Description
図1は本発明の実施形態からなる空気入りタイヤを示すものである。図1において、1はトレッド部、2はサイドウォール部、3はビード部である。左右一対のビード部3,3間にはカーカス層4が装架され、このカーカス層4の端部がビードコア5の廻りにタイヤ内側から外側に折り返されている。タイヤ内表面にはカーカス層4に沿って空気透過防止層6が配置されている。この空気透過防止層6(インナーライナー層)は、ブチルゴムを主成分とするゴム組成物から構成しても良く、或いは、熱可塑性樹脂や熱可塑性樹脂にエラストマーを分散させた複合樹脂材料から構成しても良い。一方、トレッド部1におけるカーカス層4の外周側には、複数層のベルト層7がタイヤ全周にわたって配置されている。これらベルト層7は、タイヤ周方向に対して傾斜する補強コードを含み、かつ層間で補強コードが互いに交差するように配置されている。
試験タイヤをリムサイズ15×6JJのホイールに組付け、空気圧を200kPaとして排気量1800ccの乗用車に装着し、舗装路にて5万km走行後、ベルトエッジセパレーション及びサイド部クラックの発生状況を調べた。
試験タイヤをリムサイズ15×6JJのホイールに組付け、初期圧力を250kPa、室温21℃、無負荷条件にて3ヶ月間放置し、所定の測定間隔で圧力を測定した。内圧の測定間隔は3時間毎とし、測定圧力Pt、初期圧力P0、経過日数tとして、(1)式で回帰してα値を求めた。
そして、(2)式において(1)式で得られたα値を用い、かつ、t=30(日)を代入してβ値を求めた。
このβ値を1ヶ月当たりの圧力低下率(%/月)とした。

Claims (3)
- 一対のビード部間にカーカス層を装架し、該カーカス層に沿ってタイヤ内表面に空気透過防止層を配置し、トレッド部における前記カーカス層の外周側にベルト層を埋設した空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記カーカス層と前記ベルト層との間にコードをタイヤ周方向に連続的に巻き回してなるコード層を配置し、該コード層の少なくとも一部を前記コードとタイヤ外表面との距離が2mm以下となるようにタイヤ外表面に近接させた空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記コード層の少なくとも一部をタイヤ半周以上にわたって前記コードとタイヤ外表面との距離が2mm以下となるようにタイヤ外表面に近接させた請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記コード層と前記ベルト層とのタイヤ軸方向の重なり幅を該ベルト層の端部から少なくとも10mmとした請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
