Description
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
[1] 高分子物質を紡糸方法によって繊維ストランドに紡糸してナノウェブ形態で形成するフィルム層、
前記フィルム層の一面に塗布されるインク層、および
前記フィルム層の他面に紡糸方法によって積層される粘着層を含むことを特徴とする無光フィルム。
[2] 前記紡糸方法としては、一般電気紡糸(electrospinning)、空気電気紡糸(AES:Air−Electrospinning)、電気噴射(electrospray)、電気噴射紡糸(electrobrown spinning)、遠心電気紡糸(centrifugal electrospinning)、フラッシュ電気紡糸(flash−electrospinning)のうちいずれか一つを使用することを特徴とする上記[1]に記載の無光フィルム。
[3] 前記フィルム層は表面に不規則な凹凸が形成されて光を乱反射する無光機能と、指紋が付かない耐指紋機能を同時に有することを特徴とする上記[1]に記載の無光フィルム。
[4] 前記インク層はインク、バインダーおよび溶媒を混合して形成され、前記インクは黒色またはカラー色からなることを特徴とする上記[1]に記載の無光フィルム。
[5] 前記インク層は繊維ストランドの外面を囲むように塗布され、繊維ストランドが互いに交差する部分に塗布されてフィルム層の強度を強化することを特徴とする上記[1]に記載の無光フィルム。
[6] 前記粘着層は接着剤と溶媒を混合して紡糸するのに十分な粘度の粘着物質を電気紡糸方法で紡糸することを特徴とする上記[1]に記載の無光フィルム。
[7] 前記粘着層はフィルム層の表面に積層する第1粘着層と、前記第1粘着層の表面に積層する第2粘着層とを含み、
前記第1粘着層は第2粘着層に比べて相対的に粘度が高く形成されることを特徴とする上記[1]に記載の無光フィルム。
[8] 前記フィルム層と粘着層との間に積層する無気孔フィルム層をさらに含むことを特徴とする上記[1]に記載の無光フィルム。
[9] 前記無気孔フィルム層はPU(Polyurethane)やTPU(Thermoplastic polyurethane)が含まれている高分子物質を紡糸方法によって気孔のない形態に形成することを特徴とする上記[8]に記載の無光フィルム。
[10] 離型フィルムの表面に粘着物質を紡糸して粘着層を形成する段階、
前記粘着層の表面に高分子物質を紡糸してナノウェブ形態のフィルム層を形成する段階、および
前記フィルム層の一面にインク層を塗布する段階を含むことを特徴とする無光フィルムの製造方法。
[11] 前記粘着層を形成する段階は、コレクタと第1紡糸ノズルの間に高電圧静電気力を印加し、第1紡糸ノズルから粘着物質を紡糸して繊維ストランドが蓄積された形態に形成されることを特徴とする上記[10]に記載の無光フィルムの製造方法。
[12] 前記フィルム層を形成する段階は、コレクタと第2紡糸ノズルの間に高電圧静電気力を印加し、第1紡糸ノズルから高分子物質を紡糸して粘着層の表面に繊維ストランドを蓄積して形成されることを特徴とする上記[10]に記載の無光フィルムの製造方法。
[13] 繊維ストランドを紡糸する時にエアー噴射装置から繊維ストランドにエアーを噴射して繊維ストランドが飛ばされることを防止することを特徴とする上記[10]に記載の無光フィルムの製造方法。
[14] 前記インク層を塗布する段階はインク、バインダーおよび溶媒を混合したインクをグラビア印刷、コーティングのうちいずれか一つの方法でフィルム層の表面に形成されることを特徴とする上記[10]に記載の無光フィルムの製造方法。
[15] 前記粘着層を形成する段階は、離型フィルムの表面に粘度が相対的に低い第1粘着層を形成する段階と、
前記第1粘着層の表面に粘度が相対的に高い第2粘着層を形成する段階とを含むことを特徴とする上記[10]に記載の無光フィルムの製造方法。
[16] 離型フィルムの表面に粘着物質を紡糸して粘着層を形成する段階、
前記粘着層の表面にPU(Polyurethane)やTPU(Thermoplastic polyurethane)が含まれている高分子物質を紡糸して高分子フィルム層を形成する段階、
前記高分子フィルム層の表面に高分子物質を紡糸してナノウェブ形態のフィルム層を形成する段階、および
前記フィルム層の一面にインク層を塗布する段階を含むことを特徴とする無光フィルムの製造方法。
Claims (15)
- 高分子物質を紡糸方法によって繊維ストランドに紡糸してナノウェブ形態で形成するフィルム層、
前記フィルム層の一面に塗布されるインク層、および
