b)基板、フィルム及びガラス板を結合するための少なくとも2つの配置ブリッジ(A,B)と、
c)フィルム供給用の積層装置(8)及びガラス板供給用のコンベヤベルト(7)と、
d)前記フィルムのフィルム輸送フレーム(3)上へのセンタリング及び吸引用の装置、及び前記ガラス板のガラス輸送フレーム(4)上へのセンタリング及び吸引用の装置と、
e)前記各製造ライン(5,6)に関し、前記フィルム輸送フレーム(3)の輸送及び固定用の装置(10,11)と、
f)前記各製造ライン(5,6)に関し、前記ガラス輸送フレーム(4)の輸送及び固定用の装置(17,18)と、
g)前記各輸送フレーム(3,4)から前記フィルム及び前記ガラス板を降下させるための装置と、
h)対応する前記製造ライン(5,6)上に、結合された光発電素子の更なる輸送用の装置と、を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 欠陥が生じた場合に、前記各コンポーネントを分離しなければならない欠陥のあるフィルムやガラス板を検出するための設けられた装置を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- フィルムやガラス板の異なるフォーマットを検出するための装置が備えられ、そのパラメータは前記製造プロセスの制御のために考慮される、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の装置。
- サーボモータ又は直線駆動部が前記駆動部用に使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 連続的に運転する製造プロセスで、光発電素子のコンポーネントである基板、フィルム及びガラス板を自動的に結合する方法であり、
a)少なくとも2つの製造ラインが基板を時間毎に運搬するために作られ、
b)少なくとも2つの配置ブリッジ(A,B)が、前記基板、フィルム及びガラス板の結合のため作られ、
c)積層装置(8)が、フィルム供給用に供され、コンベヤベルト(7)がガラス板供給用に供され、
d)前記フィルムは、フィルム輸送フレーム(3)上でセンタリング及び吸引され、前記コンベヤベルト(7)上でセンタリングされる前記ガラス板は、ガラス輸送フレーム(4)上まで吸引され、
e)前記フィルム及び前記ガラス板は、それらの各輸送フレーム(3,4)と一緒に、対応する前記製造ライン(5,6)に輸送され、そこで固定され、
f)前記フィルム及びガラス板は、前記各製造ライン(5,6)上の関連する基板又はフィルムまで引き下げられ、
g)前記結合された光発電素子は、さらに、対応する前記製造ライン(5,6)上に輸送される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 欠陥が生じた場合に、前記各コンポーネントを分離しなければならない欠陥のあるフィルムやガラス板を検出する手段を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- フィルムやガラス板の異なるフォーマットを検出するための装置が備えられ、そのパラメータは前記製造プロセスの制御のために考慮される、ことを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6記載の方法。
- サーボモータ又は直線駆動部が前記駆動部用に使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プログラムをコンピュータによって実行する場合、請求項5乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するためのプログラムコードを有することを特徴とするコンピュータプログラム。
- プログラムをコンピュータによって実行する場合において、請求項5乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するためのコンピュータプログラムのプログラムコードを記録していることを特徴とするコンピュータ読取可能な記録媒体。
