第6実施例による伝導性粘着テープは、基材10を前記第1実施例で説明した基材10と同一の電気紡糸によって複数の気孔12を有するナノウェブ形態に製造し、この基材10の一面または両面に積層される伝導性粘着層210、220はキャスティング方法、塗布、グラビアコーティングなどの方法で形成する。
以上、本発明を特定の望ましい実施例を例にあげて説明したが、本発明は前記実施例に限定されるものではなく、本発明の精神を逸脱しない範囲内で当該発明の属する技術分野で通常の知識を有する者によって多様な変更と修正が可能であろう。
Claims (26)
- 紡糸方法によって高分子物質を紡糸して多数の気孔を有するナノウェブ形態に形成される基材、および
紡糸方法によって伝導性粘着物質を紡糸して無気孔形態に前記基材の一面または両面に直接紡糸によって形成されたり、または合紙される伝導性粘着層を含むことを特徴とする伝導性粘着テープ。 - 前記紡糸方法としては一般電気紡糸(electrospinning)、空気電気紡糸(AES:Air−Electrospinning)、電気噴射(electrospray)、電気噴射紡糸(electrobrown spinning)、遠心電気紡糸(centrifugal electrospinning)、フラッシュ電気紡糸(flash−electrospinning)のうちのいずれか一つが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性粘着テープ。
- 前記伝導性粘着層は電気伝導性に優れた電気伝導性金属、カーボンブラック(Carbon Black)、カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェン(Graphene)、伝導性ポリマー(PDOT)のうちのいずれか一つと、粘着剤と溶媒を混合した伝導性粘着物質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性粘着テープ。
- 前記伝導性粘着層は基材の一面に形成される第1伝導性粘着層と、基材の他面に形成される第2伝導性粘着層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性粘着テープ。
- 前記第1伝導性粘着層と第2伝導性粘着層は粘着力が異なることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の伝導性粘着テープ。
- 前記第1伝導性粘着層の表面に形成された第1離型フィルムと前記第2伝導性粘着層の表面に形成された第2離型フィルムとをさらに含み、前記第1および第2離型フィルムは付着強度を互いに異なるようにするために異なる材質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の伝導性粘着テープ。
- 前記伝導性粘着層と基材の間には電磁波遮蔽が可能な電磁波遮蔽層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性粘着テープ。
- 前記電磁波遮蔽層は電気伝導性金属物質を基材の表面に蒸着して形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の伝導性粘着テープ。
- 紡糸方法によって高分子物質を紡糸して多数の気孔を有するナノウェブ形態に形成される基材、
前記基材の一面に形成される電気伝導性を有する無気孔フィルム層、
紡糸方法によって伝導性粘着物質を紡糸して無気孔形態に前記無気孔フィルム層に形成される第1伝導性粘着層、および
前記基材の他面に合紙される第2伝導性粘着層を含むことを特徴とする伝導性粘着テープ。 - 前記第1伝導性粘着層および第2伝導性粘着層は電気伝導性金属、カーボンブラック(Carbon Black)、カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェン(Graphene)、伝導性ポリマー(PDOT)のうちのいずれか一つと、粘着剤と溶媒を混合した伝導性粘着物質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の伝導性粘着テープ。
- 前記無気孔フィルム層は電気伝導性金属、カーボンブラック(Carbon Black)、カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェン(Graphene)、伝導性ポリマー(PDOT)のうちのいずれか一つと、PU(Polyurethane)あるいはTPU(Thermoplastic polyurethane)が含まれている高分子物質を混合した伝導性物質を紡糸方法によって形成することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の伝導性粘着テープ。
- 前記無気孔フィルム層と第1伝導性粘着層の間に形成される第2基材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の伝導性粘着テープ。

紡糸方法によって伝導性粘着物質を紡糸して無気孔形態に前記基材の他面に合紙される第1伝導性粘着層、および
前記無気孔フィルム層に合紙される伝導性両面テープを含み、
