Abstract

本发明属于保护膜技术领域,公开了一种无基材石墨烯导热膜,用于解决现有有基材石墨烯产品存在的导热性能差的问题。本发明包括石墨烯层,所述石墨烯层的上表面涂布有丙烯酸胶层,所述丙烯酸胶层的上表面贴附有轻离型膜,所述石墨烯层的下表面设置有OPP绝缘膜。本发明的无基材石墨烯导热膜具有导热性能高的特点,导热系数能够达到1700‑1900W/m‑K;同时具有表面绝缘的特点,即使弯曲面贴物也能够达到良好的导热效果,并且具有成本低、便于制造的特点。

一种无基材石墨烯导热膜
技术领域
本发明属于膜技术领域,具体涉及一种无基材石墨烯导热膜。
背景技术
随着电子器件及产品向高运算、高耗能方向发展,机器散热成为急需解决的难度,目前各种导热材料已经广泛应用,但是导热性能由材料本身因素决定,其导热系数差异较大,部分材质的导热系数如下表所示:
目前市场上利用铝铜等金属及石墨进行导热的材料比较多,但是买对要求越来越高的产品需要,迫切需要以目前发现的导热系数最高的石墨烯来进行导热,但是由于石墨烯具有粉末状、易碎等特性,现有技术中必须将石墨烯涂布在导热性及经济性最好的铜箔上,而这种方式影响了整体的导热性。
因此现有技术有基材石墨烯产品由于基材导热系数低,从而导致整体效果并不突出,甚至出现不如石墨的导热性能。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有有基材石墨烯产品存在的导热性能差的问题,而提供一种无基材石墨烯导热膜。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种无基材石墨烯导热膜,其特征在于,包括石墨烯层,所述石墨烯层的上表面涂布有丙烯酸胶层,所述丙烯酸胶层的上表面贴附有轻离型膜,所述石墨烯层的下表面设置有OPP绝缘膜。
进一步的,所述丙烯酸胶层的厚度为8—12μm。
进一步的,所述OPP绝缘膜的厚度为5—7μm。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的无基材石墨烯导热膜包括石墨烯层,所述石墨烯层的上表面涂布有丙烯酸胶层,所述丙烯酸胶层的上表面贴附有轻离型膜,所述石墨烯层的下表面设置有OPP绝缘膜。本发明的无基材石墨烯导热膜具有导热性能高的特点,导热系数能够达到1700-1900W/m-K;同时具有表面绝缘的特点,即使弯曲面贴物也能够达到良好的导热效果,并且具有成本低、便于制造的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,并不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的其他所用实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
结合附图,本发明的无基材石墨烯导热膜包括石墨烯层1,所述石墨烯层1的上表面涂布有丙烯酸胶层2,所述丙烯酸胶层2的上表面贴附有轻离型膜3,所述石墨烯层的下表面设置有OPP绝缘膜4。本发明的无基材石墨烯导热膜具有导热性能高的特点,导热系数能够达到1700-1900W/m-K;同时具有表面绝缘的特点,即使弯曲面贴物也能够达到良好的导热效果。
进一步的,所述丙烯酸胶层的厚度为8—12μm;作为本发明一种优选的方式,丙烯酸胶层的而厚度为10μm。
进一步的,所述OPP绝缘膜的厚度为5—7μm;作为本发明一种优选的方式,OPP绝缘膜的厚度为6μm。
本发明的制造过程为:
将配置好的石墨烯浆料通过刮刀式涂布将浆料均匀涂布在中离型膜上,并通过热烘干定型的到石墨烯层;
通过微凹式涂布机将导热丙烯酸胶水涂布在石墨烯层上,并通过热干燥炉烘干成型,从而在石墨烯层上形成丙烯酸胶层;在收卷是贴附轻离型膜;
通过剥离装置的烫印机,将中离型膜剥离开后,将OPP绝缘膜均匀热压烫印在石墨烯层上,即可形成无基材石墨烯导热膜。是的本发明具有成本低、便于制造的特点。
实施例一
本实施例的无基材石墨烯导热膜,包括石墨烯层,所述石墨烯层的上表面涂布有丙烯酸胶层,所述丙烯酸胶层的上表面贴附有轻离型膜,所述石墨烯层的下表面设置有OPP绝缘膜。
实施例二
本实施例的无基材石墨烯导热膜,包括石墨烯层,所述石墨烯层的上表面涂布有丙烯酸胶层,所述丙烯酸胶层的上表面贴附有轻离型膜,所述石墨烯层的下表面设置有OPP绝缘膜;所述丙烯酸胶层的厚度为8—12μm。
实施例三
本实施例的无基材石墨烯导热膜,包括石墨烯层,所述石墨烯层的上表面涂布有丙烯酸胶层,所述丙烯酸胶层的上表面贴附有轻离型膜,所述石墨烯层的下表面设置有OPP绝缘膜;所述丙烯酸胶层的厚度为8—12μm;所述OPP绝缘膜的厚度为5—7μm。
实施例四
本实施例的无基材石墨烯导热膜,包括石墨烯层,所述石墨烯层的上表面涂布有丙烯酸胶层,所述丙烯酸胶层的上表面贴附有轻离型膜,所述石墨烯层的下表面设置有OPP绝缘膜;所述OPP绝缘膜的厚度为5—7μm。

1.一种无基材石墨烯导热膜,其特征在于,包括石墨烯层,所述石墨烯层的上表面涂布有丙烯酸胶层,所述丙烯酸胶层的上表面贴附有轻离型膜,所述石墨烯层的下表面设置有OPP绝缘膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无基材石墨烯导热膜,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸胶层的厚度为8—12μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无基材石墨烯导热膜,其特征在于,所述OPP绝缘膜的厚度为5—7μm。
