Claims (6)
- インスリン分泌性GLP−1化合物、基礎インスリンペプチド、薬学的に許容可能な添加剤及び亜鉛を含有する非経口投与のための可溶性薬学的組成物であって、
インスリン分泌性GLP−1化合物がArg 34 ,Lys 26 (N ε −(γ−Glu(N α −ヘキサデカノイル)))−GLP−1(7−37)であり、基礎インスリンペプチドがN εB29 −(N α −(HOOC(CH 2 ) 14 CO)−γ−Glu)desB30ヒトインスリンであり、亜鉛含有量が6分子のインスリン当たり7〜12のZnイオンである、可溶性薬学的組成物。 - 上記薬学的組成物のpHがおよそpH7.4からおよそpH8.2である、請求項1に記載の薬学的組成物。
- 上記薬学的組成物のpHがおよそpH7.4からおよそpH7.7又はおよそpH7.4からおよそpH8.2である、請求項1又は2に記載の薬学的組成物。
- 基礎インスリンの濃度がおよそ1.5からおよそ8mg/mLの範囲にあり、GLP−1化合物の濃度がおよそ2からおよそ10mg/mLの範囲にある、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の薬学的組成物。
- ヒスチジンを更に含有する、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の薬物学的組成物。
- 1型および2型の糖尿病、肥満症、β細胞欠損、IGT、脂質異常症、高血糖症又は体重減少の治療のための、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の薬物学的組成物。
