Claims (7)
- 患者の眼のターゲット組織を治療するための走査システムであって、
光ビームを発生させるための光源と、
前記光ビームを偏向させて、コントローラの制御下で該光ビームの第1及び第2の治療パターンを形成するためのスキャナと、
前記第1の治療パターンを前記ターゲット組織へ送出し、そこに患者の眼の眼房へのアクセスを提供する白内障切開部を形成するための送出システムと、
を含み、
前記送出システムはまた、前記第2の治療パターンを前記ターゲット組織へ送出し、そこに前記患者の眼のリンバス組織に沿って又はその近くに又は該リンバス組織の前の角膜組織に沿って減張切開部を形成してその乱視を軽減するためのものである、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記スキャナ及び前記コントローラは、前記第1及び第2の治療パターンを前記白内障切開部及び前記減張切開部の両方を形成するための単一治療パターンに組み合わせるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記光源、前記スキャナ、及び前記コントローラは、前記第1の治療パターンによって形成された前記白内障切開部が、前記ターゲット組織を通って部分的にのみ延びるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者の眼の角膜の表面の表面プロフィールを測定するための表面形状測定装置を更に含み、
前記コントローラは、前記測定された表面プロフィールに応答して前記スキャナによる前記第2の治療パターンの前記形成を制御する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記患者の眼上の異なる位置から散乱特性を測定するための検出器を更に含み、
前記コントローラは、前記測定された散乱特性に応答して前記スキャナによる前記第1及び第2の治療パターンの少なくとも一方の前記形成を制御する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 照準光ビームを発生させるための光源を更に含み、
前記スキャナは、前記照準光ビームを偏向させて、前記ターゲット組織へ送出されて前記患者の眼上の前記第1及び第2の治療パターンの少なくとも一方の位置を視覚的に示す照準パターンを形成するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記ターゲット組織の画像を取り込むためのカメラと、
前記取り込み画像を表示するための表示装置と、
前記患者の眼上の前記第1及び第2の治療パターンの少なくとも一方の構成及び位置を修正するためのグラフィカル・ユーザ・インタフェースと、
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
