Abstract
【解決手段】この注射器は乾燥薬剤成分のための区域と、湿潤薬剤成分のための区域とを有する。この2つの区域は栓体を有する封止機構により分離されている。この栓体は封止位置から、装置が作動されたときの混合位置に移動するようになっている。この封止機構は乾燥成分区域の内壁をこするワイパーを有し、乾燥成分が封止/ガラス界面に堆積するのを防止するようになっている。テーパー状インサートが混合薬剤成分を針アッセンブリーに漏斗状に通過させが、装置の充填時に除去することができる。フィルターが薬剤区域と、針アッセンブリーとの間に設けられている。このフィルターと、針アッセンブリーとの間のチャンバーはフィルターを通過する流れを良好にする。アクチュエータアッセンブリーが前記栓体を混合位置に駆動させ、混合薬剤を強制的に針に通過させ、患者に投与させる。

本発明は薬剤注入装置に関する。特に、本発明は薬剤の2つの成分を混合し、この混合薬剤を注射部位に注入することができる自動注射器アッセンブリーに関する。

Claims (9)
- 薬剤を予め充填し、作動させることによりこの薬剤を自動的に自己投与するための自動注射器であって:
ハウジングと;
該ハウジング内に設けられた薬剤チャンバーであって、第1の薬剤部分を収容する第1の区域と、前記第1の薬剤部分と混合される第2の薬剤部分を収容する第2の区域とを有する薬剤チャンバーと;
前記第1の区域と第2の区域との間に設けられた封止機構であって、当初において前記第2の区域から第1の区域を分離して保持するような封止状態にあり、本装置の作動により混合状態に変換するようになっている封止機構と;
前記薬剤チャンバーからの薬剤を投薬する針アッセンブリーと;
前記薬剤チャンバーと、前記針アッセンブリーとの間に配置されたフィルターと;
前記ハウジングにより担持され、蓄積エネルギー源を有する作動アッセンブリーであって、前記作動アッセンブリーの作動により、前記蓄積エネルギー源から蓄積されたエネルギーが解放され、前記封止機構が前記封止状態から前記混合状態に変換され、それにより、前記第1の薬剤部分と、前記第2の薬剤部分とを混合させ、針アッセンブリーを強制的に通過するようにした作動アッセンブリーと;
を具備してなり;
前記針アッセンブリーが、針と、該針を前記薬剤チャンバーに装着するための針支持体とを具備してなり、該針支持体が、前記フィルターにより覆われた後方開口部を有する針アッセンブリーチャンバーを画成し、該針アッセンブリーチャンバーが、前記針の後方端部に向けて軸方向前方に延出するに従って先細になる内壁面を有し、前記針支持体が前記チャンバーから前記針に至る封止液体流路を形成していることを特徴とする自動注射器。 - 前記針支持体は、環状リブを有しており、該環状リブは、前記薬剤チャンバーの前方端部の周りにおいて環状溝とスナップ嵌めしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動注射器。
- 前記針の後方部分が前記針アッセンブリーチャンバー内に突出していない請求項1記載の自動注射器。
- 前記針アッセンブリーチャンバーが実質的に半球状のものである請求項3記載の自動注射器。
- 前記針アッセンブリー近傍のチャンバーの前方端部に装着されたインサートを更に具備してなり、該インサートがテーパー状流路を画成し、軸方向前方に延出するに従って径方向内側に先細になっている請求項4記載の自動注射器。
- 前記封止機構により担持された、流体を分散する部材を更に具備してなる請求項5記載の自動注射器。
- 前記封止機構が、ワイパー部分を担持する外側封止機構と、封止機構に形成された流路と、該封止機構が封止状態にあるとき前記流路を封止するための栓部材と、を具備してなる請求項1記載の自動注射器。
- 前記封止機構が、前記薬剤チャンバーの内壁と共に周縁封止部を形成する外側周縁を有し、前記栓部材が、前記周縁封止部から径方向内側に離間して設けられている請求項7記載の自動注射器。
- 前記第1の薬剤部分が乾燥薬剤部分からなり、外側封止機構により担持されたワイパー部分が、前記封止機構が前記第1の区域を通過移動するときに、薬剤チャンバーの内壁と係合する乾燥薬剤粒子を径方向内方に向けさせるよう構成されている請求項8記載の自動注射器。
