Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 基材と、基材の一面または両面に積層される粘着層を含み、
前記基材と粘着層のうちの一つまたはいずれもが紡糸方法によって繊維フィラメントが捕集されたナノウェブ形態で形成されることを特徴とする粘着テープ。 - 前記紡糸方法としては、一般電気紡糸(electrospinning)、空気電気紡糸(AES:Air−Electrospinning)、電気噴射(electrospray)、電気噴射紡糸(electrobrown spinning)、遠心電気紡糸(centrifugal electrospinning)、フラッシュ電気紡糸(flash−electrospinning)のうちいずれか一つを使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記基材には複数の気孔が形成され、前記気孔には粘着層の粘着物質が注入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記粘着層は、基材の一面に積層される第1粘着層と、基材の他面に積層される第2粘着層とで構成され、粘着剤と溶媒を混合して紡糸するに十分な粘度の粘着物質を電気紡糸方法で紡糸することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記第1粘着層の表面には第1離型フィルムが付着し、第2粘着層には第2離型フィルムが付着し、前記第1離型フィルムと第1粘着層の間の付着強度と、第2離型フィルムと第2粘着層の間の付着強度は互いに異なるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記第1離型フィルムと第2離型フィルムは付着強度を互いに異なるようにするために互いに異なる材質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記繊維フィラメントの直径は0.1〜3.0umの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記基材としてはPETフィルムや不織布が使用され、前記PETフィルムや不織布の一面または両面に紡糸方法で粘着層が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記基材は紡糸方法によって多数の気孔を有するナノウェブ形態で形成され、前記粘着層は基材の表面にキャスティング方法またはグラビアコーティング方法で積層されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記基材と粘着層の間に積層される無気孔フィルム層をさらに含み、
前記無気孔フィルム層はPU(Polyurethane)やTPU(Thermoplastic polyurethane)が含まれている高分子を電気紡糸方法によって気孔のない形態に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着テープ。 - 前記粘着層は前記基材の一面または両面に粘着物質を紡糸して積層される第3粘着層と、前記第3粘着層の表面に粘着物質を紡糸して積層される第4粘着層とを含み、
前記第3粘着層は粘着物質が基材の気孔に吸収されることを最少化するように粘度が高く形成され、前記第4粘着層は粘着力を強化するように第3粘着層に比べて粘度が低く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着テープ。 - 粘着物質を電気紡糸方法によって紡糸して第1粘着層を形成する段階、
前記第1粘着層の表面に高分子物質を電気紡糸方法によって紡糸して基材を形成する段階、および
前記基材の表面に粘着物質を電気紡糸方法によって紡糸して第2粘着層を形成する段階を含むことを特徴とする粘着テープの製造方法。 - 前記第1粘着層および第2粘着層を形成する方法は、基材の一面および他面に繊維フィラメントを紡糸してフィルム形態に形成することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の粘着テープの製造方法。
- 前記第1粘着層および第2粘着層を形成する方法は、粘度が高い粘着物質を紡糸して第3粘着層を形成する段階と、前記第3粘着層の表面に第3粘着層に比べて粘度が低い粘着物質を紡糸して第4粘着層を形成する段階とを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の粘着テープの製造方法。
- 不織布または無気孔タイプの樹脂フィルムからなる基材を用意する段階、
前記基材の一面に粘着物質を電気紡糸方法によって紡糸して第1粘着層を形成する段階、および
前記基材の他面に粘着物質を電気紡糸方法によって紡糸して第2粘着層を形成する段階を含むことを特徴とする粘着テープの製造方法。 - 高分子物質を電気紡糸して基材を形成する段階、
前記基材の一面または両面に電気紡糸して無気孔フィルム層を形成する段階、および
前記無気孔フィルム層の表面に粘着物質を紡糸して粘着層を形成する段階を含むことを特徴とする粘着テープの製造方法。
