Abstract
Description
硫酸含量の正確な調節は、困難であり、かつ分析的に試験されなければならない。故に、硫酸Baの通例多数回の沈殿及びろ過は、相応する分析調査を伴って必要である。別の欠点は、硫酸Baの極めて難しくかつ費用集約的なろ過である。そのうえ、含まれているストロンチウムは、この沈殿経路を経て、十分に減損されることはできず、故に、生成物純度を制限する。
ルテニウム粉末1.5g(14.8mmol)及び過酸化バリウム10g(純度95.8%;56.5mmol)を混合する。
前記混合物をニッケルるつぼへ移し、850℃で15時間に亘って加熱する。
200ml三つ口フラスコ中で、2:1の比の酢酸及び水の混合物150mlを50℃に加熱する。
ルテニウム粉末1.5g(14.8mmol)及び過酸化バリウム10g(純度95.8%;56.5mmol)を混合する。
前記混合物をニッケルるつぼへ移し、850℃で15時間に亘って加熱する。
200ml三つ口フラスコ中で、2:1の比の酢酸及び水の混合物150mlを50℃に加熱する。
ロジウム粉末5.001g及び過酸化バリウム34.622gを、ねじ込み式蓋付きガラス容器(Schraubdeckelglass)中にはかり入れ、10分間十分に混合した。前記混合物をニッケルるつぼへ移し、その後マッフル炉中で850℃で15時間加熱した。その後、前記るつぼを室温に冷却した。前記溶融物は、その表面上で黒色であり、その下では均質であり、かつ灰色である。前記溶融物を、酢酸及び完全脱塩水の溶液中へ添加し、かつ撹拌し、その際に酢酸対水の比は2:1体積割合である。その際に温度は24℃に上昇した。黒色粒子を有する暗緑色の液体が得られた。さらに15分撹拌した後に、前記混合物を58℃に加熱し、この温度で5時間保持した。その際に、前記懸濁液は約5分以内に茶色を帯びた。その後、シュウ酸脱水物51.453gを用いて、バリウムを塩として沈殿させ、1時間後撹拌し、その後黄色の液体を、ブルーリボンフィルターを有するヌッチェを通してろ別した。前記ろ液を、ロータリーエバポレーター上で75℃の温度で濃縮した。前記酢酸ロジウムを質量一定まで乾燥させ、乳鉢で粉砕した。酢酸ロジウムの乾燥収量は11.012gであった。ロジウム含量は、ICP分析を用いて34.43質量%と算出された。
イリジウムを、Watson法により過酸化バリウムで温浸し、酢酸を用いて溶解させる。Watson法からの前記バリウムを、前記の例1〜3に類似してシュウ酸で沈殿させ、ろ別する。この種のイリジウム−カルボキシル化合物、特に酢酸塩は、卓越した触媒としての性質を有する。

- A)貴金属がルテニウム、白金、パラジウム、ロジウム及び金の群から選択されている、貴金属カルボン酸塩、
B)シュウ酸、シュウ酸の塩、シュウ酸の誘導体及びシュウ酸の誘導体の塩からなる群から選択される、少なくとも1つの化合物
を含むことを特徴とする、物質(Stoff)。 - 貴金属カルボン酸塩がカルボン酸ルテニウムである、請求項1記載の物質。
- 物質が、さらに加えてアルカリ土類金属イオン(C)を有する、請求項1又は2記載の物質。

- 物質が少なくとも1つの別のカルボン酸(D)を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の物質。
- 別のカルボン酸(D)がモノカルボン酸である、請求項7記載の物質。
- モノカルボン酸が酢酸である、請求項8記載の物質。
- 物質が別のプロトン性溶剤(E)を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の物質。
- プロトン性溶剤(E)が水又はアルコールである、請求項10記載の物質。
- 物質が酢酸溶液である、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の物質。
- 貴金属カルボン酸塩(A)が主成分として存在する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の物質。
- 特に請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の、触媒として高効率な貴金属カルボン酸塩化合物又はそれらの溶液を、
貴金属をアルカリ土類金属過酸化物で温浸させ、かつ温浸材料をカルボン酸又はプロトン性溶剤で希釈されたカルボン酸中に溶解させることによって
製造する方法において、これから生じた溶液から、アルカリ土類金属イオンをシュウ酸の塩又はシュウ酸誘導体の塩として分離する
ことを特徴とする、触媒として高効率な貴金属カルボン酸塩化合物又はそれらの溶液を製造する方法。 - 貴金属がルテニウム又はイリジウムである、請求項14記載の方法。
- カルボン酸が酢酸である、請求項14又は15記載の方法。
- 貴金属カルボン酸塩が貴金属酢酸塩である、請求項14から16までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
