Claims (17)
- 固定式等速ジョイントとして形成されたセンタジョイントを介して相対回動不能に互いに結合された2つの軸区分を備えたジョイント軸であって、各軸区分の、センタジョイントとは反対側の端部にそれぞれ、1つの固定式等速ジョイントが配置されており、かつ当該ジョイント軸が2つのローラしゅう動ユニットを有する形式のものにおいて、少なくとも一方のローラしゅう動ユニットがセンタジョイントの近傍に配置されていることを特徴とする、ジョイント軸。
- 両軸区分が軸方向で互いに相対的に運動可能である、特に請求項1の上位概念部記載のジョイント軸。
- センタジョイントに対応配置され、この近傍に配置された2つのローラしゅう動ユニットが設けられている、請求項1または2記載のジョイント軸。
- 両ローラしゅう動ユニットの一方が、センタジョイントに対応配置され、この近傍に配置されており、かつ両ローラしゅう動ユニットの他方が、軸区分の端部に設けられた固定式等速ジョイントの一方に対応配置され、この近傍に配置されている、請求項1または2記載のジョイント軸。
- 両ローラしゅう動ユニットが、同じ軸区分に対応配置されている、請求項4記載のジョイント軸。
- 両ローラしゅう動ユニットが、異なる軸区分に対応配置されている、請求項4記載のジョイント軸。
- 両軸区分が少なくとも部分的に管形に形成されており、各軸区分の、センタジョイントとは反対側の端部に設けられた固定式等速ジョイントがそれぞれ、そのアウタボスでもって、軸区分に結合されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント軸。
- センタジョイントに対応配置され、この近傍に配置された少なくとも1つのローラしゅう動ユニットが、軸方向で延びる溝を備え、一方の軸区分に設けられた異形スリーブと、軸方向で延びる溝を備え、センタジョイントに結合されたジャーナルと、互いに対応配置された溝対偶内に配置され、トルクを伝達するボールとにより形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント軸。
- 一方のローラしゅう動ユニットのジャーナルが、センタジョイントのインナボスに、他方のローラしゅう動ユニットのジャーナルが、センタジョイントのアウタボスに結合されている、請求項8記載のジョイント軸。
- 少なくとも1つのローラしゅう動ユニットが、ボールおよび/またはボールをガイドするケージの軸方向のしゅう動行程を制限するためのストッパ手段を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント軸。
- 少なくとも1つのローラしゅう動ユニットのジャーナルが、中間軸受内で支承されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント軸。
- ローラしゅう動ユニット、特に請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント軸のためのローラしゅう動ユニットであって、内面に少なくとも部分的にアウタトラックが設けられている異形スリーブと、該異形スリーブ内で軸方向にしゅう動可能な、外面に少なくとも部分的にインナトラックが設けられているジャーナルと、トルクを伝達するために、互いにペア状に対応配置されたアウタトラックおよびインナトラック内にそれぞれ配置されているボールとを有する形式のものにおいて、異形スリーブが目標破断箇所を介して接続区分に結合されており、該接続区分の内径が、異形スリーブの外径よりも大きいか、または実質的に等しいことを特徴とする、ローラしゅう動ユニット。
- 前記目標破断箇所が、半径方向で異形スリーブの内面と接続区分の外面との間に配置された結合領域として形成されている、請求項12記載のローラしゅう動ユニット。
- 前記目標破断箇所が、狭窄、切欠き、穿孔またはこれに類する材料弱化部により形成されている、請求項12または13記載のローラしゅう動ユニット。
- 異形スリーブ、接続区分および目標破断箇所が、軸方向で異形スリーブに作用する力が所定の値を超えたとき、目標破断箇所が破壊され、異形スリーブが接続区分内にしゅう動可能であるように構成されている、請求項12から14までのいずれか1項記載のローラしゅう動ユニット。
- 異形スリーブ、接続区分および/または目標破断箇所に、異形スリーブを接続区分に向かって閉鎖するカバーが設けられている、請求項12から15までのいずれか1項記載のローラしゅう動ユニット。
- カバーが、別の目標破断箇所を介して、異形スリーブ、接続区分および/または第1の目標破断箇所に固定されている、請求項16記載のローラしゅう動ユニット。
