Abstract
【課題】宅配ボックスの制御システムと電気自動車の充電制御システムを共有化し、宅配ボックス制御と電気自動車の充電制御を一元化して行うことにより、集合住宅で必要な全体の設備やシステム管理に要する総合的なコストを削減する。
【解決手段】集合住宅において宅配荷物または郵便物の集受に用いられる電気錠1042、1043により開閉される複数の物品収納ボックス104を含む宅配ボックス100と、宅配ボックス100の上記電気錠の開閉を制御する宅配ボックス制御部101と、電気自動車300を充電する電源回路202および該電源回路を制御する制御回路201を有し、宅配ボックス制御部101が、宅配ボックス100の電気錠1042、1043の開閉制御に加え、電源回路202および充電制御部201を介して行われる電気自動車の充電サービスの制御を行う。

Claims (8)
- 集合住宅において宅配荷物または郵便物の集受に用いられる複数の物品収納ボックスを含む物品収受装置と、
前記物品収受装置の物品収納ボックスの開閉を制御する制御手段と、
電気自動車を充電する電源回路および該電源回路を制御する充電制御部を有し、
前記制御手段が、前記物品収受装置の物品収納ボックスの開閉制御に加え、前記電源回路および充電制御部を介して行われる電気自動車の充電サービスの制御を行うことを特徴とする電気自動車の充電システム。 - 前記制御手段が前記物品収納ボックスの利用および管理に用いられる表示操作部を含み、該表示操作部を介して前記物品収納ボックスの利用制御、および前記電気自動車の充電サービスに関する利用データの参照ないし設定操作を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車の充電システム。
- 前記物品収納ボックスの利用および管理を許容するため、居住者ないし管理者によって前記表示操作部に対して提示される認証手段が、前記電気自動車の充電サービスに関する認証手段を兼ねることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気自動車の充電システム。
- 前記認証手段を読み取る読み取り手段が、電気自動車を充電する前記電源回路の充電出力手段近傍に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気自動車の充電システム。
- 前記物品収納ボックスが個々の居住者に割り当てられ、かつ、前記物品収納ボックスに設けられた該物品収納ボックスに関する状態を表示する表示部を用い、前記制御手段が前記電気自動車の充電サービスに関する情報を表示することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気自動車の充電システム。
- 前記制御手段がネットワークを介して遠隔地にある管理システムと通信し、前記物品収納ボックスに関する利用データないし、前記電気自動車の充電サービスに関する利用データないし課金データを共有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車の充電システム。
- 集合住宅において宅配荷物または郵便物の集受に用いられる複数の物品収納ボックスを含む物品収受装置と、
前記物品収受装置の物品収納ボックスの開閉を制御する制御手段と、
電気自動車を充電する電源回路および該電源回路を制御する充電制御部を有し、
前記制御手段が、前記物品収受装置の物品収納ボックスの開閉制御に加え、前記電源回路および充電制御部を介して行われる電気自動車の充電サービスの制御を行うとともに、
前記物品収納ボックスの利用および管理を許容するため、居住者ないし管理者によって提示される認証手段が、前記電気自動車の充電サービスに関する認証手段を兼ねることを特徴とする電気自動車の充電システム。 - 前記認証手段を読み取る読み取り手段が、電気自動車を充電する前記電源回路の充電出力手段近傍に配置されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気自動車の充電システム。
