該ベースプレートに設置されてプリントヘッドへ信号を提供するよう適合され該半田パッドと対応するように配向された複数の段付きスルーホールを規定しているコネクターと、
該コネクターの該段付きスルーホール内に選択的に配置され信号を該プリントヘッドに供給する複数のポーゴーピントと、を具備することを特徴とするプリントヘット用電気接続システム。 - 該信号が、該プリントヘッドへ電力とインストラクションの少なくとも1つを提供することを特徴とする請求項18記載のプリントヘッド用電気接続システム。
- 汚染物の侵入を防止するために、該コネクターと該ベースプレートの間に配置されたシールを更に具備することを特徴とする請求項18記載のプリントヘッド用電気接続システム。
- 粉体を受けるため粉体ディスペンス用ホッパーにより規定され3次元プリンター上のビルド面に対し配置されるよう構成されており予め決められた量の粉体を通すよう寸法取りされて配置された少なくとも1つの出口を規定している室と、
該室内に少なくとも部分的に配置され該少なくとも1つの出口を通るよう粉体を押すよう適合されたディスペンス用機構と、を具備することを特徴とする3次元プリンターに粉体を提供する粉体ディスペンス用ホッパー。 - 該少なくとも1つの出口が、該室の最低面に沿い縦方向に配向された複数のスロットを有することを特徴とする請求項21記載の粉体ディスペンス用ホッパー。
- 該出口の幅がその長さに沿って変わることを特徴とする請求項21記載の粉体ディスペンス用ホッパー。
- 該出口の長さが種々のサイズのビルド面に適合するよう可変であることを特徴とする請求項21記載の粉体ディスペンス用ホッパー。
- 該室内の該ディスペンス機構の位置が該出口に対し可変であることを特徴とする請求項21記載の粉体ディスペンス用ホッパー。
- 該少なくとも1つの出口を開き、閉じるカバーを更に具備することを特徴とする請求項21記載の粉体ディスペンス用ホッパー。
- 該ディスペンス機構が予め決められたインターバルで該少なくとも1つの出口を通るよう粉体を自動的に押すよう適合されることを特徴とする請求項21記載の粉体ディスペンス用ホッパー。
- 該ディスペンス機構が少なくとも1つの開口部に平行に配向されたラジアル軸線の周りで隔てられた複数のブレードを備えており、該ブレードが、該少なくとも1つの出口から粉体を押し出すよう該少なくとも1つの出口の近くで該ブレードを回転させるために、回転機構に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項21記載の粉体ディスペンス用ホッパー。
- 該室が、粉体を受けるために、該室の頂部部分の近くに配置された入り口を規定することを特徴とする請求項21記載の粉体ディスペンス用ホッパー。
- 該室が遠隔のソースから該入り口を通して粉体を該室内に引くために真空ソースに接続されることを特徴とする請求項29記載の粉体ディスペンス用ホッパー。
- 該入り口が該室に入る粉体を分散させるためにデフューザーを有することを特徴とする請求項30記載の粉体ディスペンス用ホッパー。
- 該入り口と該真空ソースの間に配置された濾過システムを更に具備することを特徴とする請求項29記載の粉体ディスペンス用ホッパー。
- 2方向の空気流用に適合され少なくとも2つの側部を有するフイルターと
該フイルターの1つの側部に設けられ該フイルターの複数部分を相互から分離するようセグメント化されており、該個別フイルター部分を真空及び正圧の少なくとも1つに曝すよう適合されているプレナムと、を具備することを特徴とする3次元プリンターの粉体移送システムで使うフイルターシステム。 - 各プレナムセグメントが粉体を担う空気を該フイルターを通して引くために、付随フイルター部分を真空ソースへ接続する弁を備えており、該フイルターは該粉体がそこを通ることを防止することを特徴とする請求項33記載の記載フイルターシステム。
- 該弁が該付随フイルター部分を正圧に接続するよう適合されることを特徴とする請求項34記載の該フイルターシステム。
- 粉体ディスペンス用ホッパーの入り口に設置されるよう適合されることを特徴とする請求項33記載のフイルターシステム。
- 該フイルターが耐磨性材料でコートされることを特徴とする請求項33記載のフイルターシステム。
- 該プレナムが少なくとも4つのセグメントを有することを特徴とする請求項33記載のフイルターシステム。
- 該フイルター部分が該真空ソース及び該正圧に交互に曝されることを特徴とする請求項35記載のフイルターシステム。
- 各フイルター部分がシーケンシャルに該真空ソース及び該正圧に交互に曝されることを特徴とする請求項39記載のフイルターシステム。
- ピッチをおいて隔てられた複数の開口部を規定する第1プレートと、離れ隔てられ該第1プレートの該複数の孔のピッチの約50%だけ該第1プレートの該複数の孔からオフセットされて隔てられた複数の開口部を規定する第2プレートと
