Abstract
【解決手段】ナノファイバシート10は、高分子化合物のナノファイバから形成されるナノファイバ層11と、ナノファイバ層11の一方の面側に配された基材層と12、ナノファイバ層11の他方の面側に配された接着層13とを備える。基材層13は、ナノファイバ層11と剥離可能に積層されていることが好適である。接着層13が、ナノファイバ層11上にナノファイバ状の接着剤が堆積されて形成されていることも好適である。

Description
ポリ乳酸樹脂(東レ(株)製L101(商品名))をクロロホルムとジメチルホルムアミド(80:20重量比)に溶解して、9%の溶液を得た。この溶液を用い、図3に示すエレクトロスピニング法の装置によって、基材層となるべきフィルムの表面にナノファイバ層を形成した。ナノファイバの製造条件は次のとおりである。
・印加電圧:17kV
・キャピラリ−コレクタ間距離:150mm
・水溶液吐出量:1ml/h
・環境:25℃、30%RH
・印加電圧:17kV
・キャピラリ−コレクタ間距離:150mm
・水溶液吐出量:1ml/h
・環境:25℃、30%RH
実施例1で用いたポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムに代えて、ポリエチレンテレフタレート製のメッシュシート(目開き:120メッシュ/インチ、線径:63μm)を用いた。このメッシュシートには剥離処理は施されていない。このメッシュシートの透気抵抗度は0.1秒/100ml以下、テーバーこわさは0.13mNmであった。これ以外は実施例1と同様にして、図1に示す構造のナノファイバシートを得た。得られたナノファイバシートを用い、実施例1と同様の転写を行ったところ、実施例1よりも一層首尾良くナノファイバ層がヒトの肌に転写した。
実施例1で用いたポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムに代えて、坪量40g/m2、厚さ0.28mmのスパンボンド不織布を用いた。この不織布の構成繊維は、芯がポリエチレンテレフタレートからなり、鞘がポリエチレンからなる芯鞘型複合繊維であった。この不織布の透気抵抗度は0.1秒/100ml、テーバーこわさは0.06mNmであった。これ以外は実施例1と同様にして、図1に示す構造のナノファイバシートを得た。得られたナノファイバシートを用い、実施例1と同様の転写を行ったところ、実施例1よりも一層首尾良くナノファイバ層がヒトの肌に転写した。
実施例1で用いたポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムに代えて、坪量78g/m2、厚さ0.09mmのPPC用紙を用いた。この紙の透気抵抗度は21秒/100ml、テーバーこわさは0.12mNmであった。これ以外は実施例1と同様にして、図1に示す構造のナノファイバシートを得た。得られたナノファイバシートを用い、実施例1と同様の転写を行ったところ、実施例1よりも一層首尾良くナノファイバ層がヒトの肌に転写した。

Claims (8)
- 高分子化合物のナノファイバから形成されるナノファイバ層と、該ナノファイバ層の一方の面側に配された基材層と、該ナノファイバ層の他方の面側に配された接着層とを備えたナノファイバシート。
- 前記基材層が、前記ナノファイバ層と剥離可能に積層されている請求項1記載のナノファイバシート。
- 前記接着層が、前記ナノファイバ層上に接着剤が散点状に分散配置されて形成されているか、又は前記ナノファイバ層上にナノファイバ状の接着剤が堆積されて形成されている請求項1又は2記載のナノファイバシート。
- 前記ナノファイバ層の厚みの方が、前記接着層の厚みよりも大きくなっている請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のナノファイバシート。
- 前記基材層のテーバーこわさが0.01〜0.4mNmである請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のナノファイバシート。
- 前記ナノファイバの直径が10〜3000nmである請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のナノファイバシート。
- 前記基材層が、通気性を有するシートからなる請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のナノファイバシート。
- 通気性を有する前記シートの透気抵抗度(ガーレー)が30秒/100ml以下である請求項7記載のナノファイバシート。
