Abstract
Description
以下の実施例及び比較例で使用する(A)変性ナイロン系樹脂、(B)補強繊維及び(C)耐衝撃性改良材の具体的な仕様は、次の通りである。
(1)曲げ強度
ナイロン系樹脂複合材料の曲げ強度をASTM D−790に従って測定した。単位はkgf/cm2である。
ナイロン系樹脂複合材料の曲げ弾性率をASTM D−790に従って測定した。単位はkgf/cm2である。
ナイロン系樹脂複合材料のノッチ(notched)試片とノッチなし(unnotched)試片とをそれぞれ作製した。これらの試片の厚さは1/8インチであった。試片の衝撃強度をASTM D−256に沿ったアイゾット試験によって、室温(25℃)で測定した。単位はkgf・cm/cmである。
それぞれのナイロン系樹脂複合材料の薄膜試片(幅:6インチ、高さ:6インチ、厚さ:1/16インチ)を射出成形によって製造した。各試片の三つの縁部を地面に付着させた後、試片の残りの一つの縁部の地面からの距離を測定した。単位はmmである。
Claims (10)
- 100重量部の基礎樹脂と、1〜30重量部の耐衝撃性改良材とを含むナイロン系樹脂複合材料であって、前記基礎樹脂は、主鎖にベンゼン環を含む変性ナイロン系熱可塑性樹脂20〜80重量%と、断面アスペクト比が1.5以上である補強繊維20〜80重量%とからなることを特徴とする、ナイロン系樹脂複合材料。
- 前記変性ナイロン系熱可塑性樹脂の固有粘度は0.7〜0.9dl/gである、請求項1に記載のナイロン系樹脂複合材料。
- 前記変性ナイロン系熱可塑性樹脂の平均分子量は10,000〜100,000である、請求項1に記載のナイロン系樹脂複合材料。
- 前記補強繊維は、断面アスペクト比が2〜8である、請求項1に記載のナイロン系樹脂複合材料。
- 前記補強繊維は、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、チタン酸カリウム繊維、炭化ケイ素繊維、およびこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載のナイロン系樹脂複合材料。
- 前記補強繊維はガラス繊維である、請求項1に記載のナイロン系樹脂複合材料。
- 前記耐衝撃性改良材は、反応性オレフィン系共重合体、コアシェル共重合体およびこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載のナイロン系樹脂複合材料。
- 前記反応性オレフィン系共重合体は、無水マレイン酸、グリシジルメタクリレート、およびオキサゾリンから選択される1以上の反応性官能基を、エチレン/プロピレンゴム、イソプレンゴム、エチレン/オクテンゴム、およびエチレン−プロピレン−ジエン三元共重合体から選択されるオレフィン系共重合体上にグラフトさせることによって製造され、
前記コアシェル共重合体は、ジエンゴムの単量体、アクリレートゴムの単量体およびシリコーンゴムの単量体から選択される少なくとも1種の単量体を重合してゴム状重合体を調製し、前記ゴム状重合体に、グラフト可能な不飽和化合物である、スチレン、α−メチルスチレン、ハロゲン化スチレン、アルキル化スチレン、アクリロニトリル、メタクリロニトリル、C1−C8アルキルメタクリレート、C1−C8アルキルアクリレート、無水マレイン酸、N−(C1−C4)アルキル置換マレイミドおよびN−フェニル置換マレイミドからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の単量体をグラフトさせることによって製造される、請求項7に記載のナイロン系樹脂複合材料。 - 酸化防止剤、熱安定剤、光安定剤、流動増進剤、滑剤、抗菌剤、離型剤、核形成剤から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のナイロン系樹脂複合材料。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のナイロン系樹脂複合材料を押出することによって製造されたペレット。
