Claims (8)
- (a)섬유 성형성 고분자 물질을 용매에 용해하여 방사용액을 제조하는 단계;(b)상기 방사용액을 방사방법에 의하여 방사하여 평균직경 1㎛ 미만으로 구성되는 고분자 나노섬유 웹을 얻는 단계;(c)상기 나노섬유 웹을 라미네이팅하여 고분자 멤브레인을 얻는 단계;(d)상기 고분자 멤브레인을 슬리팅하여 나노섬유 테이프사를 얻는 단계; 및(e)상기 나노섬유 테이프사를 합사 및 연사하여 나노섬유를 포함하는 복합사를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 섬유 성형성 고분자 물질은 열가소성 고분자 (thermoplastic polymer) 및 열경화성 고분자 (thermosetting polymer)에서 선택되는 적어도 1종으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계에서 얻어지는 나노섬유의 평량은 0.5∼100gsm인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 나노섬유 테이프사의 폭은 0.1∼10mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 라미네이팅은 20-250℃의 온도범위에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 합사 및 연사 단계는 2 이상의 동종 또는 이종 고분자 물질의 나노섬유 테이프사끼리 합사 및 연사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 합사 및 연사 단계는 상기 나노섬유 테이프사와 심사를 합사 및 연사하여 싱글 커버링 또는 더블 커버링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 합사 및 연사 단계는 상기 나노섬유 테이프사와 심사의 합사시 나노섬유 테이프사에는 10∼100g의 장력을 부여하고, 심사는 무장력으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유 복합사의 제조방법.
