Abstract

Claims (10)
- DC電圧を出力するように構成されている第1のエネルギ蓄積装置(12,76)と、
前記第1のエネルギ蓄積装置(12,76)に結合された第1の両方向DC−AC電圧インバータ(40,104)と、
前記第1の両方向DC−AC電圧インバータ(40,104)に結合された複数の巻線(64〜68,108〜112)を含む第1の電気機械装置(60,106)と、
前記第1の両方向DC−AC電圧インバータ(40,104)に結合された充電用母線(80)であって、前記第1の電気機械装置(60,106)の前記複数の巻線(64〜68,108〜112)に結合された第1の導体(82)を有する充電用母線(80)と、を有し、
前記充電用母線(80)が、前記第1の電気機械装置(60,106)及び前記第1の両方向DC−AC電圧インバータ(40,104)を介して前記第1のエネルギ蓄積装置(12,76)を充電するために前記第1の電気機械装置(60,106)へ充電電流を伝送し且つ前記第1の電気機械装置(60,106)から充電電流を受け取るように構成されていること、
を特徴とする牽引用インバータ回路。 - 更に、エネルギ蓄積装置(12,76)に結合された両方向DC−DC電圧コンバータ(14)と、前記両方向DC−DC電圧コンバータ(14)と前記第1の両方向DC−AC電圧インバータ(40,104)との間に結合されたDC母線(38,164)とを有している請求項1記載の牽引用インバータ回路。
- 更に、前記DC母線(38)に結合された第2のエネルギ蓄積装置(12,76)を有している請求項2記載の牽引用インバータ回路。
- 前記第2のエネルギ蓄積装置(76)は前記第1のエネルギ蓄積装置(12)よりも高い電圧を持つ、請求項3記載の牽引用インバータ回路。
- 更に、前記両方向DC−DC電圧コンバータ(14)に結合された第2の両方向DC−AC電圧インバータ(40,104)と、
前記第2の両方向DC−AC電圧インバータ(40,104)に結合された複数の巻線(64〜68,108〜112)を含む第2の電気機械装置(60,106)と、
を有している請求項2記載の牽引用インバータ回路。 - 前記第2の両方向DC−AC電圧インバータ(40,104)は前記DC母線(38)に結合された複数の全相(full-phase)モジュールを含んでおり、各々の全相モジュールは、一対のスイッチと一対のダイオードとを有しており、更に、前記複数の全相モジュールの内の2つの間の前記DC母線(38)には接触器(136)が結合されている、請求項5記載の牽引用インバータ回路。
- 前記牽引用インバータ回路は更に、前記第2の両方向DC−AC電圧インバータ(40,104)に結合された制御装置(30)を有しており、該制御装置(30)は、前記牽引用インバータ回路の力率を1へ向けるために充電電圧のレベルに基づいて昇圧モード及び降圧モードの内の1つで前記第2の両方向DC−AC電圧インバータ(40,104)の動作を制御するように構成されている、請求項6記載の牽引用インバータ回路。
- 前記充電用母線(38)は、AC電源(100)から充電電圧を受け取るように構成されている、請求項7記載の牽引用インバータ回路。
- 前記牽引用インバータ回路は更に、前記第2の両方向DC−AC電圧インバータ(40,104)に結合された制御装置(30)を有しており、該制御装置(30)は、充電電圧のレベルに基づいて昇圧モード及び降圧モードの内の1つで前記第2の両方向DC−AC電圧インバータ(40,104)の動作を制御するように構成されており、また、前記充電用母線(38)が、DC電源(148)から充電電圧を受け取るように構成されている、請求項6記載の牽引用インバータ回路。
- 前記一対のスイッチは、絶縁ゲート・バイポーラ・トランジスタ(IGBT)、電界効果トランジスタ(FET)、金属酸化物半導体電界効果トランジスタ(MOSFET)、バイポーラ接合トランジスタ(BJT)及び金属酸化物半導体制御型サイリスタ(MCT)の内の一種類で構成されている、請求項6記載の牽引用インバータ回路。
