Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.A.少なくとも1種のポリアミド30〜50重量部および B.少なくとも1種の官能化されたゴムを含むゴム組成物70〜50重量部 を溶融相で互いに混合する(ただし、A+B=100重量部)ことにより、ポリ アミド50重量部当り少なくとも50重量部の架橋されていないゴムを含む可撓 性ポリアミド組成物を製造する方法おいて、該ポリアミドは、ポリアミドおよび ゴムが溶融状態で混合される温度で、低せん断において測定される溶融粘度が3 00Pa.s未満であるような分子量を有し、該ゴムは、ISO 289-1985-(E)に従って 測定されるムーニー粘度ML(1+4)(125℃)が少なくとも40であることを 特徴とする方法。 2.ポリアミドが、溶融粘度が200Pa.s未満であるような分子量を有することを 特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.溶融粘度が100Pa.s未満であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。 4.ゴムのムーニー粘度が少なくとも50であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜 3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 5.溶融状態での混合が押出機で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のい ずれか一つに記載の方法。 6.ゴム組成物Bが少なくとも1種の官能化されたゴムお よび少なくとも1種の非官能化ゴムの組み合わせであることを特徴とする、請求 項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 7.官能化されたゴムが酸基で官能化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜 6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 8.ゴムが、エチレン−α−オレフィンのコポリマーおよび三元ポリマーを含む 群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。 9.官能化されたゴムが、マレイン酸で変性されたエチレン−プロピレンコポリ マーおよび無水マレイン酸で官能化されたスチレン−ブタジエンブロックコポリ マーから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。 10.官能化されたゴムと非官能化ゴムとの重量比が10〜0.1であることを特 徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。 11.重量比が0.9〜0.1であることを特徴とする、請求項03に記載の方法。 12.A.少なくとも1種のポリアミド30〜50重量部および B.少なくとも一種の架橋されていないゴム70〜50重量部 を含み、A+B=100重量部である可撓性ポリアミド組成物において、ゴム相 が、連続相としてのポリアミド中に不連続の粒子として分散していることを特徴 とする、可撓性ポリアミド組成物。 13.分散したゴムの平均粒径が5μmより小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1 2に記載の可撓性ポリアミド組成物。 14.相Bが、(b1)少なくとも1種の非官能化ゴムおよび(b2)少なくと も1種の官能化されたゴムから成ることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の可撓 性ポリアミド組成物。 15.分散したゴム粒子において、(b1)が核を構成し、(b2)が殻として それを取り囲んでいることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の可撓性ポリアミド 組成物。 16.ポリアミドが可塑剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか 一つに記載の方法。 17.ポリアミドが可塑剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12〜15のいずれ か一つに記載の可撓性ポリアミド組成物。 18.組成物を固相での後縮合に付すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいず れか一つに記載の方法。 19.全体的または部分的に請求項12〜15および17のいずれか一つに記載 の組成物から成る成形品。 20.請求項12〜15および17のいずれか一つに記載の組成物を、ガラス繊 維強化ポリアミドと共に逐次押出または共押出して得られる、請求項19に記載 の成形品。
