Abstract
【解決手段】可変電圧充電プロファイルは、第1段階充電電圧が最大バッテリーセル電圧未満の第1段階完了電圧にほぼ等しくなるまで第1段階充電電流が提供された状態で一定の第1段階充電電流および増加するバッテリーセル電圧を有する第1充電段階と、各中間充電段階は減少する充電電流を提供する一つ以上の中間定電圧段階、増加するバッテリーセル電圧を生成する中間定電流段階、およびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、一つ以上の中間充電段階と、中間段階完了電圧にほぼ等しい一定最終段階充電電圧および最終段階充電電流が所望の充電完了レベルに達するまで最終段階充電電圧が提供された状態で減少する最終段階充電電流を有する最終充電段階とを含んでいる。

Claims (14)
- リチウム・イオン・バッテリー・セルを急速充電するバッテリーセル充電システムにおける充電電圧および充電電流を前記バッテリーセルに印加するために可変充電プロファイルを用いた前記バッテリーセル充電システムであって、
前記充電プロファイルは前記バッテリーセルに対するDCモデルのRNominal抵抗に直列に含まれる虚数RBad抵抗に対応して決定され、Vcellが最大バッテリーセル電圧から充電電流とRBadの積を差し引いた値に等しくなるように前記RBadは前記RNominal、前記バッテリーセルの充電状態(SOC)および前記バッテリーセルの温度の一つ以上に対応した関数成分を含むことを備えるバッテリーセル充電システム。 - 前記RBadはk1とRNominalの積からk2とSOCの積を差し引いた値に等しい成分を含み、k1は0から1であり、k2は0.001/SOC%である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル充電システム。
- 前記k1は0.1である請求項2に記載のバッテリーセル充電システム。
- 前記RNominalはセル温度、使用年数、およびSOCに対応して参照表から決定される請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル充電システム。
- 前記RNominalは実時間でまたは経時的に推定される請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル充電システム。
- 前記RBadはセル温度、使用年数、およびSOCに対応して参照表から決定される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル充電システム。
- 前記RBadは実時間でまたは経時的に推定される請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル充電システム。
- リチウム・イオン・バッテリー・セルを急速充電するバッテリーセル充電方法であって、(a)充電プロファイルに対応して、変化する充電電圧と変化する充電電流を前記バッテリーセルに印加することであって、前記充電プロファイルは前記バッテリーセルに対するDCモデルのRNominal抵抗に直列に含まれる虚数RBad抵抗に対応して決定され、Vcellは最大バッテリーセル電圧から充電電流とRBadの積を差し引いた値に等しくなるように前記RBadは前記RNominal、前記バッテリーセルの充電状態(SOC)および前記バッテリーセルの温度一つ以上に対応した関数成分を含むことを備える、前記バッテリーセル充電方法。
- 前記RBadはk1とRNominalの積からk2とSOCの積を差し引いた値に等しい成分を含み、k1は0から1であり、k2は0.001/SOC%である請求項8に記載のバッテリーセル充電方法。
