Abstract
【解決手段】左右のサイドウォール部2にランフラット走行を可能にするランフラット補強層10を設けた空気入りタイヤである。トレッド部1の内面側に熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂成分とエラストマー成分とをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなるトレッド補強層12が配置されている。

Description
ランフラット氷上駆動性能
氷温−2℃の氷路テストコースにおいて、ランフラット氷上駆動性能を○(スリップせずに駆動)、△(スリップを伴いながら駆動)、×(空転して全く駆動せず)の3段階で評価した。
ランフラット氷上制動性能
氷温−2℃の氷路テストコースにおいて、時速40km/hで直進走行時にフル制動を付与し、停止するまでの距離を測定した。その評価結果を従来タイヤを100とする指数値で示す。この値が大きい程、ランフラット氷上制動性能が優れている。
ランフラット耐久性
楕円形の周回ドライ路テストコースを時速80km/hで走行し、テストドライバーが試験タイヤの故障による異常振動を感じ、走行を停止するまでの走行距離を測定した。その評価結果を従来タイヤを100とする指数値で示す。この値が大きい程、ランフラット耐久性が優れている。

Claims (14)
- 左右のサイドウォール部にランフラット走行を可能にするランフラット補強層を設けた空気入りタイヤにおいて、トレッド部の内面側に熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂成分とエラストマー成分とをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなるトレッド補強層を配置した空気入りタイヤ。
- トレッド補強層を構成する熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の貯蔵弾性率が20〜1000MPaである請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- トレッド補強層の厚さが1〜15mmである請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- トレッド補強層を構成する熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の貯蔵弾性率とトレッド補強層の厚さとの積が20〜1500MPa・mmである請求項1,2または3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- ランフラット補強層が熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂成分とエラストマー成分とをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物から構成される請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- トレッド補強層及びランフラット補強層をタイヤ空洞部に面したタイヤ内面に配置し、これらトレッド補強層及びランフラット補強層を接続してタイヤ内面を被覆するようにした請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- トレッド面に形成したブロックにサイプを設けた請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤを製造する方法であって、トレッド補強層を備えたグリーンタイヤを成形する際に、熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなるストリップ材を周方向に巻回して予め成形したトレッド補強層を取り付けてグリーンタイヤを成形する空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 予め成形したトレッド補強層の取り付け前に、該トレッド補強層の形状を整える請求項8に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 予め成形したトレッド補強層の取り付け前に、該トレッド補強層を未加硫ゴム層で被覆する請求項8または9に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなるストリップ材を周方向に巻回して予めランフラット補強層を成形し、該ランフラット補強層を取り付けてグリーンタイヤを成形する請求項8,9または10に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- ランフラット補強層はストリップ材をタイヤ径方向に積層した構造を有し、ストリップ材をタイヤ径方向外側に位置する部分ほど付与する張力を低減させて巻回する請求項11に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 予め成形したランフラット補強層の取り付け前に、該ランフラット補強層の形状を整える請求項11または12に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 予め成形したランフラット補強層の取り付け前に、該ランフラット補強層を未加硫ゴム層で被覆する請求項11,12または13に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