前記伝導性両面テープは、紡糸方法によって高分子物質を紡糸して多数の気孔を有するナノウェブ形態に形成される第2基材と、前記第2基材の一面に形成される第2伝導性粘着層と、前記第2基材の他面に形成される第3伝導性粘着層とを含むことを特徴とする伝導性粘着テープ。 - 紡糸方法によって高分子物質を紡糸して多数の気孔を有するナノウェブ形態に形成される基材、
前記基材の一面に積層される第1伝導性粘着層、
前記基材の他面に積層される電磁波遮蔽層、および
前記電磁波遮蔽層の表面に積層される第2伝導性粘着層を含み、
前記第1伝導性粘着層および第2伝導性粘着層はキャスティング方法、塗布、グラビアコーティングのうちのいずれか一つの方法で形成されることを特徴とする伝導性粘着テープ。 - 伝導性粘着物質を紡糸して第1伝導性粘着層を形成する段階、
前記第1伝導性粘着層に高分子物質を紡糸してナノウェブ形態の基材を形成する段階、および
前記基材の表面に伝導性粘着物質を紡糸して第2伝導性粘着層を形成する段階を含むことを特徴とする伝導性粘着テープの製造方法。 - 前記第1伝導性粘着層を形成する前に第1離型フィルムをコレクタの上面に移送する段階、および
前記第2伝導性粘着層を形成した後、第2伝導性粘着層の表面に第2離型フィルムを付着する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の伝導性粘着テープの製造方法。 - 前記第1伝導性粘着層を形成する段階はコレクタに第1離型フィルムを配置し、前記コレクタと第1紡糸ノズルの間に高電圧静電気力を印加して第1紡糸ノズルで第1離型フィルムの表面に伝導性粘着物質を繊維筋に作り、繊維筋が蓄積されてフィルム形態の第1伝導性粘着層を形成することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の伝導性粘着テープの製造方法。
- 前記基材を形成する段階は、コレクタと第2紡糸ノズルの間に高電圧静電気力を印加して第2紡糸ノズルで第1伝導性粘着層の表面に繊維筋を紡糸して多数の気孔を有する超極細ナノウェブ形態の基材を形成することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の伝導性粘着テープの製造方法。
- 前記第2伝導性粘着層を形成する段階は、コレクタと第3紡糸ノズルの間に高電圧静電気力を印加して第3紡糸ノズルで基材の表面に伝導性粘着物質を紡糸してフィルム形態の第2伝導性粘着層を形成することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の伝導性粘着テープの製造方法。
- 前記基材の表面に第2伝導性粘着層を形成する前に、電磁波を遮蔽する電磁波遮蔽層を先に形成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の伝導性粘着テープの製造方法。
- 高分子物質を紡糸してナノウェブ形態の基材を形成する段階、
前記基材の一面に電気伝導性金属物質を蒸着して電磁波を遮蔽する電磁波遮蔽層を形成する段階、
前記電磁波遮蔽層に伝導性粘着物質を紡糸して第1伝導性粘着層を形成する段階、および
伝導性粘着物質を紡糸して形成される第2伝導性粘着層を前記基材の他面に合紙する段階を含むことを特徴とする伝導性粘着テープの製造方法。 - 高分子物質を紡糸してナノウェブ形態の基材を形成する段階、
前記基材の一面にPUあるいはTPUおよび電気伝導性物質が含まれている高分子物質を紡糸して無気孔フィルム層を形成する段階、
前記無気孔フィルム層に伝導性粘着物質を紡糸して第1伝導性粘着層を形成する段階、および
伝導性粘着物質を紡糸して形成される第2伝導性粘着層を前記基材の他面に合紙する段階を含むことを特徴とする伝導性粘着テープの製造方法。 - 前記無気孔フィルム層は電気伝導性金属、カーボンブラック(Carbon Black)、カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェン(Graphene)、伝導性ポリマー(PDOT)のうちのいずれか一つが含まれることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の伝導性粘着テープの製造方法。
- 前記第2伝導性粘着層に高分子物質を紡糸してナノウェブ形態の第2基材を形成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の伝導性粘着テープの製造方法。
- 高分子物質を紡糸してナノウェブ形態の第1基材を形成する段階、
前記第1基材の一面にPUあるいはTPUおよび電気伝導性物質が含まれている高分子物質を紡糸して無気孔フィルム層を形成する段階、
伝導性粘着物質を紡糸して形成される第1伝導性粘着層を前記第1基材の一面に合紙する段階、および
前記無気孔フィルム層に伝導性両面テープを合紙する段階を含むことを特徴とする伝導性粘着テープの製造方法。 - 前記伝導性両面テープを形成する段階は、
高分子物質を紡糸してナノウェブ形態の第2基材を形成する段階、
前記第2基材の一面に伝導性粘着物質を紡糸して第2伝導性粘着層を形成する段階、および
前記第2基材の他面に伝導性粘着物質を紡糸して第3伝導性粘着層を形成する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項25に記載の伝導性粘着テープの製造方法。
