Claims (6)
- 吸着性媒体と高分子結合剤とを混合して、混合物を形成させる工程、
前記混合物を型にインパルス充填する工程、
ここで、前記インパルス充填は、6〜120インパルス/分の範囲の割合でインパル
スを加えることを含む、および、
前記ろ過マトリクスを形成させるために、前記混合物を加熱する工程、
を含んで成る、ろ過マトリクスの製造方法。 - 前記割合が、約20インパルス/分である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物が、最大非圧縮密度を有し、そして前記型が、少なくとも90%の最大非圧縮密度まで充填される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱工程が、160℃〜250℃の範囲の温度に、前記型を加熱すること、そして、前記ろ過マトリクスの所望の最終の形が得られるまで、前記混合物を加圧することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記吸着性媒体が、活性炭を含み、そして前記結合剤が、超高分子量ポリエチレンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 20ガロン/インチ 3 以上のNSF−53に従ったVOC容量を含む、請求項1に記載の方法によって製造された、ろ過マトリクス。
