削器件的自动调整及通过计算值而自动地对切削头的修改后的进给路径及进给速率做出反应。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于自动修整矩形光伏打模块的装置,所述光伏打模块具有二个纵向侧及二个横向侧且实质上由尺寸相等的二个玻璃板组成,所述二个玻璃板以一个置于另一个顶上且具有中间层,所述中间层包括在所有侧上与所述玻璃板重迭的薄膜,所述装置具有以下特征:
a)检测装置,用于检测模块的前缘抵达水平位置;
b)用于将所述模块的后缘定位在起始位置的装置;
c)用于针对相应模块的玻璃厚度铅直地调适所有切削器件的构件;
d)用于固定所述模块的后横向侧的夹持构件;
e)切除构件,用于利用在所述后横向侧上的精准边缘对准以切除所述模块的重迭的薄膜;
f)用于使所述模块移入二个纵向切削器件的区域内的构件;
g)用于固定所述模块的二个纵向侧的夹持构件;
h)用于利用二个纵向侧上的精准边缘对准以同时切除所述模块的重迭的薄膜的构件;
i)用于使所述模块移入前横向切削器件的区域内的构件;
j)用于固定所述模块的前横向侧的夹持构件;
k)用于利用所述前横向侧上的精准边缘对准以切除所述模块的重迭的薄膜的构件;
l)用于移动修整后的模块以供进一步处理的构件;以及
m)提供针对模块的不同横摆格式调适所述纵向切削器件的装置,所述纵向切削器件的切削头在切削操作结束之前以规定的方式减速,
若出现不同模块及薄膜,则使用从经验数值产生的记忆,其特征在于此差异经由传感器进行记录且纳入修整操作的控制的考虑内。
2.一种自动修整矩形光伏打模块的方法,所述光伏打模块具有二个纵向侧及二个横向侧且实质上由尺寸相等的二个玻璃板组成,所述二个玻璃板以一个置于另一个顶上且具有中间层,所述中间层包括在所有侧上与所述玻璃板重迭的薄膜,所述方法具有以下特征:
a)使模块在水平位置移入修整装置的区域内,其中前缘的位置被检测及记录;
b)移动所述模块,直到后缘位于指定的规定的起始位置;
c)随后确定目标模块的玻璃厚度且针对所述玻璃厚度铅直地调适所有切削装置;
d)随后固定所述模块的后横向侧;
e)使薄膜导件的下轴承铅直向下移动,且使对应切削头向上移动,使所述下轴承再次向上移动且将所述切削头向上引导至所述模块的玻璃边缘;
f)沿所述后横向侧,引导所述切削头连同旋转切削盘并切除所述重迭的薄膜,所述切削头可在切削操作结束之前以规定的方式减速;
g)使所述模块移入二个纵向切削器件的区域内,并固定在两个纵向侧,且根据特征d)和e)切除两个纵向侧上的所述重迭的薄膜;
h)随后使所述模块移入前横向切削器件的区域内,固定所述模块的前横向侧,且根据特征d)和e)切除所述重迭的薄膜;
i)提供针对模块的不同横摆格式调适所述纵向切削器件的装置;及
j)移动修整后的组件以供进一步处理,
若出现不同模块及薄膜,则使用从经验数值产生的记忆,此差异经由传感器进行记录且纳入修整操作的控制的考虑内。
