Abstract
【解決手段】建物10には、受電盤13や分電盤17、ソーラパネル15、住宅用電源制御装置20等が設けられており、これらが各電力線31〜36を介して接続されている。自動車40には、車載バッテリ43が備えられており、自動車40と建物10とを接続電力線51により接続することにより車載バッテリ43の電力を建物10側へ供給することができる。自動車40は、車載バッテリ43の残存容量を取得し、建物10側のコントローラ22へその情報を送信するECU46を備えている。コントローラ22は、受信された残存容量が所定の値よりも小さくなると建物10側への給電を停止するように制御する。

Claims (9)
- 建物に構築された給電経路に、商用電源以外の電源装置である外部電源装置を接続し、それら両者間の接続経路を通じて外部電源装置から前記給電経路に対しての給電を可能とした建物の電源システムにおいて、
前記外部電源装置のエネルギ残量に関する情報を取得する取得手段と、
前記取得手段により取得したエネルギ残量が所定の下限設定値よりも低下しないように前記接続経路を通じての給電を管理する給電管理手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする建物の電源システム。 - 前記給電管理手段は、前記取得手段により取得したエネルギ残量が所定の下限設定値まで低下した場合に前記外部電源装置から建物側への給電を停止又は低減させる請求項1に記載の建物の電源システム。
- 前記給電管理手段は、前記取得手段により取得したエネルギ残量が前記下限設定値まで低下した場合に報知処理を実行する請求項1又は2に記載の建物の電源システム。
- 前記外部電源装置は、車両に搭載された車載電源装置であり、
前記エネルギ残量は、前記車載電源装置の電気残容量である請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の建物の電源システム。 - 前記車両の電気残容量と走行可能距離との関係があらかじめ規定されており、その関係を用い走行距離設定値に基づいて前記下限設定値を設定する設定手段を備える請求項4に記載の建物の電源システム。
- 前記建物に接続される車両は、動力源として電動機と内燃機関とを備えるハイブリッド車両であり、
前記取得手段は、前記ハイブリッド車両から燃料残量の情報を取得し、
前記給電管理手段は、前記取得手段により取得した燃料残量が所定の下限設定値よりも低下しないように前記接続経路を通じての給電を管理する請求項4又は5に記載の建物の電源システム。 - 前記建物に蓄電池を設置し、前記外部電源装置の給電による前記蓄電池の充電を可能とする建物の電源システムにおいて、
前記蓄電池と前記外部電源装置との接続及び遮断の切替を可能とする切替手段と、
前記建物における工事施工時には前記切替手段により前記蓄電池と前記外部電源装置とを遮断状態とする手段と
を備える請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の建物の電源システム。 - 前記下限設定値として、大小異なる複数の値が定められており、
前記給電管理手段は、前記取得手段により取得したエネルギ残量が前記下限設定値としての第1設定値まで低下した場合に第1処理を行い、
前記第1設定値よりも小さい第2設定値まで低下した場合に前記第1処理とは異なる第2処理を行う請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の建物の電源システム。 - 前記建物の屋根部分に、太陽光が照射されることで太陽光発電を行う太陽光発電装置を設置し、前記太陽光発電装置から前記給電経路に対しての給電を可能とした建物の電源システムにおいて、
前記外部電源装置よりも優先して前記太陽光発電装置から前記給電経路への給電を実施する請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の建物の電源システム。
