Abstract
【解決手段】 電力管理装置は、電気機器22を含む住宅システム2と電気自動車1との間で授受される電力を管理するため、住宅の住人が利用可能な車両を検知する車両検知部26を備え、制御部24は、車両検知部26により検知された車両の有無に応じて、電気自動車1から住宅システム2に供給する電力を決定する。

Claims (7)
- 電気機器を含む住宅と電気自動車との間で授受される電力を管理する電力管理装置であって、
前記住宅の住人が利用可能な車両を検知する車両検知部と、
前記車両検知部により検知された車両の有無に応じて、前記電気自動車から前記住宅に供給する電力を決定する電力制御部と
を備えることを特徴とする電力管理装置。 - 前記電力制御部は、前記車両検知部により検知された車両の有無に応じて、前記電気自動車の充電レベルの下限値を切り換え、当該充電レベルの下限値に至るまで、前記電気自動車から前記住宅に電力を放電させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記車両検知部は、センサ機器により車両の有無を検知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記車両検知部は、車両との間の通信によって車両の有無を検知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記車両検知部は、利用者に操作される操作部により車両の有無を検知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記車両が電気自動車である場合に、前記車両検知部が、当該電気自動車の行う充放電用の通信接続に基づいて車両の有無を検知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記電力制御部は、前記車両検知部により検知された車両の走行可能距離を算出し、算出された走行可能距離に応じて、前記電気自動車から住宅への供給電力を決定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか一項に記載の電力管理装置。