前記フィルム層の他面に紡糸方法によって積層される粘着層を含むことを特徴とする光乱反射性フィルム。 - 前記紡糸方法は、一般電気紡糸(electrospinning)、空気電気紡糸(AES:Air−Electrospinning)、電気噴射(electrospray)、電気噴射紡糸(electrobrown spinning)、遠心電気紡糸(centrifugal electrospinning)、フラッシュ電気紡糸(flash−electrospinning)のうちいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光乱反射性フィルム。
- 前記フィルム層は表面に不規則な凹凸が形成されて光を乱反射する光乱反射機能と、指紋が付かない耐指紋機能を同時に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光乱反射性フィルム。
- 前記インク層はインク、バインダーおよび溶媒を混合して形成され、前記インクは黒色またはカラー色からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光乱反射性フィルム。
- 前記インク層は繊維ストランドの外面を囲むように塗布され、繊維ストランドが互いに交差する部分に塗布されてフィルム層の強度を強化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光乱反射性フィルム。
- 前記粘着層はフィルム層の表面に積層する第1粘着層と、前記第1粘着層の表面に積層された第2粘着層とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光乱反射性フィルム。
- 前記フィルム層と粘着層との間に積層された無気孔フィルム層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光乱反射性フィルム。
- 前記無気孔フィルム層は、気孔のない形態に形成されている、PU(ポリウレタン)やTPU(熱可塑性ポリウレタン)が含まれている高分子物質からなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の光乱反射性フィルム。
- 離型フィルムの表面に粘着物質を紡糸して粘着層を形成する段階、
前記粘着層の表面に高分子物質を紡糸してナノウェブ形態のフィルム層を形成する段階、および
前記フィルム層の一面にインク層を塗布する段階を含むことを特徴とする光乱反射性フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記粘着層を形成する段階は、コレクタと第1紡糸ノズルの間に高電圧静電気力を印加し、第1紡糸ノズルから粘着物質を紡糸して繊維ストランドが蓄積された形態に形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の光乱反射性フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記フィルム層を形成する段階は、コレクタと第2紡糸ノズルの間に高電圧静電気力を印加し、第2紡糸ノズルから高分子物質を紡糸して粘着層の表面に繊維ストランドを蓄積して形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の光乱反射性フィルムの製造方法。
- 繊維ストランドを紡糸する時にエアー噴射装置から繊維ストランドにエアーを噴射して繊維ストランドが飛ばされることを防止することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の光乱反射性フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記インク層を塗布する段階はインク、バインダーおよび溶媒を混合したインクをグラビア印刷、コーティングのうちいずれか一つの方法でフィルム層の表面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の光乱反射性フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記粘着層を形成する段階は、離型フィルムの表面に粘度が相対的に低い第1粘着層を形成する段階と、
前記第1粘着層の表面に粘度が相対的に高い第2粘着層を形成する段階とを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の光乱反射性フィルムの製造方法。 - 離型フィルムの表面に粘着物質を紡糸して粘着層を形成する段階、
前記粘着層の表面にPU(ポリウレタン)やTPU(熱可塑性ポリウレタン)が含まれている高分子物質を紡糸して高分子フィルム層を形成する段階、
前記高分子フィルム層の表面に高分子物質を紡糸してナノウェブ形態のフィルム層を形成する段階、および
前記フィルム層の一面にインク層を塗布する段階を含むことを特徴とする光乱反射性フィルムの製造方法。
