Description
Claims (19)
- 少なくとも1つのしゅう動式ユニットであって、外側転動路が少なくとも部分的に内側面に設けられている管状の外側部分と、該外側部分において軸線方向でしゅう動可能な、内側転動路が少なくとも部分的に外側面に設けられている内側部分と、複数のボールとが設けられており、該ボールが、それぞれトルク伝達のために、対偶式に互いに対応配置された外側転動路内および内側転動路内に配置されており、
外側部分が、目標破断個所を介して接続区分に結合されており、該接続区分の内径が、前記外側部分の外径よりも大きくなっているか、または前記外径とほぼ同じであり、
外側部分に、および/または接続区分に、および/または目標破断個所に、カバーが設けられており、該カバーが、接続区分に向かって外側部分を閉鎖しており、
前記カバーが、別の目標破断個所を介して、外側部分、および/または接続区分、および/または第1の目標破断個所に取り付けられている、少なくとも1つのしゅう動式ユニットと、
該少なくとも1つのしゅう動式ユニットの接続区分に結合された少なくとも1つの軸管と、が設けられたジョイント軸であって、
該軸管の内径が、少なくとも1つのしゅう動式ユニットの外側部分の外径よりも大きくなっているか、または前記外径とほぼ同じであることを特徴とする、ジョイント軸。 - 目標破断個所が、外側部分の内側面と接続区分の外側面との間に半径方向で配置された結合領域として形成されている、請求項1記載のジョイント軸。
- 目標破断個所が、材料弱化部により形成されている、請求項1または2記載のジョイント軸。
- 前記材料弱化部が、狭隘部、または切込み、または孔開け部として形成されている、請求項3記載のジョイント軸。
- 外側部分と、接続区分と、目標破断個所とが、軸線方向で外側部分に作用する特定の力の超過時に、目標破断個所が破断して、外側部分が接続区分内にしゅう動可能であるように構成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項記載のジョイント軸。
- 前記ジョイント軸は、車両長手方向軸である、請求項1記載のジョイント軸。
- それぞれ1つの軸管を有する少なくとも2つの軸区分が設けられており、該軸区分が、中間ジョイントを介して互いに結合されていて、該中間ジョイントとは反対の側の、前記軸区分の端部に、伝動装置側のジョイントもしくは差動装置側のジョイントを有している、請求項1または6記載のジョイント軸。
- 伝動装置側のジョイントと、差動装置側のジョイントと、中間ジョイントとが、固定式ジョイントとして形成されている、請求項7記載のジョイント軸。
- 伝動装置側のジョイントと、差動装置側のジョイントと、中間ジョイントとが、カウンタトラックジョイントとして形成されており、該カウンタトラックジョイントのケージが、各カウンタトラックジョイントの外側ボス内において案内されている、請求項8記載のジョイント軸。
- 固定式等速ジョイントとして形成された1つの中間ジョイントを介して、互いに相対回動不能に結合された2つの軸区分が設けられており、各軸区分の、中間ジョイントとは反対の側の端部にそれぞれ固定式等速ジョイントが配置されており、2つの転がり移動式ユニットが設けられており、少なくとも1つの前記転がり移動式ユニットが、中間ジョイントの近くに配置されている、請求項1または、請求項6から9までのいずれか一項記載のジョイント軸。
- 2つの軸区分が、軸線方向で相対的に互いに運動可能である、請求項10記載のジョイント軸。
- 中間ジョイントに対応配置されて、且つ該中間ジョイントの近くに配置された2つの転がり移動式ユニットが設けられている、請求項10または11記載のジョイント軸。
- 一方の前記転がり移動式ユニットが、中間ジョイントに対応配置されていて且つ該中間ジョイントの近くに配置されており、他方の前記転がり移動式ユニットが、1つの固定式等速ジョイントに軸区分の端部において対応配置されていて且つ前記軸区分の近くに配置されている、請求項10記載のジョイント軸。
- 2つの転がり移動式ユニットが、同一の軸区分に対応配置されている、請求項13記載のジョイント軸。
- 2つの転がり移動式ユニットが、異なる軸区分に対応配置されている、請求項13記載のジョイント軸。
- 第2のしゅう動式ユニットの内側部分が、中間ジョイントの内側ボスに結合されており、第1のしゅう動式ユニットの内側部分が、中間ジョイントの外側ボスに結合されている、請求項10から15までのいずれか一項記載のジョイント軸。
- 1つのしゅう動式ユニットの内側部分が、中間軸受において支承されている、請求項1、または請求項6から16までのいずれか一項記載のジョイント軸。
- 前記1つのしゅう動式ユニットが第1のしゅう動式ユニットである、請求項17記載のジョイント軸。
- 2つの軸区分が、少なくとも部分的に管状に形成されており、中間ジョイントとは反対の側の、各軸区分の端部に設けられた固定式等速ジョイントが、それぞれ前記固定式等速ジョイントの外側ボスで軸区分に結合されている、請求項10から18までのいずれか一項記載のジョイント軸。
