Description
治療レーザ光源からの治療レーザ光のスポットを患者眼の組織上で2次元的に走査する走査光学系を含む照射光学系と、治療レーザ光のスポットが所定の配列で並べられた所定の走査パターンを複数個記憶するメモリと、該メモリに記憶された走査パターンの中から所望の走査パターンの一つを選択する走査パターン選択手段と、前記走査パターン選択手段により選択された走査パターンをタッチパネルに表示させる表示制御手段と、前記選択された走査パターンが表示された前記タッチパネルがタッチされることで、前記走査パターンの各スポットに対して一部のスポットを削除又は追加するスポット位置の指定信号を入力する位置指定信号入力手段と、前記位置指定信号入力手段により入力された指定信号に基づいて、前記選択された走査パターンを変更して設定する走査パターン設定手段と、該走査パターン設定手段により設定された走査パターンに基づいて前記走査光学系の駆動を制御して治療レーザ光を順次スポット位置に照射する制御手段と、を備え、前記走査パターン設定手段は、前記位置指定信号入力手段により入力された指定信号が示す位置であり、且つ、前記選択された走査パターンのスポットの配列規則に従った位置に対して、スポットを追加できる最大数の範囲内でスポットを追加するスポット追加手段と、前記選択された走査パターンのスポットから、前記位置指定信号入力手段により入力された指定信号が示す位置のスポットを削除するスポット削除手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする。
以上のようにして予め用意された走査パターンに対して、一部のスポットを削除又は追加した走査パターンに変更することにより、効率的に治療が行え、手術時間を短縮できる。また、予め用意されたパターンを利用することで、全てのスポット位置を初めから設計する場合に対して効率よく走査パターンを設定できる。選択されたパターンに対して、スポットの削除と追加の両方を行うこともできる。

Claims (1)
- 治療レーザ光源からの治療レーザ光のスポットを患者眼の組織上で2次元的に走査する走査光学系を含む照射光学系と、
治療レーザ光のスポットが所定の配列で並べられた所定の走査パターンを複数個記憶するメモリと、
該メモリに記憶された走査パターンの中から所望の走査パターンの一つを選択する走査パターン選択手段と、
前記走査パターン選択手段により選択された走査パターンをタッチパネルに表示させる表示制御手段と、
前記選択された走査パターンが表示された前記タッチパネルがタッチされることで、前記走査パターンの各スポットに対して一部のスポットを削除又は追加するスポット位置の指定信号を入力する位置指定信号入力手段と、
前記位置指定信号入力手段により入力された指定信号に基づいて、前記選択された走査パターンを変更して設定する走査パターン設定手段と、
該走査パターン設定手段により設定された走査パターンに基づいて前記走査光学系の駆動を制御して治療レーザ光を順次スポット位置に照射する制御手段と、
を備え、
前記走査パターン設定手段は、
前記位置指定信号入力手段により入力された指定信号が示す位置であり、且つ、前記選択された走査パターンのスポットの配列規則に従った位置に対して、スポットを追加できる最大数の範囲内でスポットを追加するスポット追加手段と、
前記選択された走査パターンのスポットから、前記位置指定信号入力手段により入力された指定信号が示す位置のスポットを削除するスポット削除手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする眼科用レーザ治療装置。
