Abstract
【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂成分とエラストマー成分とをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなるインナーライナー層8をタイヤ空洞部に面するタイヤ内側に配置した空気入りタイヤである。インナーライナー層8の端部8Aが位置するタイヤ内面11の領域11Aに凹部12が設けられている。

Claims (14)
- 熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂成分とエラストマー成分とをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなるインナーライナー層をタイヤ空洞部に面するタイヤ内側に配置した空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記インナーライナー層の端部が位置するタイヤ内面領域に凹部を設けた空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記凹部の深さが0.2〜1.0mmである請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記凹部は前記インナーライナー層端部の端末からタイヤ径方向外側に少なくとも2mmの位置まで延在すると共に、タイヤ周方向に所定の間隔で配置される請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記凹部のタイヤ周方向の幅が1.0〜10.0mmである請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記凹部が3〜20mm間隔で配置される請求項3または4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記凹部がタイヤ径方向内側に向けてタイヤ内面から次第に深くなる請求項3,4または5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記インナーライナー層は左右のビード部間に延在し、ビード部のビードトウからインナーライナー層端部の端末までの長さが5〜30mmである請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤを製造する方法であって、グリーンタイヤを加硫する際に、前記凹部を形成する凸部を外表面に設けたブラダーをグリーンタイヤの内面に押し当てて加硫する空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- グリーンタイヤの内面にブラダーを押し当てた時の前記凸部の高さが0.2〜1.0mmである請求項8に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- グリーンタイヤの内面にブラダーを押し当てた時に、前記凸部は前記インナーライナー層端部の端末に対応する位置から膨張したブラダーの径方向外側に少なくとも2mmの位置まで延在すると共に、ブラダー周方向に所定の間隔で配置される請求項8または9に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- グリーンタイヤの内面にブラダーを押し当てた時に、前記凸部のブラダー周方向の幅が1.0〜10.0mmである請求項10に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- グリーンタイヤの内面にブラダーを押し当てた時に、前記凸部が3〜20mm間隔で配置される請求項10または11に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- グリーンタイヤの内面にブラダーを押し当てた時に、前記凸部がブラダー径方向内側に向けて外表面から次第に高い請求項10,11または12に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記インナーライナー層は左右のビード部間に延在し、ビード部のビードトウからインナーライナー層端部の端末までの長さが5〜30mmである請求項8乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