を備えている、該粉体を受けるビルド面を具備しており、
該第2プレートは該第1プレートの下に該第1プレートから隔てられて配置されてており、該ピッチは、隣接する開口部の最も近接したエッジ間の空間に対応しており、且つ{2(該プレート間の空間)(該粉体の安息角の余接)+(孔の直径)}に略等しいことを特徴とする3次元プリンターで使用し3次元対象を作るために粉体を受けるように適合されたビルド室。 - 該ビルド面を少なくとも部分的に区切り、該ビルド室を少なくとも部分的に規定する少なくとも1枚の壁と、
該ビルド面の下に配置され、該ビルド面を該少なくとも1枚の壁に対し垂直に動かすよう該ビルド室に適合されたピストンと、そして
該ビルド室に接続され、真空が印加された時に該ビルド室からの解放された粉体を除去するために該ビルド室の下に配置された出口と、を更に具備することを特徴とする請求項41記載の該ビルド室。 - 該出口が、該ビルド面の下に配置されたプレナム内に配置され、該ビルド面を通して該ビルド室から解放された粉体を引くために真空ソースに接続されるよう適合されることを特徴とする請求項42記載のビルド室。
- 該室をその環境から少なくとも部分的に分離するため該少なくとも1枚の壁上に配置可能なカバーを更に具備することを特徴とする請求項42記載のビルド室。
- 該ビルド面の該第1プレート及び該第2プレートが、異なる角度に適合されるよう相互に交換可能であることを特徴とする請求項41記載のビルド室。
- 該ビルド面が、該プレート間の固定された間隔を保持するように該第1プレートと該第2プレートの間に配置された少なくとも1つのスペーサーを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項41記載のビルド室。
- 該粉体を流動化するために該出口に接続された真空ソースを更に具備することを特徴とする請求項41記載のビルド室。
- 該ビルド面の該第1プレートと該第2プレートが相互に対し移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項41記載のビルド室。
- 更に、該ビルド室の少なくとも1部分を振動させる機構を具備することを特徴とする請求項41記載のビルド室。
- 該機構が該ビルド面を振動させることを特徴とする請求項49記載のビルド室。
- 該プレート間の空間が可変であることを特徴とする請求項41記載のビルド室。
- ピッチをおいて離れ隔てられた複数の開口部を規定する第1プレートと、
離れ隔てられ該第1プレートの該複数の孔のピッチの約50%だけ該第1プレートの該複数の孔からオフセットされて隔てられた複数の開口部を規定する第2プレートとを備えている、該粉体を受けるビルド面を提供する過程を具備しており、
該第2プレートは該第1プレートの下に、該第1プレートから隔てられて配置されており、該ピッチは、隣接する開口部の最も近接したエッジ間の空間に対応しており、且つ{2(該プレート間の空間)(該粉体の安息角の余接)+(孔の直径)}に略等しく、
該ビルド面の下に真空ソースを提供する過程を具備することを特徴とするビルド室内の解放された粉体の流れを制御する方法。 - 該ビルド面を通しての粉体の流れを防止するように該ビルド室内の周囲圧力を保持する過程を更に具備することを特徴とする請求項52記載の方法。
- 該粉体を該第1及び第2プレートを通して流れさせるために該ビルド面の下に真空を創るように該真空ソースを賦活する過程を更に具備することを特徴とする請求項52記載の方法。
- 該ビルド室が、該真空ソースを該ビルド室に接続するために該ビルド面の下に配置されたプレナムを有することを特徴とする請求項52記載の方法。
- 該プレナムは、該真空ソースが賦活された時に該ビルド室から解放された粉体を除去する出口を有することを特徴とする請求項55記載の方法。
- 該ビルド面を少なくとも部分的に区切りビルド室を少なくとも部分的に規定する少なくとも1枚の壁と、該ビルド面の下に配置されて該少なくとも1枚の壁に対して垂直に該ビルド面を動かすよう該ビルド室に適合されたピストンと、を有することを特徴とする請求項52の方法。
- 解放された粉体の流れを促進するために該ビルド面を振動させる過程を更に具備することを特徴とする請求項54記載の方法。
- 粉体を異なる角度に適合するために該第1プレートと該第2プレートの間の空間を変える過程を更に具備することを特徴とする請求項52記載の方法。
- 該第1プレート及び該第2プレートの少なくとも1枚は、異なる角度に適合されたプレートと相互交換可能であることを特徴とする請求項52記載の方法。
- 3次元の対象を作るための粉体を保持するよう適合された内部容積を規定するリセプタクルと、
