Abstract
【解決手段】ワーク上に配置される穴20の開いた吸込み壁18を有する吸込み室16と、連結部および排気口40を有するエジェクターノズル28であって、連結部を介して吸込み室16に連結される、エジェクターノズル28と、を備える。エジェクターノズル28の排気口40が外部42または排気ダクト内に開口しており、エジェクターノズル28の吸気口38が吸込み室16内に開口しており、それによって、吸込み室16から流入する連結部における気流の方向をエジェクターノズル28における主送気の方向と一致する領域真空グリッパー。

Claims (8)
- 薄く柔軟なワーク(12)を把持し、必要に応じて分離する空圧作動式領域真空グリッパー(10)であって、
前記ワーク(12)上に配置される穴(20)の開いた吸込み壁(18)を有する吸込み室(16)と、
連結部および排気口(40)を有するエジェクターノズル(28)であって、前記連結部を介して吸込み室(16)に連結される、前記エジェクターノズル(28)と、
を備え、
前記エジェクターノズル(28)の前記排気口(40)が外部(42)または排気ダクト内に開口しており、前記エジェクターノズル(28)の吸気口(38)が前記吸込み室(16)内に開口しており、それによって、前記吸込み室(16)から流入する前記連結部における気流の方向を前記エジェクターノズル(28)における主送気の方向と一致する領域真空グリッパー。 - 前記吸込み室(16)から流入する前記気流が、前記エジェクターノズル(28)の前記連結部の後で方向を変えられないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の領域真空グリッパー。
- 前記エジェクターノズル(28)内の空間に流入するときに、または前記エジェクターノズル(28)内の前記主送気流を画定する空間に流入するときに、推進空気は、湾曲または傾斜した表面をたどることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の領域真空グリッパー。
- 前記推進空気が、環状間隙を介して、前記エジェクターノズル(28)、または前記エジェクターノズル(28)内の前記主送気流を画定する前記空間に流入することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の領域真空グリッパー。
- 前記表面が軸の周りを回転する半径によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の領域真空グリッパー。
- 前記吸込み室(16)の排気用開口部(26)は前記エジェクターノズル(28)の前記吸気口(38)に連結されており、前記排気用開口部(26)が前記吸気口(38)と同軸状に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の領域真空グリッパー。
- 前記吸込み壁(18)の荷重を監視する、流量センサや真空センサ(66)、および/または前記荷重を監視し、かつ/もしくは前記ワーク(12)の位置を決定する光センサ(68)などのセンサが、前記吸込み室(16)内に、または吸込み空間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の領域真空グリッパー。
- 前記吸込み壁(18)が穴あき板(22)によって形成されており、かつ/または交換可能なやり方で吸込み室(16)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の領域真空グリッパー。
