Claims (3)
- 外側継手部材と、外側継手部材に内嵌される内側継手部材と、外側継手部材と内側継手部材との間に介在してトルク伝達を行なうトルク伝達部材とを備え、前記内側継手部材にシャフトが嵌挿されて、この内側継手部材を含む内部部品が外側継手部材に対して軸方向に沿って摺動する推進軸用等速自在継手において、
前記外側継手部材に、シールプレートと、シールプレートよりも内部部品側で、溝底径を外側継手部材に形成されるトラック溝の溝径に一致させた周方向溝に配置されるサークリップとを内装するとともに、前記サークリップは、非衝撃時には、内部部品のシールプレートへの接触を規制し、衝撃時には、内部部品のシールプレート側への突き当たりによるシールプレートの外れを許容するように、衝撃時の内部部品のシールプレート側への移動で破損乃至周方向溝からはずれる程度の強度および剛性を有する低強度材とし、シールプレートへの内部部品の突き当たりは、サークリップの破損乃至周方向溝からはずれた後であることを特徴とする推進軸用等速自在継手。 - 前記サークリップに、0.5kN〜3kN乃至0.5kN〜3kNを越える押圧力が作用した際に、破損乃至周方向溝からはずれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の推進軸用等速自在継手。
- 前記サークリップは、一部に欠損部を有するリング状体又は欠損部を有さないOリングを含むエンドレスリング体からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の推進軸用等速自在継手。