該リセプタクルに結合され、該リセプタクルの内部容積を少なくとも部分的に囲み該内部容積と流体的に連通して該3次元プリンターの真空ソースに接続されるよう適合されている出口を規定しているカバーと、
該内部容積と流体的に連通し、空気を該内部容積内へ送るよう適合され該リセプタクル及び該カバーの少なくとも1つにより少なくとも部分的に規定される少なくとも1つの入り口とを具備していることを特徴とする3時次元プリンター用の粉体を保持するコンテナー。 - 該入り口を通過する該空気が、該出口を通る該粉体の動きを助けることを特徴とする請求項61記載のコンテナー。
- 該入り口が環状スロットを備えることを特徴とする請求項61記載のコンテナー。
- 該内部容積が略円錐形の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項61記載のコンテナー。
- 該内部容積が略楕円形の断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項61記載のコンテナー。
- 該出口が、該カバーから該内部容積の底部領域の近くまで下方へ延びるチューブ状部材を有することを特徴とする請求項61記載のコンテナー。
- 該出口が、ホースと嵌合するよう構成された配管部品を有することを特徴とする請求項61記載のコンテナー。
- 該リセプタクルの付近に配置され、他のコンテナーとスタックするよう構成されたハウジングを更に具備することを特徴とする請求項61記載のコンテナー。
- プリントヘッドキャップキャリヤと、プリントヘッドのプリントヘッド面をシールするため該キャリヤ上に配置された少なくとも1つのプリントヘッドキャップと、を具備しており、
該プリントヘッドキャップキャリヤは該プリントヘッドキャップを該プリントヘッド面に対して垂直位置に保持しており、該キャップは、該プリントヘッドと該キャリヤに接触するプリントヘッドキャリッジとの少なくとも1つによりオフ位置とキャップ付け位置との間で動かされることを特徴とする3次元プリンターで使用するプリントヘッドキャップ付ステーション。 - 該キャリヤ上に配置された複数のキャップを具備することを特徴とする請求項69記載のプリントヘッドキャップ付ステーション。
- 固定サポートと、可動サポートと、該プリントヘッドと該プリントヘッドキャリッジの少なくとも1つと接触する駆動器タブとを該キャリヤが備えており、
該プリントヘッドと該プリントヘッドキャリッジの少なくとも1つの該駆動器タブと接触する前進運動が、該可動サポートを該固定サポートに対し旋回運動させ、それにより該キャップを該プリントヘッド面に対し水平位置へ配向することを特徴とする請求項69記載のプリントヘッドキャップ付ステーション。 - 該プリントヘッドと該プリントヘッドキャリッジの少なくとも1つの連続運動が、該キャップを該プリントヘッド面に対しシールさせることを特徴とする請求項71記載のプリントヘッドキャップ付ステーション。
- 一旦キャップ付けされると、該プリントヘッドの連続した前進運動を防止するよう適合された停止部を更に具備することを特徴とする請求項72記載のプリントヘッドキャップ付ステーション。
- 該プリントヘッドキャップが、該プリントヘッド面をキャップ付けする時、圧力の変化に応答して膨張及び収縮する、コンプライアンスのある材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項69記載のプリントヘッドキャップ付けステーション。
- 該垂直位置と水平位置の間で該キャップを動かす4本バーリンケージを更に具備することを特徴とする請求項69記載のプリントヘッドキャップ付ステーション。
- プリントヘッド放出材料を受け付けるリセプタクルと、
該受け付けリセプタクルと連通し該プリントヘッド放出材料の少なくとも1部分を吸収するよう適合された吸収媒体を有する保持用リセプタクルと、
該プリントヘッド放出材料を該保持用リセプタクルへ導くドレーンと、を具備しており、該プリントヘッド放出材料の少なくとも1部分は、該保持用リセプタクル内で固体化することを特徴とする3次元プリンター用ウエースト処理システム。 - 該保持用リセプタクルが、該プリントヘッド放出材料の少なくとも1部分の蒸発を促進するよう適合されていることを特徴とする請求項76記載のウエースト処理システム。
- 該保持用リセプタクルが該プリントヘッド放出材料の少なくとも1部分の蒸発速度を加速するため空気移送システムを備えることを特徴とする請求項77記載のウエースト処理システム。
- 該空気移送システムが該蒸発速度を加速するために該3次元プリンターからのウエースト熱を使用することを特徴とする請求項78記載のウエースト処理システム。
- 該吸収媒体が該保持用リセプタクル内で除去可能に配置されることを特徴とする請求項76記載のウエースト処理システム。
