Description
・ベントチューブ240は剛性材料から作成されてよく、または全体的または部分的に可撓性(例えばホース)であってよく、

・第2の(上部通気)開口を通じた空気流の値が、収集ユニットの1つまたはより多くの吸引開口の組を通じた空気流の値に対して、乱空気流を発生し、これに寄与しまたは促進する関係を有する
・乱空気流を発生し、これに寄与しまたは促進する範囲内において、第2の(上部通気)開口の大きさを設定する
・第2の(上部通気)開口と、収集チューブの1つまたはより多くの吸引開口の組の間に、乱空気流を発生し、これに寄与しまたは促進する位置関係を有する
・通気されるガスがタンクの下部内へと、例えば1つまたはより多くの開口を介して流入するのを許容する下部通気構造を容器に有する
・下部通気構造を通じて、乱空気流が生成されまたは促進されるのに十分な、通気される空気の高い値を達成する
・一方では下部通気構造を通じた通気される空気の値と、他方では収集ユニットの1つまたはより多くの吸引開口の組および/または第2の(上部通気)開口を通じた空気流の値との間に、乱空気流を発生し、これに寄与しまたは促進する関係を有する

・下部通気構造と、収集チューブの1つまたはより多くの吸引開口の組の間に、乱空気流を発生し、これに寄与しまたは促進する位置関係を有する
・乱空気流を発生し、これに寄与しまたは促進する範囲内において、収集ユニットの1つまたはより多くの吸引開口の組の断面積を設定する
・収集ユニットの1つまたはより多くの吸引開口の組と、タンクを画定する壁との間に、乱空気流を発生し、これに寄与しまたは促進する位置関係を有する
・上部のベント開口および/または下部通気構造および/または収集ユニット上(例えば1つまたはより多くの吸引開口の組、または他のどこか)に、乱流を促進する1つまたはより多くの構造要素の組を提供し、この構造要素はバッフル、デフレクター、およびチューブの端部キャップを含むが、これらに限定されない
・乱空気流を発生し、これに寄与しまたは促進するよう形成され、および/または乱空気流から特に利益を得て内部空間における隅角などからの構築材料の収集を改善する、タンクの内部空間を画定するタンク壁を有する(例えば正6面体形状の上部と漏斗状の下部を有する)
・静止状態にとどまる部分および移動(撓曲、振動)可能な部分を含むタンク壁を有し、静止部分および移動可能部分の幾何学形状が可動部分の動きを可能にし、乱空気流を発生し、これに寄与しまたは促進する
・静止状態にとどまる部分および移動(撓曲、振動)可能な部分を含むタンク壁を有し、一方ではタンク壁の静止部分および移動可能部分と、他方では収集チューブの1つまたはより多くの吸引開口の組および/または第2の(上部通気)開口および/または下部通気構造との間に、乱空気流を発生し、これに寄与しまたは促進する位置関係を有する
Claims (23)
- 付加製造構築材料容器(601)であって:
構築材料を保持するタンク(603)と;
タンクの上部にある出口開口(631)と;
その他端に吸引力が加えられた場合にその一端で構築材料をタンクの底部領域から吸い上げ、収集された構築材料を上部にある出口開口へと案内する縦方向の収集チューブ(633)を含む、出口チューブ構造と;および
ベント開口を介してタンクを通過し縦方向の収集チューブの一端に向かうガス流通路を辿るよう、ガスをタンクの外側からタンク内へと導入する、タンクの上部にあるベント開口(OP2)を含み、
ガス流通路上に、タンク内部で縦方向の収集チューブの外側の領域において乱流ガス流を生成する、少なくとも1つの乱流ガス流生成特徴点が設けられている、容器。 - 少なくとも1つの乱流ガス流生成特徴点が、ガス流通路にあるバッフルを含む、請求項1の容器。
- 少なくとも1つの乱流ガス流生成特徴点が、ベント開口(OP2)に形成された乱空気流入口である、請求項1または2の容器。
- 比較的剛性の構造(2471)がベント開口を横断して延在する、請求項3の容器。
- ベント開口(OP2)が出口開口(631)の直径とほぼ同じ直径またはより大きな直径であり、タンクの外側からガスを、タンク内に乱流ガス流を可能にするのに十分に高いガス流量で導入する、請求項3または4の容器。
- 出口開口はタンクの上端壁の中央を通って延び、ベント開口は上端壁を通って、出口開口の隣に離隔されて延びる、請求項1から5のいずれかの容器。
- タンクの一部分はガス流に応じて撓曲するよう配置されている、請求項1から6のいずれかの容器。
- タンクの他の部分はガス流に際して撓曲が阻止される、請求項7の容器。
- 少なくとも1つの乱流ガス流生成特徴点は、縦方向の収集チューブの一端に形成された乱流吸引ポートを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか1の容器。
- 縦方向の収集チューブの一端は横方向に突出するフィン(640)を有する、請求項9の容器。
- 縦方向の収集チューブ一端が側方開口(639)を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか1の容器。
- 縦方向の収集チューブの一端が側方開口の間で横方向に突出するフィン(640)を有する、請求項11の容器。
- 縦方向の収集チューブの一端が側方開口の下側にキャップ(641)を有し、このキャップはタンクの底壁に隣接または接触する、請求項11または12の容器。
- タンクが:
少なくとも充填状態において、タンクの高さの半分より多い、比較的非収束性の側壁を有する上部(605)、および上部と底部の間にあり収束する側壁を有する下部の漏斗状部分(607)を含み;そして
縦方向の収集チューブ(633)はタンクの上部から漏斗状部分へと延びる、請求項1から13のいずれか1の容器。 - タンクの外側からタンクの下部内へとガスを導入する下部ベント開口をさらに含む、請求項1から14のいずれか1の容器。
- 下部ベント開口はベントチューブの末端にある開口(350)である、請求項15の容器。
- 出口チューブ構造が縦方向の収集チューブおよび縦方向のベントチューブを、一方を他方の入れ子として含み、縦方向のベントチューブがタンクの外側からタンクの下部内へとガスを導入する下部ベント開口を含む、請求項1から16のいずれか1の容器。
- 付加製造構築材料容器(601)であって:
構築材料を保持するタンク(603)と;
タンクの上部にある出口開口(631)と;
その他端に吸引力が加えられた場合にその一端で入口開口(639)を介して構築材料をタンクの底部領域から吸い上げ、収集された構築材料を上部にある出口開口へと案内する縦方向の収集チューブ(633)を含む、出口チューブ構造と;および
ガスをタンクの外側からタンク内へと導入する、タンクの上部にあるベント開口(OP2)を含み、
縦方向の収集チューブの一端にはその入口開口の隣にバッフル(640)が含まれる、容器。 - ベント開口(OP2)が出口開口の隣で上端壁を通して延びる、請求項18の容器。
- 構築材料フィルタホルダー(247)がベント開口に備えられている、請求項18または19の容器。
- タンクの側壁の一部は空気/構築材料の流れの影響下に振動し、側壁の一部は空気/構築材料の流れの影響下にその場に保持される、請求項18から20のいずれか1の容器。
- 収集チューブの一端に面して配置されたキャップ(641)を含む、請求項18から21のいずれか1の容器。
- タンクが:
少なくとも充填状態において、タンクの高さの半分より多い、比較的非収束性の側壁を有する上部(605)、および上部と底部の間にあり収束する側壁を有する下部の漏斗状部分(607)を含み;そして
